Abstract: A resealable package includes a bottom portion defining an interior and including a sealing surface extending about a top of the interior; a film coupled to the bottom portion along at least a portion of the sealing surface and including a tab portion extending inward from one side of the top film; and a seal disposed between the film and the bottom portion and including at least first and second sides that intersect and form a seal portion tip. The seal seals the film to the bottom portion such that the film is configured to be resealably peeled away from the bottom portion along at least a portion of the seal area upon application of a force to the seal tip portion via the tab portion.

Abstract: A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a body, horizontal and vertical tracks attached to opposite sides of the body, and a plurality of dunnage supports extending between the tracks. Each dunnage support may be a unitary member or a multi-piece member including sliders or end members located at the ends of a tubular support. The dunnage supports support dunnage for supporting products for storage or shipment.

Abstract: The multipurpose ashtray holder may be used as a general purpose ashtray or a holder for stationery products. The multipurpose ashtray holder includes a holder assembly for placement at select locations by the user, an ashtray assembly, and a connector pivotally connecting the holder assembly to the ashtray assembly so as to enable folding of the multipurpose ashtray holder between a closed, non-use state and an open, use state. The holder assembly has a holder body with a plurality of insert holes therein. The insert holes enable quick and safe extinguishing of flammable tobacco products or storage of elongate objects or office supplies. The ashtray assembly includes a tray with a plurality of spaced notches formed thereon. The tray enables collection of ash or office supplies and caps the holder assembly in the closed state.

Abstract: This disclosure describes example applicators and cap devices which may be used in combination with one or more cleansing, antimicrobial and/or antiseptic agents to reduce or eliminate contaminates on a surface. According to some embodiments, the disclosure describes a first cap which may be stored within a cavity of a second cap to create a dual cap device. According to some embodiments, both caps of the dual cap device may be individually sealed with a protective film. According to some embodiments, either a single cap device or a dual cap device may be attached to a flexible substrate by a surface other than the surface having the cavity opening.

Abstract: A child-resistant container including a bottle having an annular flange associated therewith, an intermediate member selectively engageable with the bottle and having an annular flange associated therewith, and an outer lid selectively engageable with both the intermediate member and the bottle, the outer lid including a plurality of lower projections for selectively engaging the annular flange of the intermediate member when the outer lid is engaged therewith and for selectively engaging the annular flange of the bottle when the intermediate member is removed from the bottle and the outer lid is engaged with the bottle. Removal of the intermediate member from the bottle allows the plurality of lower projections associated with the outer lid to engage the annular flange associated with the bottle thereby activating the child-resistant locking mechanism.

Abstract: A container lid having a handle-activated seal includes a base having an aperture so that food items can be charged into the container through the aperture, a closure member for closing the aperture, a main body that circumscribes the base, a handle and a gasket. The base and main body are movably mounted with respect to one another and the main body is driven downwardly when the handle is pivoted from a vertical configuration to a folded, horizontal configuration. The main body has a lower peripheral edge spaced a small vertical distance above the gasket when the handle is in a vertical, not pivoted position. The gasket is driven by the downward travel of the main body into sealing relation with the rim of a container when the handle is pivoted into its horizontal, folded configuration.

In a first position, the spring and the seal can be retracted enabling the device to be placed in the opening of a container. In a second position, the spring can expand the seal enabling it to seal against a sealing surface of the container. The device can create a replaceable bottle cap assembly that conforms to the top of a non-threaded beverage container. The device can provide a lid for a variety of storage containers, including food storage containers. The device can form a watertight or airtight seal. The device can be used to form a movable lid for a container or to join multiple containers together.

Abstract: Collapsible storage device and system having a container with a planar section and side wall pivotably joined to the base so that the container is movable between a collapsed configuration in which the container is substantially flat and an expanded configuration defining a top opening and a side opening to an interior of the container. The storage device further includes a cover frame. Locking members are provided for securing the frame to the sidewall to close the top opening of the container and to form a rigid structure. The locking members include a complimentary shaped locking tooth and slot. The storage device is further provided with a closable flap or door which provides access to the interior of the container through the side opening when the container is in the expanded configuration.

Abstract: A gift box is described for housing a plurality of pop-up elements that are automatically presented to a user when a lid of the box is removed. The box includes an interior portion enclosed by a base and sidewalls around its outer periphery. The interior portion of the gift box contains a central tower coupled to four levers that each pivot on a respective sidewall. The central tower and/or the four levers additionally have one or more paper pop-up elements attached thereto that are presented to a user when the box is opened. A band passing through the interior portion of the box stores the mechanical energy necessary to cause the four levers to pivot on the sidewalls, thereby generating the force to move the central tower out of the box when the lid is removed.

Abstract: A carton for containing at least one article. The carton includes a plurality of panels at least partially forming an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels include a top panel. The carton includes an article protection flap foldably connected to at least one panel of the plurality of panels. The article protection flap is moveable between a first position that is substantially parallel to the top panel and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the top panel. The at least one access feature in the top panel is for positioning the article protection flap from the first position to the second position.

Abstract: Systems and apparatuses directed to cartons with user selectable dispensing configurations. An example carton for dispensing a plurality of products stored therein includes a first removable feature configured to be selectively removed from a top surface to enable removal of a portion of a first end; a second removable feature configured to be selectively removed from the top surface to enable removal of a portion of a second end; and a third removable feature configured to be selectively removed from the top surface to enable removal of a portion of the top surface. The carton defines a closed configuration and a dispensing configuration that is defined by at least one of the portion of the first end being removed, the portion of the second end being removed, or the portion of the top surface being removed. Methods for manufacturing a carton with user selectable dispensing configurations are also contemplated.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to reusable food covers. Such reusable food covers may be flexible so that they can create a seal with partially consumed foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to preserve these foods and extend the time of being suitable and desirable for consumption. Each cover may include a base and a flexible wall formed as a single unitary structure.

Abstract: A container having enhanced wall integrity and a rotational element is provided that includes a sidewall having polygonal cross-sectional shape and an alignment structure formed therein. The alignment structure is adapted for orienting the container with respect to a second container such that the panel sections of the containers become parallel with one another and the containers may be fully nested one within the other. The alignment structure can be recessed into the sidewall to form peaks and valleys along an inner surface of the container. The peaks include first and second faces sloping in opposite directions designed to direct corners of the first container's sidewall toward the interior valleys of the second container in order to orient the containers as they are stacked.

Abstract: The invention includes a scalable, modular interlocking container with a multi-purpose use. Vertical and horizontal interconnectivity are achieved through interlocking mechanisms. An exemplary first use is for transporting and/or storing liquids or solids that can be poured. An exemplary second use is for a sturdy, low cost, easily assembled building block material of a standardized nature. Each modular unit slide-locks with other units to form strong wall and building structures that can be filled with natural earth, sand or other such materials, thereby forming a sturdy structure without the use of mortar, and can adapt to uneven base surfaces typically found in natural terrain.

Abstract: The invention relates to an operating fluid container for a motor vehicle, said container including a container body which is assembled from at least two injection-molded shells of thermoplastic plastics material which are complementary to each other. The shells are provided in each case with integrally molded structures which extend into the free container volume in such a manner that they bring about a restriction of a fluid surge created, for instance, in the container. At least some of the structures on each of the two shells are welded together at least in part or in a punctiform manner approximately in the joining plane of the container.
