Abstract: A tool is constructed and adapted for dislodging debris obstructions in a toilet bowl and similar other drains. An elongate longitudinal shaft extends from a handle end to a curved blade end. The curved blade end is broadened, expanded and flattened from the shaft, the blade gradually curves and narrows from the broadened, expanded and flattened portion to a pointed tip end. Sharpened edges surround the perimeter of the curved blade end. In use, the worker grasps the tool by the handle end and inserts the curved blade end into the debris obstruction. Twisting, chopping and churning actions are exerted with the tool to agitate the debris obstruction to a flushable state.

Abstract: The present invention enables functional testing nearly all aircrew equipment including a COMBAT EDGE (combined advanced technology enhanced design “G” ensemble) system components which include a mask, a G-suit, communication systems, and a goggle. The present invention includes a gas system which includes an input filter, a first compressor comprising at least one blower, preferably three blowers connected in series, a second compressor, a first flow sensor a second flow sensor, a first flow valve, a second flow valve, a regulator, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a first pressure valve, a second pressure valve, and a controller. The inlet filter designed to accept a chemical filter. The second compressor produces a lower flow at a higher pressure than the first compressor.

Abstract: A fuel injector having a piezoelectric actuator, which activates a shutter to move the shutter in a work direction between a closed position and an open position; the piezoelectric actuator is housed inside a casing having an inner chamber insulated from the fuel, and an outer surface wet by the fuel.

Abstract: A cushion device for use when at least partially submerged in the water of a bath, a hot tub or the like, comprising a flexible hollow, enclosed shell having upper and lower ends, and being capable of containing liquid without substantial leakage, and having a plurality of ports that can allow gas or liquid to enter into or to escape from the shell, the ports being provided with closure means which can substantially prevent entry and escape of gas or liquid from the shell. The shell is capable of maintaining a substantial volume by virtue of a spacing device or its own inherent firmness, rigidy or stiffness, when the shell is open to ambient water or air pressure, and further comprises a weight tending to hold the lower end of said device in a position below said upper end when the device is submerged or partially submerged. The device is designed to fill automatically with water while a bathtub is being filled.

Abstract: The present invention provides a toilet seat assembly that can be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools by aligning various components of the assembly at a predetermined angle with respect to one another. Another aspect of the invention includes a system composed of a plurality of toilet seat assemblies that communicate information onto and receive information from a computer network that can include the Internet in one embodiment. Another aspect of the invention includes a kit for serviceing the assembly of the invention that includes a plurality of rolls of plastic sleeves.

Abstract: A waste outlet fitting having a siphon which is mounted in a cup-shaped housing. The siphon has an inlet and an outlet and is inserted into the housing from above. For cleaning and maintenance, the siphon can be removed upwardly and subsequently re-inserted from above. Arranged at the inlet of the siphon is an inflow funnel which can likewise be installed and removed from above. The waste outlet fitting makes especially simple cleaning and maintenance of the waste outlet fitting and of the soil pipe possible.

Abstract: A toilet tank cleanser dispenser has a receiving holster suitable to receive an inverted container of cleaning composition and suitable to dose liquid from the container. The adapter has an internal dosing shuttle for metering an aliquot of cleanser through an opening at the bottom of the adapter defining a valve seat. A float can move up and down with respect to the liquid level in the tank to drive an outlet valve against an outlet of the adapter. The valve head can have a balloon-like structure driven by the float. For example, a low density thin wall polyethylene valve head can be supported by a trapped air pocket to reduce leakage, permit some flexibility, and avoid permanent deformation.

Abstract: A portable and personal sauna that provides an inexpensive and easy to operate system, which provides steam with low operating costs. The portable sauna has an electric steamer with a timer, a safety thermostat, and a plate for containing herbs. When steam passes through the herb plate, the herbal steam can provide some healthy benefits to users. The preferable and safest place for the steamer is outside of the tub/shower area, where a flexible tube is used to guide the steam inside the tub/shower area.

Abstract: A spray head for a faucet or the like has a wand body defining a flow path from an inlet to first and second outlets. Diverter seats are provided so a face seal on a diverter spool can direct flow to the first or second outlet. The spool is positioned by a trigger acting on cam surfaces formed on a toggle. A spring biases the toggle to one of two stable states. Movement of the spool by the trigger causes the toggle to change states so subsequent actuation of the trigger causes the spool to move in the opposite direction. The wand body also has a pause button that reciprocates in a chamber that is part of the flow path. The chamber includes a valve seat and the pause button has a spool having a face seal that is engageable with the valve seat to shut off flow through the spray head. A return spring causes separation of the pause button's face seal upon release of pressure on the pause button.

Abstract: A vent stack screen for portable toilet holding tanks is provided in the form of a cap designed to fit over the open end of an open air vent stack extending from the holding tank through the roof of a portable toilet. The cap is constructed from a tubular sleeve of plastic material having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the vent stack of a holding tank. The cap includes an inwardly extending annular lip formed at one end. A circular mesh of plastic screen material is secured within the tubular sleeve between the annular lip and a plastic locking ring received within the tubular sleeve.

Abstract: An improved spreader assembly adapted to be mounted on a vehicle having a tailgate and a bumper. The improved spreader assembly includes a hopper and a retaining arrangement. The hopper has an upper section and a bottom section. The bottom section has a base surface adapted to at least partially rest on a top surface of the bumper. The retaining arrangement includes a band that fits at least about a portion of a front face of the upper section of the hopper. One end of the band is adapted to connect to the vehicle to maintain at least a portion of a back face of the upper section at least closely adjacent to the tailgate of the vehicle.

Abstract: A strap attachment assembly for an orthopedic brace has an anchor mounted on an orthopedic brace component and a strap retainer mounted on a strap. The anchor has a retention post and a retention head and the strap retainer has a body and a retention plate. The body includes a chamber and the retention plate includes a retention opening aligned with the chamber. The retention opening is sized to releasably receive the retention head when the retention post is positioned in the chamber. The retention plate is transitionable between a locked condition and an unlocked condition. The inner boundary of the retention opening blocks displacement of the retention head therefrom in the locked condition and is clear of the retention head to permit displacement of the retention head therefrom in the unlocked condition.

Abstract: A toilet includes a toilet bowl assembly having a toilet bowl and a trapway extending from the bottom of the toilet bowl to a sewage line. The toilet bowl has a rim channel provided along an upper perimeter portion thereof. In this toilet, the flush water flows through the rim channel in a path which is asymmetric and unidirectional along the entire perimeter portion thereof. The rim channel includes a plurality of rim openings distributed evenly along the perimeter of the rim channel. Flush water passing through the plurality of rim openings pre-wets the entire perimeter of the toilet bowl. The rim channel further includes a pair of water discharge slots which directs water directly into the toilet bowl in two powerful streams. The flush valve allowing passage of water from the water tank to the toilet bowl assembly is in the form of a valve inlet having a radiused port to generate greater energy throughput of the flush water.

Abstract: An improved Bathroom Baton apparatus which includes an electronic package designed for a one-handed operation of the water supply mechanism utilizing a membrane protective push buttons, situated on the handle, and including an electronic. module which houses battery operated solenoid valves, and electronics to facilitate the operation of the solenoid valves and battery module, in order to supply the energy to operate the components in the housing. The housing would be remotely installed at the outlet of the water supply valve which supplies water to the toilet to which the Baton is connected. There would be further provided a mercury switch in the handle to interrupt power form the battery to the electronic module when the handle is in a certain position relative to the vertical position.

Abstract: A floor drain assembly includes a barrel assembly having a radially outwardly flared drain area surrounded by an outer ledge for supporting the outer periphery of a grate covering the drain area. Radially inwardly of the ledge are a plurality of supports integral with the barrel assembly and/or grate for providing additional support for the span of the grate.

Abstract: A forehead support apparatus for resting a standing users forehead against a wall above a bathroom commode or urinal or beneath a showerhead. The apparatus includes a mounting member adapted for attachment to an upright bathroom wall either above the commode or urinal or below the showerhead. A compressible head support member is attached to and extends from the wall and said mounting member. The head support defines an elastically deformable or resilient forehead support surface which is spaced above the floor and from the wall a distance sufficient for the user to lean his forehead thereagainst and be supported while using the commode or urinal.

Abstract: A filter arrangement for a vacuum toilet system includes a filter element arranged in a filter housing connected to a waste water tank of the vacuum toilet system. The filter element includes a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane on the inlet side thereof, a filter support material supporting the PTFE membrane, and a support cage, to form a filter cartridge. The filter is preferably a pleated cylindrical filter with the inlet side on the inside of the cylinder. The arrangement preferably further includes a rinsing nozzle that rinses contaminants from the inlet side surface of the filter element, to flow down into the waste water tank. This rinsing, together with the low adhesion and the surface filtration principle of the PTFE filter membrane, prevent clogging of the filter.

Abstract: A portable restroom facility has a housing. The housing has a door opening for entering and exiting the housing. A removable waste storage container is stored within the housing for holding bodily waste. When the removable waste storage container is full or partially full, the removable waste storage container can be removed and a new clean removable waste storage container can be inserted into the housing. Thus, a waste drainage truck does not need to visit each facility and drain each portable restroom facility.

Abstract: An atomizing spray nozzle structure comprising a main unit, a rotor and a spray nozzle, wherein the main unit and the spray nozzle are joined by thread tightening. Inside the main unit is an accommodating space. The spray nozzle has a through channel running along the axis thereof. The accommodating space is communicative with the through channel, having a rotor inside the through channel and the accommodating space, characterized in that: an end of the rotor corresponding to the accommodating space is a tapered end, and a neck is protruded from the tapered end, the length of the rotor is longer than the through channel at all circumstances, and the end with protruded neck exposed in the accommodating space of the main unit; thereby the rotor can be easily taken out for cleaning purpose after the main unit and the spray nozzle are disassembled.
