  • Patent number: 12074708
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently facilitating acknowledgment (ACK) or negative acknowledgment (NACK) feedback from a user equipment (UE) for a set of transport blocks in one or more multicast transmissions from a base station. The UE may determine control channel resources for transmitting the ACK/NACK feedback, and each respective control channel resource may correspond to a distinct subset of the set of transport blocks. Once the UE determines a subset of transport blocks that the UE failed to decode (such as at least one transport block), the UE may determine a respective control channel resource that corresponds to the at least one transport block that the UE failed to decode. The UE may transmit ACK/NACK feedback on the respective control channel resource, which, in some examples, may indicate that the UE failed to decode the subset of transport blocks.

  • Patent number: 12058666
Abstract: Aspects of the technology described herein are directed towards using generic control information in a three-party wireless communication system to schedule a data transmission and reception of the data transmission. A scheduler node transmits the generic control information, comprising identification information that identifies a user equipment device as a transmitter node, and scheduling information that schedules a data transmission. For unicast data transmissions, the generic control information further identifies a receiver node, and can schedule transmission of an ACK/NACK from the receiver node corresponding to receiving the data transmission. A control procedure can be configured in a user equipment device by linking a channel configuration dataset to a resource configuration dataset, which in turn is linked to a channel transmit and receive configuration dataset. Reconfiguration is achieved by changing the linking(s) between one or more different available datasets.

  • Patent number: 12047142
Abstract: Certain aspects provide techniques for precoder matrix quantization for compressed channel state information (CSI) feedback. A method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a CSI report configuration for frequency domain compressed precoder matrix feedback. For each of the beams, the UE groups the time domain taps into at least first and second groups. The groups each can have zero, one, or more than one time domain taps. The UE quantizes the corresponding linear combination coefficients and/or frequency domain compression basis vectors based on the grouping.

  • Patent number: 12028215
Abstract: A method for managing a managed forwarding element (MFE) that forwards data in a network. A network controller publishes, to the MFE, a first set of data for configuring the MFE to perform a set of forwarding operations. The network controller collects, from the MFE, a second set of data regarding current operational state of the MFE. The network controller identifies a difference between a desired operational state of the MFE maintained by the network controller and the collected current operational state of the MFE. Based on the identified difference, the network controller publishes a new third set of data for configuring the MFE to adjust the current operational state of the MFE to the desired state.

  • Patent number: 12021604
Abstract: Systems and methods for aligning timing of an inroute transmission of a terminal with a gateway are disclosed. A system may include a processor and a memory storing instructions, which when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to perform a random estimation of location pertaining to a time-division multiple access (TDMA) frame boundary of a gateway.
