Abstract: A connection assembly for securing a support member to a work surface (e.g., a table leg to a table top) that includes an attachment plate, a retainer, and a fitting. The attachment plate connects to a bottom surface of the table top, the fitting connects to an upper end of the table leg, and the retainer exerts a force on the fitting that helps absorb or take up tolerances within the connection assembly so that the support member is securely connected to the work surface. In one example, the retainer is a resilient component that is compressed between the fitting and a receiving portion of the attachment plate to help take up tolerances within the connection assembly, whereas in another example the retainer is a rotatable component that exerts a force against the fitting to address tolerances and the like. A method for providing a connection assembly is also disclosed.

A distance between the first and second ends is less than 2.0 inches.

Abstract: A device and system for mounting a solar panel return flange to a rail. The device can include a clamp body and a clamping mechanism. With the clamp body receiving the solar panel return flange and the rail, the clamping mechanism can press the rail upward against the return flange and secure the solar panel to the rail.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the coupling platforms described herein are usable to couple storage units, such as modular storage units, to structures, such as to the undersides of benches or tables. One or more of the coupling platforms described herein facilitate the user supporting a newly-disengaged support unit. For example, one or more of the coupling platforms permit the user to place their hands on both sides of the storage unit to complete a disengagement between the coupling platform and the storage unit.

Abstract: A fall protection system includes a base assembly, a mast assembly, and a locking assembly adapted to lock the mast assembly with the base assembly. The locking assembly includes a first plate and a second plate. The locking assembly also includes a fixed member fixedly coupled to the second plate. The locking assembly further includes a locking pin including an elongate portion at least partially received within the fixed member and a first tab, the locking pin being movable relative to the fixed member between an engaged position and a disengaged position. In the engaged position, the first tab is at least partially received within a first groove such that the locking pin is engaged with the first plate. Further, in the disengaged position, the first tab is at least partially received within a second groove such that the locking pin is spaced apart from the first plate.

The gutter engaging portion including two gutter mounts. The gutter mounts include a spiral hook and a stabilizer. The spiral hook extends above a gutter lip and into a gutter channel such that a proximal point of the spiral hook is positioned against an inner surface of a front wall of the gutter, and the stabilizer contacts an outer surface of the front wall of the gutter when the attachment device is engaged with the gutter. The device engaging portion includes a mounting surface and a mounting plate. The mounting plate is capable of receiving a securing clip attached to a device such that the device may engage with the mounting surface via the mounting plate and the securing clip.

The drive unit comprises a first electromotor connected to a first driven element for driving the frame in rotation about the first pivot axis, and a second electromotor connected to a second driven element for driving the frame in rotation about the second pivot axis. The second electromotor has a lower maximum power consumption compared to a maximum power consumption of the first electromotor.

The assembly comprises a frame, an instrument panel fixed to the frame, a support system with an arm bearing a tray in which the arm positions the tray behind the instrument panel, and in which the tray comprises a first attachment arrangement, and a support comprising a second attachment arrangement which cooperates with the first attachment arrangement to removably fix the support onto the tray. The support also comprises a fixing system which ensures the removable fixing of a touch tablet onto the support. With such an assembly, the touch tablet is held without the aid of the pilot and it is positioned in front of him or her for easy access.

Abstract: An apparatus for hanging curtains without tools and wherein no damage is done to the outer wall surface nor, in certain embodiments, the window framing. The apparatus has a wedge body with a first hook at the heel end of the wedge body, and in certain embodiments, the wedge body has a second hook between its heel end and toe end along its inclined plane. The toe end can be wedged between the head of the window framing and intrinsic support typically found adjacent the head of the window framing, like a tension rod or the like. This wedge supports the first and second hooks which protrude from the window framing space for hanging curtain rods therefrom.

Abstract: A vehicle windscreen has a bracket attached for a sensor including a camera, the bracket comprising a baseplate and a retaining element. The sensor is housed in a housing inserted in the bracket, and at least one rod-shaped member projects from the housing, by way of which it is removably retained in the bracket. A first retaining element variant comprises a raised bed integrated with the baseplate, and a resilient opposed limb, joined to the bed at one end and free at the other end. The limb opposes the bed, and an elongate space extends between the two, with the space closed at one end and open at the other end so the rod-shaped member may enter/be retained in the space. Another retaining element variant comprises a bore having a conical portion and a cylindrical portion in communication with each other, and aligned along a common axis of rotation.
