  • Patent number: 11461630
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and techniques for extracting user body shape (e.g., a representation of the three-dimensional body surface) from user behavioral data. The behavioral data may not be explicitly body-shape-related, and can include shopping history, social media likes, or other recorded behaviors of the user within (or outside of) a networked content delivery environment. The determined body shape can be used, for example, to generate a virtual fitting room user interface.

  • Patent number: 11409405
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to an artificial reality system orchestrating interactions between virtual object “augments.” The orchestration can include linking, which can be forming two or more augments into a combination, embedding an augment within an existing combination, or triggering an action mapped to the linking of those augments. Another type of orchestration can include extracting, which can refer to taking an augment out of an existing combination, either by removing it from the combination or copying the augment to leave a version in the combination and having another version outside the combination.

  • Patent number: 11385772
Abstract: A storage unit stores a rule for specifying additional information to be displayed for each operation scene identified with a combination of states of DOM elements of a predetermined web page being represented by presence/absence or attribute values. A rule interpretation execution unit monitors the states of the DOM elements of the predetermined web page, and causes the storage unit to store the states as a context board. The rule interpretation execution unit displays, if states of the operation scene matching states of the context board stored in the storage unit, the additional information specified with the rule.

  • Patent number: 11269502
Abstract: Systems and methods for obtaining dynamic behavioral data from a plurality of users of a plurality of computing devices in response to a stimuli, and using the dynamic behavioral data to make an optimized forecast regarding the outcome of a future event. During a first time period the system collects behavioral data of the user interaction with the dynamic user interface and a first displayed prompt, and then performs a perturbation analysis using the data collected during the first time period. A perturbation stimulus is displayed to the user, and during a second time period the user may additionally interact with the dynamic interface during a second time period, during which the system collects behavioral data of the user interaction during the second time period. The system determines a prediction based on data collected during at least one of the time periods from each of a plurality of users.

  • Patent number: 11243688
Abstract: An option within a first application is provided that enables automated switching to a second application. When the option, which is referred to as switching selector, is selected, contextual information (e.g., identification of dependent user, identification of provider, credentials, etc.) about the experience in the first application is gathered and shared with an application switching service. The application switching service generates an identifier that can be used by the mobile device to load a second experience in the second application that is contextually similar to the first experience. This can include automatically logging the user in to the second application and loading dependent user data in the second application associated with the same dependent user that was being viewed in the first application.

  • Patent number: 11188850
Abstract: Existing methods for analyzing person-specific ‘connectomes’ are not computationally equipped for scalable, flexible, and integrated processing across multiple network resolutions and drawing from disparate data modalities-a major roadblock to utilizing ensembles and hierarchies of connectomes to solve person-specific machine-learning problems. The processes implemented in software described herein consists of an end-to-end pipeline for deploying ensembles and hierarchies of network-generating workflows that can utilize multimodal, person-specific data to sample networks, extracted from that data, across a grid of network-defining hyperparameters. In essence, this pipeline enables users to perform ensemble sampling of connectomes for given individual(s) based on any input phenotypic datatype, constructed from any data modality or hierarchy of modalities at any scale, and based on any set of network-defining hyperparameters.

  • Patent number: 11175876
Abstract: Multiple display infotainment systems in vehicles provide various options for drivers and passengers to interact with elements on the multiple displays. Techniques include accessing historical driver information that includes previous or typical driver preferences and actions while operating the vehicle. Driving context information and driver state information are received describing the conditions in and around the vehicle. When a signal indicates that an interactive element should be presented to the driver or a passenger, an adaptive rule-based system uses the contextual information and previous history to determine a score for each interaction element. The score and they type of interaction required by the element are then used to determine a location on the multiple displays for presenting the interactive element.

  • Patent number: 11137985
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for automatically generating stencils for content of a user interface (UI) to be rendered. A computer system receives information specifying content of a user interface (UI) to be rendered. Based on this information, the computer system identifies one or more bounding regions of content within the UI, including analyzing metadata and a rendered version of the UI. The computer system then automatically generates, one or more UI stencils based on the identified bounding regions, that are displayable as progress indicators prior to rendering corresponding UI content. Once it has generated the stencils, the computer system stores information specifying the one or more UI stencils for use in the UI. Automatically generating stencils for UIs may advantageously reduce the time gap from development to deployment of these UIs while improving their perceived performance and, by extension, improving user experience.
