Abstract: A self-closing and locking device for hanging objects on a mounting surface is disclosed. The device includes a mounting bracket and a locking arm member translatably engaged with an elongated track portion of the mounting bracket. The track portion comprises a pair of guide portions defining a slot therebetween, and rear recesses in a back side of the guide portions. The rear recesses comprise lower locking portions, and upper rotating portions that are deeper than the locking portions. The arm member comprises a base portion that is positioned within the rear recesses, and an arm portion that extends from the base portion and through the slot. The device is configured such that the arm member is oriented in a closed position when the base portion is engaged with the locking portions, and orientable in an open position when the base portion is engaged with the rotating portions.

The flexible member may be connected to the support member. The support member may include a pinion. The flexible member may be adjustable to a first flexible member position in which the pinion and the track are not engaged with one another. The flexible member may be adjustable to a second flexible member position in which the pinion and the track are engaged with one another.

Abstract: A device for collecting and storing yard debris prior to disposal may be a yard debris trash chute, wherein the trash chute includes a drum supported by a support structure. The drum may have an open bottom and a beveled or flared top end and may be sized to accommodate insertion of a bag therein. The support structure may include a frame with a bag holder extending therefrom, wherein the bag holder is positioned to support an end of the bag extending outward from the open bottom end of the drum.

Abstract: Provided is a leg retention clip for a leg of a tripod and a tripod assembly that includes the leg retention clip. The leg retention clip can be inserted inside a hollow-out inside of a first leg section with slots/holes which output protruding edges of the leg retention clip. When a second leg section is fitted over the first leg section, the protruding edges of the leg retention clip can stop movement of the second leg section and help lock the second leg section in place with respect to the first leg section. If the leg of the tripod includes more than two leg sections, the leg can be provided with multiple leg retention clips.

Abstract: Disclosed is a rotatable-shooting live-streaming platform, including a stand platform and a bracket assembly. The stand platform includes a base and a plate provided above the base; and the bracket assembly includes an auxiliary bracket rotatably connected to the stand platform around a vertical axis, and the auxiliary bracket is provided with an equipment-installation structure for installing a supplementary light and/or a shooting equipment. The technical solution of the present disclosure enables the live-streaming platform to shoot the items and the models on the plate stably in multiple directions, which enriches the live-streaming effect.

Abstract: An anchor bolt alignment tool provides for accurate placement and alignment of an anchor bolt in a substrate in multiple axes and dimensions simultaneously. The anchor bolt alignment tool has a base that may be formed as a flat plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, with the bottom surface arranged for placement and alignment with a surface of a substrate. A lateral alignment guide is oriented orthogonal to the bottom surface in each of a vertical and a longitudinal axis of the base. A vertical alignment guide is oriented orthogonal to the top surface of the base in each of a vertical and a lateral axis of the base. An inboard edge of the vertical alignment guide and a notch in the base provide for alignment of an axial centerline of the anchor bolt at the desired lateral offset from the edge of the substrate.

Abstract: A quick-release anchoring apparatus with acceleration damping includes an anchor member configured to engage an external reference surface and form a substantially airtight seal therewith that defines a controlled pressure zone. A first auxiliary component carries the anchor member. A vent port provides fluid communication between the controlled pressure zone and an area of ambient pressure. A second auxiliary component moves relative to the first auxiliary component between a vent port closure position and a vent port open position. The second auxiliary component and the first auxiliary component are discrete components. One or more flexible members deform as the second auxiliary component moves in a venting direction away from the vent port closure position toward the vent port open position. The one or more flexible members resist accelerations of the second auxiliary component away from the vent port closure position but allow normal lifting of the anchoring apparatus.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a curtain rod fixing device, comprising: a device body unit detachably installed and fixed to an installation part coupled to a curtain box or window frame; and a curtain rod supporting unit detachably coupled to at least two or more regions of the circumferential surface of the device body unit and provided with a curtain rod holder at an end thereof to support the curtain rod. The curtain rod holder is bent in multi-step and has elasticity so that curtain rods of various diameters can be mounted. This configuration allows the curtain rod to be easily and conveniently installed according to the position or shape of the curtain box or window frame where the curtain is installed, thereby having an effect of significantly reducing cost or operational loss.

In some further embodiments, the adapter panel may be used as a stand-alone organizational system.

Abstract: An inflatable clamping apparatus and system that are utilized to securely support a wide variety of objects on an elongated member, such as a pole, post, beam, tree or the like. In one embodiment, the clamping apparatus has a pair of inflatable bladders that define a member receiving area, an air chamber inside each bladder, a connecting section interconnecting the bladders, an apparatus connecting mechanism that connects to the object, and an air valve to place pressurized air into the air chambers. In one configuration, the apparatus connecting mechanism connects to an object connecting mechanism associated with the object to secure the object to the apparatus. When the elongated member is in the member receiving area, the bladders are filled with air and the object is attached to the apparatus, the bladders will press tightly against the elongated member to securely hold the apparatus and object thereon.

With the coupling rotary disc being operated to rotate the rotating rod for reeling or unreeling the flexible strap, and with the biasing member biasing the coupling rotary disc to engage with the retaining ring for retaining the rotating rod, the adjustment of the flexible strap is convenient and safe to conduct.

On a pedestal table with multiple legs, this feature will distribute weight across the other table legs.
