A method includes transferring a first substrate to a first polishing station of a plurality of polishing stations, polishing the first substrate at the first polishing station, transferring the first substrate to a second polishing station, and transferring a second substrate to the first polishing station. The method includes cleaning a first surface of a plurality of surfaces of the polishing system by dispensing a first cleaning fluid from a first one or more nozzles of a plurality of nozzles to direct the first cleaning fluid onto the first surface and dispensing a second cleaning fluid from the first one or more nozzles to direct the second cleaning fluid onto the first surface, where the second cleaning fluid is different from the first cleaning fluid.

The body has guiding cutouts for the blade of a knife that allow to maintain the desired angle against the sharpening rod during the sharpening procedure. At least one pair of cutouts with inclined narrowing cavities are formed in the body on its opposing sides in opposing directions, which allows to alternate between the sides of the blade during the sharpening process and in this way much less burr is produced.

    Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable torque clamping fixture, including a clamping body driven by a threaded rod to move and used for clamping an object. The threaded rods implements an axial movement thereof by means of screw thread transmission. An adjustable torque handle is configured at the rear end of the threaded rod. The maximum clamping force is adjusted by the adjustable torque handle. When the maximum clamping force is attained, continued application of a torque on the threaded rod by the handle results in slippage, so that no larger clamping force can be applied, thus implementing precision clamping, and preventing the clamped object from being damaged by an excessive torque. The adjustable torque clamping fixture overcomes the shortcoming of a manual clamping fixture known to inventors of which the magnitude of the clamping force is difficult to determine during use.

A biasing means 150 press-fits the clamp receiver 110 and the clamp 130 to each other so that the abutting surface 132 and the abutted surface 111 come into tight contact with each other, which causes the pressed surface 180 and the counter pressed surface 181 to be pressed in opposite directions.
