Abstract: A golf club head includes a club head body and a weight member that is secured to the body. The weight member is constructed to utilize lateral forces to couple to the head body to minimize the structure required to retain the weight member, and the weight member is preferably constructed so that it has a low profile.

Abstract: Present invention, “BiggieBills”, is an interactive business strategy multi-player game played among 4 to 8 teams using plurality of cards. It can be played “Face to Face” or “Online.” The teams play “Growth Cards” to progress from Stage 1 to 4 while managing possible “Challenge Cards” played by opposing teams, managing the random changes in “Industry Rules” every “Business Cycle,” and attempt to earn “Bonus Cards.” The unique value propositions are: a) dynamic real-time experience; b) knowledge from the field of strategic management for the managers (students); c) the debrief provides the core learning as a follow-up to the game; and d) customization of the game is possible by altering industry conditions to suit client needs. BiggieBills has a three-pronged approach: a) corporate training; b) education (undergraduate, graduate, executive); and c) entertainment. It may be redesigned to teach subjects such as entrepreneurship, economics, innovation management and general business.

The clad material is joined to an adjacent portion brought into contact with a peripheral edge of the clad material. The clad material includes a first layer s1 and a second layer s2. The first layer s1 is the outermost layer. The first layer s1 is welded to the adjacent portion. The second layer s2 does not have an affinity for welding with the adjacent portion.

Abstract: A card tile deck includes a plurality of card tiles divided into multiple zones with each of the zones including either a first indicia, a second indicia, a third indicia, or a null indicia. A method of playing a game includes forming a build stack of played card tiles from the plurality of card tiles by repeatedly positioning an active card tile on top of a played card tile with one of the zones of the active card tile substantially overlapping one of the zones of the played card tile. A null indicia can be covered by either the first indicia, the second indicia, or the null indicia. The first indicia or second indicia can be covered by either the third indicia or the null indicia. A third indicia can be covered by the null indicia.

Abstract: A golf club includes a shaft and a club head for a metal wood type club head. The club head includes a ball striking face, a heel, a toe, a rear, a crown, and a sole. The sole includes a forward sole surface and a rearward sole surface. The substantially horizontally-oriented forward sole surface extends rearwardly from the ball striking face to a rearward edge. The substantially horizontally-oriented rearward sole surface extends forwardly from the rear of the club head. The rearward sole surface extends over and is offset in a height direction from the rearward edge. A cavity may be located above the forward sole surface, the cavity having a rearward facing opening located below the rearward sole surface. A projection may extend rearwardly from the rearward edge beneath the rearward sole surface, the projection having sides that extend in a generally breadthwise direction.

Abstract: A system that manages a package of shuffled playing cards and gaming chips includes a storage box and a control apparatus. The storage box is provided in association with a game table and stores a plurality of shuffled playing cards and a plurality of chip cases and also includes a card reader that reads playing card ID codes of the shuffled playing cards and a chip reader that reads case ID codes of the chip cases. The control apparatus outputs total numbers of the shuffled playing cards and the chip cases stored in the storage box and the playing card ID codes and case ID codes stored in the storage box by monitoring read playing card ID codes and case ID codes.

Abstract: A playing card handling device comprises an elevator platform configured to receive one or more cards from an input platform to form a shuffled set of cards, a card gripper positioned above the elevator platform, and configured to grip cards from the shuffled set of cards, and a processor configured to control the elevator platform to have a grip position for the card gripper to grip the shuffled set of cards, wherein the grip position is adjusted based, at least in part, on a correction value associated with a particular card insertion. A related method includes determining a grip position of an elevator platform of a card handling device based, at least in part, on a desired insertion location within a stack of shuffled cards as adjusted based on a corrective value that is different for a plurality of different insertion locations.

Abstract: Disclosed is a disposable sealing piece having a game unit, the sealing piece is a sealing film or an upper cover, to cover and seal an opening of a disposable container. A print layer is disposed on surface of the disposable sealing piece, and on the print layer is disposed at least a game unit. When a cup, a bowl of disposable container, or a meal box is covered with the sealing film or the upper cover, it is capable of providing game functions of context interactions. The structure of the disposable sealing piece makes use of the conventional sealing piece, and through patterns of elaborate design, to integrate body gesture, mood, and game together, to provide and present a combined real scene for the entertainment of the user. The game thus obtained include various dances, sports, Kungfu, combined real scene, and parent-child interactions.

Abstract: A magnetized playing card having: a first component; and a second component that joins with the first component to form the magnetized playing card; the first component having: a front first component face; a back first component face; wherein at least a first section of the back first component surface is a magnetized surface; the magnetized surface having: a plurality of magnetic poles comprising north poles and south poles; wherein the north poles and the south poles are in parallel with each other, and the north poles alternate with the south poles in an alternating formation; and wherein the alternating formation faces a first direction to create a first magnetic alignment; the second component having: a front second component face; a back second component face; wherein the second component joins with the first component via the back first component face and the back second component face.

Each set of the eight classification sets of point cards includes six point cards, where each of the point cards has a combination of: a classification set name; a point value indicator; a symbol associated with the classification set; an image associated with the classification set name; and a common name for the image; where the combination is different for each of the point cards in the eight classification sets. The wild card set includes three point cards each having a number zero on the first major surface.

The body includes a sole positioned at a bottom portion of the golf club head, a crown positioned at a top portion, and a skirt positioned around a periphery between the sole and crown. The body has a forward portion and a rearward portion. The club head includes a face positioned at the forward portion of the body. In some embodiments, the crown includes a lattice-like structure having thin regions surrounded by a web of relatively thicker regions. In some embodiments, the club head includes one or more stiffening tubes attached between the sole and the crown to improve the acoustic performance of the golf club head.

The golf club head can additionally or alternatively include a face angle adjustment system positioned on the sole, the face angle adjustment system includes a member that is removably received by the single channel and fastened to the sole, the member includes a first end member and a second end member, wherein the member is configured to be repositioned within the channel to adjust a resting face angle of the golf club head.

The club head may include a body portion having an interior cavity, a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a bottom portion, a crown portion with an opening, a polymer insert in the interior cavity, and a non-metal cover portion coupled to the crown portion to cover the opening. Abstract: A golf putter has a hollow shaft that has a longitudinal channel, a grip that surrounds a portion of the shaft, a putter head, and an adjustable counter-balance weight system. The weight system has a rod that has a four-sided configuration and at least one weight. Each weight has an annular weight housing that has a four-sided channel extending longitudinally therethrough, and with each weight housing having a threaded opening. The rod extends through the channel of the weight housing of the at least one weight, and a threaded setting screw is threaded through the threaded opening and impinges on one of the four sides of the rod to secure the weight inside the four-sided channel.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of golf club heads having a balance of the following parameters: a low and back club head center of gravity position, a high moment of inertia, and low aerodynamic drag. Methods of manufacturing the embodiments of golf club heads having a balance of club head center of gravity position, moment of inertia, and aerodynamic drag are also described herein.

Abstract: A golf club head, preferably a putter head, comprising a replaceable face insert is disclosed herein. The golf club head comprises a body with face cavity and a secondary cavity in communication with, and disposed behind, the face cavity, and at least one opening extending through a top or sole portion into the secondary cavity. The replaceable face insert comprises a striking portion and a support structure extending from a rear surface of the striking portion. The support structure is received within the secondary cavity and the striking portion is received within the face cavity, and then a rod or bolt is inserted through the opening and through the support structure to reversibly secure the face insert to the body. A linear bearing may be disposed within the support structure to receive the rod or bolt.

Abstract: A ball striking device, such as a golf club head, includes a face having a ball striking surface, an inner surface opposite the ball striking surface, and a thickness defined between the ball striking surface and the inner surface, and a body connected to the face and extending rearward from the face. The face has a modulus gradient across the thickness of the face, such that the modulus of the face varies at different distances from the ball striking surface. The face may also include at least one of an insert, a composite material, a multi-layered structure, and/or a portion treated by a surface treatment to contribute to the modulus gradient.
