    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, and a communications apparatus and system. User equipment can communicate with the network device by using a plurality of beams, the plurality of beams include a first beam and at least one second beam, the first beam is a serving beam used by the user equipment to listen to control information, and the second beam is a beam other than the serving beam. The method includes: determining, by the user equipment, that the serving beam is blocked; and obtaining, by the user equipment, a first message from the network device by using the first beam or the second beam. According to the method, the UE may determine that the serving beam is blocked, and further obtain the first message sent by the network device, thereby eliminating an adverse effect caused by the blocking of the serving beam.

This avoids allocating the UE a channel that exceeds an uplink transmission capability of the UE, and thereby avoids an uplink bandwidth waste.
