Abstract: An adjustable, portable floor mat that varies in height, shape, firmness, length and thickness according to the users specific needs. The first end of the mat will be the unadjustable, uninterrupted, rollable portion of the mat, with the second end including a number of embossed or sewn linear indentations to make the proper seating adjustments. The material will be substantial and supportive but foldable along the linear indentations allowing for an adjustable second end of the mat. The linear indentations fold horizontally into panels acting as a booster seat elevating the user to various height levels. The first end provides comfort and an appropriate amount of padding for the knees and ankles. The second end places the user into proper postural alignment providing an optimum setup for a neutral spine in all seated meditative positions and/or prescribed exercise regiments.

Abstract: A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs of different heights. Each string is joined to an adjacent string. Each string has first and second opposed plies of fabric and a plurality of pockets formed along a length of the string by transverse seams joining the plies. An upper end of each transverse seam is below the upper surface of the string so as to partially separate adjacent pockets within a string of springs when the spring is relaxed. The strings of springs have ventilation openings to increase airflow.

Abstract: A padlock for securing a switch of an industrial plant comprises a lock body and a hoop which is displaceably held at the lock body, wherein the lock body has a lock housing composed of plastic, a lock cylinder having a rotatable cylinder core, and a rotatable latching member, wherein the cylinder core and the latching member are rotationally fixedly coupled to one another by means of a coupling element and wherein the latching member is rotatable from a release position into a latching position to lock the hoop at the lock body. The padlock is characterized in that the coupling element has at least one first bearing section, one second bearing section and therebetween a shaft section between the latching member and the lock cylinder, said shaft section connecting the first bearing section to the second bearing section and having a smaller diameter than the two bearing sections.

Abstract: The invention relates to a steering lock with a deadlock for a motor vehicle comprising: •a bolt guide (5), •a bolt (4), •a deadlocking means (15) comprising a locking element (16) designed to lock the bolt (4) in deadlocked position and to be subjected to torsional and translational movement towards said bolt (4), said element (16) being received in a housing (18) of the bolt guide (5). The deadlocking means (15) further comprises a closing plate (10) having a face that engages with an element of the deadlocking means (15), and engages with the opening of the housing (18) in such a way that the rotation of the closing plate (10) is locked relative to the guide bolt (5) and causes the translational and torsional movement of said locking element (16).

Abstract: Disclosed in one aspect is the fixed door pull handle assembly that includes an elongated door pull handle with two or more support standoffs projecting away from the elongated door pull handle and securing the elongated door pull handle to the doorframe or to the body of the door. One of the support standoffs is user rotatable, and rotatably engages a door latch assembly within the door. In another aspect, the support standoff is not user rotatable. Instead, a center-pivoting handle is mounted in-line with one of the support standoffs and rotatably engages the door latch assembly within the door. The center-pivoting handle is recessed within the elongated handle.

Abstract: A rail assembly lock having a lock assembly with a hinge assembly, a key assembly, and a rail assembly. The lock assembly mounts onto the rail assembly, and the key assembly is used to unlock the lock assembly. The rail assembly has first and second rail members kept at a spaced apart relationship with respect to each other by a transversal member. The first and second rail members have curvatures next to distal ends. Packaging containing products suspend from the first and second rail members between the curvatures and the transversal member. The lock assembly has a top wall, a bottom wall, first and second sidewalls, a front wall, and upper and lower interior walls. Defined at the lower interior wall is an aperture. Extending from the upper interior wall towards the aperture is a locking shaft assembly. The locking shaft assembly has a shaft having an end.

Abstract: A three-in-one sofa bed including a bedstead assembly; a sofa cushion and sofa seat assembly fixedly connected to the bedstead assembly; a moveable coffee table; a mattress and mattress frame assembly a proximal section of which is pivotably connected to a rear section of the bedstead assembly to enable the mattress and mattress frame assembly to be rotated with respect to the bedstead assembly between a horizontal position and a vertical position. In the horizontal position, the mattress and mattress frame assembly straddles the sofa cushion and sofa seat assembly and the movable coffee table to form a bed. In the vertical position, the sofa cushion and sofa seat assembly and the movable coffee table are exposed. Balance weights are provided for the mattress frame between adjacent pulley grooves, to make torque in front of central axes of the pulleys be equal to that behind the central axes.

A central recess is formed in the forward surface with a peripheral configuration following the perimeter of the back portion and the left and right side regions. Abstract: A device to protect surgical tables that incorporates a horizontal base and a vertical flange that meet creating a vertex, where the vertex may have a radius. The horizontal base is supported by at least one foot providing a stable platform for the surgical table guard. The vertical flange is spaced away from the vertical base of the surgical table providing adequate clearance to the vertical base to allow the vertical base to compress in normal operation.

Abstract: An exterior door handle system (2) in a motor vehicle has a bearing bracket (11) on an interior side (10) of an exterior door panel (1) and a door handle (12) on an exterior side (9) of the exterior door panel (1). The door handle (12) is mounted from the exterior and penetrates the exterior door panel (1) for mounting in the bearing bracket (11). A unit (19) formed from a lock barrel (20) and a housing (21) for the lock barrel (20) is mounted in the bearing bracket (11) from the interior and is covered on the exterior side (9) of the exterior door panel (1) by a protective cap (24). A locking clip (30) is mounted in the bearing bracket (11) arranged on the interior side (10) and locks both the unit (19) and the protective cap (24) counter to their respective mounting direction.

Abstract: A combination-identifiable padlock has a shell, a combination lock cylinder, a key lock cylinder and an identification assembly. The combination lock cylinder, the key lock cylinder and the identification assembly are mounted in the shell. When the correct key is inserted, the key lock cylinder is rotatable to actuate the identification assembly and combination lock cylinder is actuated to identify the combination. Therefore, the combination is retrievable to avoid the combination lock cylinder to become unusable when the combination is forgotten.

Abstract: A padlock with a dual unlocking system, namely, a key mechanism and a combination mechanism. The key mechanism has a bolt or latch passing through a pole/pole cover secured around a portion of a shackle, the bolt in contact with the shackle so as to prevent movement of the shackle relative to the key mechanism when the key mechanism is in a locked state. The bolt/latch is able to move relative to the shackle to allow the shackle to move relative to the housing and pole so as to release the toe of the shackle from the housing when the key mechanism is in an unlocked state. The combination mechanism allows clutches to move relative to the housing into a lock open position when dials are in an opening combination that allows the pole to move relative to the housing so as to release the toe.

Abstract: A pin lock device for securing an article, including a lock base and a removable lock device that locks to the lock base. A plurality of control pins disposed in pin bores that communicate with a mounting post through tumbler channels. Alignment of recesses in the control pins releases the locking device from the post. The locking device allows the user to secure an article, such as a handgun, on the post in a secure and accessible manner.

Abstract: A truck box is provided having latch elements, one or more locking mechanisms and a keyless entry system which is operative independently of the locking mechanisms to move the latch elements to an unlatched position in order to permit opening of the lid of the truck box.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a combination lock. The lock is particularly adapted for locking a container such as a pill bottle and includes a push button lid with a plurality of push button tabs. The tabs include indicia and a plurality of protrusions that mate with recesses located, for example, on a container or a receiver tube. In some embodiments, some of the recesses include a ramp that is configured to move a protrusion laterally when the protrusion moves along the ramp so that the lid can be lifted off of the container.

Abstract: A system is provided for concealing and accessing objects behind an interior surface of a room. The system includes an opening defined by the interior surface and a mount in which valuables are secured and positioned in a cavity behind the interior surface of the room. The system further includes a décor element positioned at the opening. The system further includes an actuator assembly positioned in the cavity and operatively coupled to the mount and décor element to move the décor element from the opening and to move the mount to the opening to access the valuables. A method is also provided for concealing and accessing objects behind an interior surface of a room.

Abstract: A device for preventing unwanted opening of a locked enclosure includes a lock bolt moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. A face gear is meshable with and rotatable by the worm gear between locking and unlocking positions when the worm gear is driven in the first and second directions, respectively. A blocker member is rotatable between first and second positions. A biasing member is operatively coupled to the face gear and the blocker member to bias the blocker member in a biasing direction. A sliding member selectively disengages the blocker member to allow the blocker member to rotate in the biasing direction. A lever arm is operatively coupled to the sliding member such that the lever arm is in the disengaged and engageable positions when the sliding member engages the blocker member in the first and second positions, respectively.

Abstract: A defeater latch handle with a handle, a lock, and escutcheon. The handle has a through hole and a recess. The recess has a generally semi-circular ring portion and a recess notch portion that communicates with and extends out of the semi-circular ring portion. The lock is accessible through the cylinder hole. Opening the lock moves a movable blocking device to an unlocked state. The escutcheon has a bore formed therein. The bore has a notch formed therein that receives the blocking device when in its locked state. A trigger slot formed in the escutcheon receives a slidable trigger with an extension catch. In a locked state, the extension catch is in the recess notch. In an unlocked state, the extension catch moves out of the recess notch and into the semi-circular ring portion. The handle can only be turned when both the lock and the slidable trigger are unlocked.
