Abstract: The apparatus of the Invention is a modular gas utility raceway for providing gas service within a clean room. The modular utility raceway has a front face and a back face coinciding with the inside and outside surfaces of the clean room walls. The utility raceway includes a vertically-oriented box-shaped beam that is open at the top to allow escape of any leaked gas above the ceiling of the clean room for the safety of clean room occupants. A support bracket supports gas pipes and connectors and extends above the top side of the clean room ceiling and discourages a user from blocking the open top of the box-shaped beam.

Abstract: A method of constructing an exterior insulated wall is provided. The method includes: erecting a wall structure of vertical studs and sheathing mounted to the studs; applying a moisture barrier layer and an adhesive layer; mounting a rear surface of a mineral wool insulation board to the adhesive layer, the rear surface having vertically extending drainage grooves, a front surface of the insulation board having a reinforcing mesh adhered thereto; securing the mineral wool insulation board to the studs with corrosion resistant screws and washers; and applying a weather resistant coating on the reinforcing mesh and washers. The mineral wool insulation board includes mechanically entangled non-woven hydrophobic fibers spaced apart by air voids to define a compressible fibrous mass. The washers and screws exert pressure on a compressed zone of the compressible fibrous mass which reduces moisture permeability, increases volume percentage of fibers, and lowers volume percentage of air voids.
Abstract: A portable inflatable golf studio including an arcuate shaped roof panel, first and second side panels, a floor panel, a front panel, a back panel, a projector screen, a projector, and a tracking system. The first and second side panels are positioned parallel from one another and are attached to the arcuate shaped roof panel, wherein one of the first and second side panels defines a cavity configured to receive a television monitor. Abstract: A rooftop equipment attachment system includes a rooftop having a roof deck, an insulation layer positioned atop the roof deck, a plurality of metallic roof plates that secure the insulation layer to the roof deck, and a roofing membrane secured atop the insulation layer. The roofing membrane covers the plurality of metallic roof plates. The system includes a frame for supporting rooftop equipment. The frame includes a plurality of mounting supports that are positionable atop the rooftop at positions that are above at least a portion of the plurality of metallic roof plates. The plurality of mounting supports are configured to support the frame and any rooftop equipment mounted thereon. Each of the plurality of mounting supports includes a magnetic element that is configured to secure a particular one of the plurality of mounting supports with a particular one of the plurality of metallic roof plates.

Abstract: A system for guidance and deployment of active panels on a building. One or more guide rails are coupled to a building wall. Panel units are coupled to the guide rails. An active panel can extend and contract from each panel unit. A control system conveys the panel units to an operational position on the building wall. When a panel unit is in operational position, The control system extends or retracts the respective active panel from the panel unit, and adjusts the angle of the panel unit relative to the building wall.
Abstract: A positioning device and method for producing a construction material body. The positioning device holds and orients a reinforcement body consisting of a textile reinforcement within a formwork. The positioning device comprises first and second holding part groups arranged on a main body. At least one of the two holding part groups is movable between holding and release positions. In the holding position, each holding part acts on an associated location of engagement on the reinforcement body. In the release position, the distance between the holding parts is different from the distance between the locations of engagement on the reinforcement body, such that the positioning device is brought into engagement with the reinforcement body or can be removed therefrom. In the release position, independent handling of the positioning device relative to the reinforcement body is possible. To switch between the holding and release positions, an actuation device is provided.
Abstract: A pergola system and bracket is described, which includes a frame having a plurality of vertical spaced apart posts, and horizontal frame members each of which have an internal reinforcing rod passing through at least a portion of the posts/frame members. Abstract: A deck system including hold-down devices for attaching deck boards to deck support structures and a siding system including attachment devices for mounting siding boards to wall structures. Hold-down devices are attached to deck support structures by horizontally-extending fasteners and attach the deck boards to the deck support structures without fasteners providing paths for water to pass through the deck boards into the support structures. Deck board engagement members of the hold-down device extend into slots in deck boards. Siding board attachment devices are mounted on upright surfaces of wall structures using horizontally extending fasteners. Siding boards are mounted with a standoff distance providing ventilation space behind and between siding boards.
Abstract: System, device, and method of reinforcement for raised-floors and for equipment thereon. A system includes a vertical support member to fixedly connect to a top-tier of a raised-floor and to a bottom-tier of the raised floor. The vertical support member includes an internal rod surrounded by an external pipe. The internal rod and the external pipe are connected via a top-side cap and a bottom-side cap. A modular-length slanted support member is further connected to the vertical support member. The slanted support member is fixedly connected to the bottom-tier of the raised floor, or to another, neighboring, vertical support member.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for holding a panel in a u-channel comprising a rocking grip configured to be positioned in the u-channel on a first side of the panel and a tilting grip configured to be positioned in the u-channel on a second side of the panel, opposite the first side for adjusting an angular position of the panel. The rocking grip includes a rotatable rocking plate for abutting the first side of the panel. Abstract: A land-based drilling rig includes a first substructure and a second substructure, the second substructure being positioned generally parallel to the first substructure. The land-based drilling rig also includes a drill rig floor coupled to the first and second substructures, the drill rig floor including a V-door. The side of the drill rig floor has the V-door defining a V-door side of the drill rig floor, where the V-door side of the drill rig floor is parallel to the first substructure. The first and second substructures pivotably support the drill rig floor. The land-based drilling rig also includes a mast, the mast mechanically coupled to one or more of the first substructure, the second substructure, and the drill rig floor. The mast is pivotably coupled to one or more of the first substructure, the second substructure, and the drill rig floor by a mast pivot point. The mast includes a V-door side, the V-door side of the mast parallel to the first or second substructure.

Abstract: A mow strip, mow strip kit/assembly. There are front and back brackets coupled to an elongated mow strip body. The brackets, coupled to the base of a pair of adjacent fence posts, include flat protrusions extending orthogonally from a mounting plate. The elongated mow strip body has a flat side parallel to flat side of the fence posts to make a flush connection. The top of the mow strip includes a groove into which a fence rail may be disposed. A mounting structure on each face of the mow strip includes slits shaped and positioned to receive the protrusion of the brackets. The slits extend along and through an end of the bottom surface of the mow strip such that at the end of the bottom surface the elongated mow strip body may be vertically lowered directly onto one of the protrusions.
