  • Patent number: 6199439
Abstract: A simple device producing both action effect and electronic effect includes a housing, an elastic driving mechanism and an electronic control circuit with a vibration sensor. The elastic driving mechanism has an elastic member, a transmitting shaft, a power input device, an eccentric action member. The electronic cir-control circuit has a circuit board, the vibration sensor, a battery and a function device. The elastic member stores and releases energy, and a changed energy is produced in the storing and releasing process. The eccentric member is connected to the output shaft of the elastic driving mechanism and rotated by the changed energy to produce vibration or jumping phenomenon. Then the vibration sensor senses the vibration phenomenon and triggers a signal of changing its own condition and starts the electronic circuit to produce function to let the function device perform preset action or function.

  • Patent number: 6196945
Abstract: A lower section (78f) of a piston boss (78d) of a hydraulic cylinder (80) is formed with a small radius and is inserted into a fixed gap provided with respect to the inner peripheral face of the cylinder through hole (60d). A thrust force F is applied to trunnions (46) supporting power rollers (29) and the trunnions (46) deform about a support position connected by an upper link (50) and a lower link (52). At the same time, even if the lower end (78f) of the piston boss (78d) undergoes a large inclination, no adverse effect results on the inner peripheral face of the cylinder through hole (60d). Even if the sliding section of the piston undergoes a large inclination together with a deformation of the trunnions (46), local wear and damage to the sliding face on the cylinder inner periphery can be avoided.

  • Patent number: 6196081
Abstract: The systems and methods described herein include hexapod systems, Stewart platform systems and other mechanical movement systems, in which a set of independently moveable trucks support legs that couple to a working surface capable of holding a machine tool or other end-effector, and preferably wherein the trucks travel across a reference surface, such as around the circumference of a circle or along some other pre-defined geometrical pattern or track. For example, as described herein, the systems include Stewart platform machines that have six supportive legs each of which connects to a truck that can travel independently along a track. By coordinating the movement of these six trucks, the working surface can be moved in three dimensional space and can be oriented about three axes, providing control of roll, pitch and yaw.

  • Patent number: 6196076
Abstract: A kind of knob switch device relates to a clutch control device setting inside the decreasing box, and relates to a switch device setting outside the decreasing box. The clutch control device comprises the switch block, the switch set, the vibration block and the vibration set on the output shaft serially. The switch device comprises a stop ring, a stop board and a gyrator ring. With rotating the knob, we can drive the stop ring and the gyrator ring to rotate at the same time. Then it makes the screw orbit of the stop ring to push the jut of the stop board. When the clutch transits the device and makes the turning ring to rotate for a fixed angle, and it makes the knob, the inner gear and the turning ring to rotate at the same time. Then the switch block fits the switch teeth and makes the teeth of the vibration block to fit the teeth of the vibration set and make the output draft to have action of vibration at rotating time.

  • Patent number: 6189404
Abstract: A handling robot prevents a positioning in a motor unit power transmission system from becoming inaccurate and can eliminate occurrence of vibrations due to a twisting deformation and so forth in the system. The handling robot has an arm fastened to an outside of each of a plurality of ring bosses that are arranged coaxially and turnably. Each of such arms is connected via a link to a carrier table so that turning the ring bosses in mutally opposite directions may cause the carrier table to reciprocate in a perpendicular direction to a turning axis; and turning them in a same direction may cause the carrier table to turn. A plurality of motor units corresponding to the ring bosses are arranged coaxially with each other and at positions that are insides of the ring bosses and lower than a position where the carrier table may operate.
