Abstract: A display control device has display setting information including setting information of a layer structure of display objects on a terminal screen and setting information of a group to which the display objects belong, display state information indicating a display state of the display object, and operation setting information defining which setting content a combination of an operation target and operation content on a screen indicate for a layer structure and a group of display objects for each combination of the operation target and the operation content. The display control device specifies the setting content to the display object based on the combination of the operation target and the operation content, the display state information, and the operation setting information when an operation on the display object occurs.

Abstract: An electronic device can implement a zero-latency digital assistant by capturing audio input from a microphone and using a first processor to write audio data representing the captured audio input to a memory buffer. In response to detecting a user input while capturing the audio input, the device can determine whether the user input meets a predetermined criteria. If the user input meets the criteria, the device can use a second processor to identify and execute a task based on at least a portion of the contents of the memory buffer.

Abstract: A computer-based method for rendering modified graphical content is disclosed. The graphical content includes a plurality of cells. The method includes receiving the graphical content with metadata modifying the graphical content, rendering the graphical content upon a screen according to the metadata, and receiving user input. The method also includes in response to the user input, progressing through at least a subset of the cells, wherein the progressing includes moving a camera view from cell to cell in the at least a subset, each of the cells in the at least a subset being displayed as a focus point with surrounding area being adjusted in opacity according to the metadata.

Abstract: A method for enhancing interaction between a customer and a customer service representative of a company is provided. A graphical user interface (GUI) of a windows control tool is displayed. A type of an interaction between the customer and the customer service representative at a computer operated by the company is determined. One or more applications associated with the type of interaction are launched based on a predetermined display layout associated with the type of interaction. One or more application windows corresponding to the launched applications are arranged on a screen based on the predetermined display layout associated with the type of interaction. The windows control tool is configured to control the one or more application windows based on customer service representative's input. The GUI of the windows control tool displays a plurality of window objects corresponding to the one or more launched applications.

Abstract: A context aware service provision method and apparatus for recognizing the user context and executing an action corresponding to the user context according to a rule defined by the user and feeding back the execution result to the user interactively are provided. The method for providing a context-aware service includes receiving a user input, the user input being at least one of a text input and a speech input, identifying a rule including a condition and an action corresponding to the condition based on the received user input, activating the rule to detect a context which corresponds to the condition of the rule, and executing, when the context is detected, the action corresponding to the condition.

The control overlay provides a larger selection area than an underlying user interface element. Abstract: Embodiments described include systems and methods for presenting additional content for a network application accessed via an embedded browser of a client application are provided. Additional content related to network applications may be presented on client devices. Specifically, activity such as embedded browser activity may be monitored. Responsive to detecting an event based on the monitored activity, additional content related to the network application may be provided. In various embodiments, the additional content is provided to a client application on the client device for presentation on the client device.

Abstract: Rules can be selectively applied by a user to an access card using a graphical user interface (GUI) of a mobile application. For example, the mobile application can provide a graphical user interface through which the user can select how usage of the access card is to be handled by the service provider. The mobile application can receive, through the graphical user interface, input from the user indicating one or more rules to be applied to the access card. The one or more rules can dictate how usage of the access card is to be handled by the service provider. In response to receiving the input, the mobile application can transmit one or more commands to a computer system associated with the service provider. The computer system can receive the one or more commands and implement the one or more rules selected by the user of the access card.

Abstract: The system provides a method and process for displaying and sorting messages in a communication system. The system allows multiple folders of messages to be opened simultaneously. The system also displays sent and received messages in the same display when desired. The system includes automatic and/or custom color coding of messages for ease of identification of message types, sent or received messages, root sender, cc messages, responsive messages, etc. The system also includes a unique navigation system to allow the user to more easily move through related messages, threads, and folders. The navigation system can be used in situations where the prior art would have required a search to be executed.

The computing system includes a head mounted display (HMD) device including a display, a processor configured to execute one or more programs, and associated memory. The processor is configured to display a virtual object at least partially within a field of view of a user on the display, identify a plurality of control points associated with the virtual object, and determine that one or more of the control points associated with the virtual object are further than a predetermined threshold distance from the user. The processor is configured to, based on the determination, invoke a far interaction mode for the virtual object and receive a trigger input from the user. In response to the trigger input in the far interaction mode, the processor is configured to invoke a near interaction mode and display a virtual interaction object within the predetermined threshold distance from the user.
