The memory bears instructions executable by the processor to determine that an input device is within a proximity to the touch-enabled display, and in response to the determination and without supplemental input from a person, present on the touch-enabled display a user interface (UI) for providing input to the first device at least in part based on manipulation of the input device.

Abstract: An electronic device and a method are provided for controlling volume. The electronic device includes a touch screen including a main area on a front surface of the electronic device and an auxiliary area formed on a side of the main area; and a controller configured to detect a touch area contacted on the auxiliary area in a call mode, to determine the auxiliary area as a volume control area based on the touch area, and to control volume according to a touch event input in the volume control area.

Abstract: An interface for configuring an interaction site is provided. First values corresponding to first parameters of an interaction page of the one or more interaction pages are received. Recommended interaction pages for the interaction site are selected based on the first values. An interface for selecting any interaction page of the recommended interaction pages is provided. Data indicating a selection of a particular interaction page is received. In response to receiving the data indicating the selection of the particular interaction page, an interface for configuring the particular interaction page is provided. Second values corresponding to second parameters of the particular interaction page are received. A second multi-step communication flow is determined based on (i) values corresponding to the parameters associated with the first multi-step communication flow and (ii) the second values.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for processing contents in a portable terminal. The method includes displaying the contents on a contents screen. The method also includes displaying a tray to display selected information in the contents screen when the information is selected from the contents screen. The method also includes displaying information and a recommendation application related with the information on the tray when the selected text is moved to the tray. A user selects and collects collected texts in the tray without inconveniently pasting the collected texts into a corresponding field to recommend an application related with the collected texts, and executes a selected application when selection of the application is detected, and collectively maps the executed application to a corresponding item.

Abstract: A method for adjusting a window display position, and a terminal. The method for adjusting a window display position in the present disclosure includes displaying a window in a first position of a terminal screen; acquiring a rotational angular velocity and/or a rotating angle of a terminal; determining a change of a rotation direction of the terminal according to the rotational angular velocity and/or the rotating angle; and adjusting, according to a rotational change direction of the terminal, the window to be displayed in a second position of the screen. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a function of dynamically adjusting a window display position according to a change of a rotation direction of a terminal is implemented. After the adjustment, a user operation is more convenient.

Abstract: To enable prompt presentation of a user interface that displays documents that other users have accessed or edited, distribution of document activity indicators is performed in a proactive manner such that the document activity indicators are already available at a time when such a user interface is to be presented. Document activity triggers the creation of corresponding document activity identifiers, which are distributed to the workspaces of one or more users in accordance with document activity itself, the type of activity, the user performing the activity, a user who initially created the document, or combinations thereof. When another user utilizes a content creation computer application program, the activity by other users is selectively reflected within the user interface presented by such a content creation computer application program.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for determining and generating content items that provide patient information and content provided by, for example, a third-party content provider that is relevant to information associated with an open healthcare application. The content items are displayed in a separate display space from the healthcare application's user interface and dynamically change and update in response to changes in the information being displayed on the healthcare application's user interface. Additionally, the content items are actionable thereby enabling healthcare providers to address alerts, take actions, view supporting documentation, and the like.

Abstract: A secondary device receives presence information for a content item that is synchronized by a content management system with the secondary device and with a primary device. If a user of the primary device is present as indicated by the presence information, a collaboration element is displayed on the secondary device. Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating reports. A computer system displays an application with fields in a graphical user interface on a display system. The application is used to perform transactions for an organization. The computer system identifies a group of the fields displayed in the graphical user interface that is selectable for use in a group of the reports. The computer system displays a group of graphical indicators in association with the group of the fields in the graphical user interface. The computer system receives a selection of a portion of the group of the fields displayed in the graphical user interface in user input. The computer system creates the group of the reports using the portion of the group of the fields. The computer system sends the group of the reports to an output device, enabling performing an operation for the organization using the group of the reports.

Abstract: A computer network-implemented method for displaying a tag cloud representing a data structure. The data structure includes data entities and representations of relationships between the data entities. The method enables one or more users to interact with the data structure, and via the data structure, to interact with one another. In an example embodiment, the method comprises, via a computer processor, populating a display of a user interface showing a tag cloud populated with images of data entities from the data structure, such images, and in response to user input to the interface, associating one or more visual properties of the user interface with one or more of said relationships between data entities in the data structure.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for automatically generating a dynamic user interface of inter-related systems management widgets for an application program. In an embodiment, in response to detecting an event, the application program selects a primary widget from multiple widgets to display on the user interface. In response to such selection of the primary widget, the application program queries a data store that is stores tags associated with widgets, using one or more particular tags that are associated with the primary widget. Based on the querying, the application program determines one or more secondary widgets from the multiple widgets that are associated with at least one of the one or more particular tags of the primary widget. For each particular secondary widget among the one or more secondary widgets, the application program determines correlation data that measures correlation of the particular secondary widget to the primary widget.
