Abstract: A rack structure arranged to accommodate a plurality of plastic type sandwich bags and the like is provided to permit the drying of the bags in an opened configuration to permit the sanitizing and drying thereof for their reuse. The rack structure includes a plurality of semi-circular arcuate support rods arranged for reception within a respective bag to permit the bags to be maintained in an extended opened configuration to enhance their drying.
