Abstract: A game apparatus comprises a set of fifteen dual-sided playing pieces, a pair of dice, a stock tray, and at least two collector trays. Each of the dual-sided playing pieces has a first face comprising an indicia selected from a plurality of indicia and a second face, opposite the first face, comprising another indicia selected from the plurality of indicia. Each die comprises a number of facets corresponding to the number of indicia in the plurality of indicia. The stock tray is configured to hold a predetermined number of the dual-sided playing pieces that are available for play. Each of the at least two collector trays are configured to hold a predetermined number of the dual-sided playing pieces that are no longer available for play.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion having an interior cavity and a front portion, and a face portion attached to the front portion of the body portion to enclose the interior cavity. The face portion may include a face pocket portion having an opening defining a face cavity, and a face plate portion covering the opening to close the face cavity. The golf club head also includes a first filler material at least partially filling the interior cavity, and a second filler material at least partially filling the face cavity. The first filler material and the second filler material may be separated by one or more walls of the face pocket portion. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.

Abstract: A method of playing a lottery instant scratch ticket game comprises a plurality of scratch tickets, wherein each ticket comprises four game grids. Each ticket provides a TicTacToe-like gameplay and wherein “O” symbols provide a payout differing from “X” symbols in each separate game grid. A mini jackpot and a maxi jackpot may be provided. Alternate embodiments are discussed.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion with an interior cavity and a port having an opening to the interior cavity. A polymer material is injected into the interior cavity from the port. The golf club head may further include a first mass portion and a second mass portion. The first mass portion may have a first end, a second end, and a first mass portion distance between the first end and the second end. The second mass portion may be coupled to the back wall portion below a horizontal midplane of the body portion. The second mass portion may include a first end, a second end, and a second mass portion distance between the first end and the second end. The total mass of the second mass portion may be greater than a total mass of the first mass portion, and the second mass portion distance may be greater than the first mass portion distance.

Abstract: A mixed material golf club head including an outer metallic component and a polymeric component. The outer metallic component comprises the strike face. The polymeric component comprises a reaction wall that lies flush with a rear surface of the strike face. The reaction wall slidably translates across a back surface of the strike face at impact. In some embodiments, the outer metallic component is integrally formed with the crown and the polymeric component is integrally formed with the sole, to allow dynamic delofting for low-handicap golfers. In other embodiments, the outer metallic component is integrally formed with the sole and the polymeric component is integrally formed with the crown, to allow dynamic lofting for high-handicap golfers.

Abstract: A kit for a game system and a method of using the kit is shown and described. The kit for the game system includes a game board, at least one die, a plurality of packable items, a plurality of game cards, and a plurality of suitcases. The plurality of game cards has indicia of the packable items located thereon. The method of use begins by setting up a game board, followed by determining a first player. The first player rolls a die and interprets the die. The first player moves a player pawn and draws a game card. The first player then does as the game card instructs.

Abstract: A new trivia-based card game comprising a deck of cards with a plurality of planar playing cards. Each planar playing card has three orthogonal pieces of information on its playing surface: an index, a card value, and a topic. Each planar playing card also has an answer value list and an answer list on its playing surface. The deck of cards may be sorted into unique sub-sets based off of index, card value, or topic. All of the planar playing cards contained in each sub-set sorted by topic share an answer value list and an answer list. A trivia-based card game can be played with such a deck.

Abstract: A method of forming a golf club head assembly includes aligning a faceplate with a recess of a club head; welding the faceplate to the club head; then, after welding the faceplate, heating the club head and the faceplate to at least a solvus temperature of the faceplate for a predetermined amount of time; and then, after heating the club head and the faceplate, allowing the club head and the faceplate to air cool.

Abstract: A ball striking device, such as a golf club head, has a face with a striking surface configured for striking a ball and a channel extending across a portion of the sole. The channel may be recessed from adjacent surfaces of the sole and have a depth of recession from the adjacent surfaces of the sole. A pair of ribs are positioned within the channel. The ribs may diverge away from one another and may have a first rib located in a toe portion of the channel and a second rib located in the heel portion of the channel.

Abstract: Methods of playing commission-free pai gow poker games are disclosed. The commission-free pai gow poker games have multiple features, including a novel push mechanism and a novel copy-fostering mechanism, that provide a gaming establishment with an adequate house edge without the need to charge a commission on player wins. Abstract: A system and method for conducting a card game including a player v. dealer arrangement involving a comparison of HI and LO hand values. Players declare a three-card hand as either HI or LO and a dealer forms three-card LO and HI hands using five cards with a shared card being used in both the LO and HI hand. Aces have a value of 1 point when used in a LO hand and 11 when used in a HI hand, face cards have a value of 0 points and cards 2 through 10 have values matching their rank. Match and poker bonus features may also be incorporated.

Abstract: An automatic card shuffler to shuffle eight decks of cards (or less) and deal a round of Baccarat. The automatic shuffler comprises two pre-shuffle bins, each receiving approximately four decks of cards wherein the pre-shuffle bins are spaced apart from one another with card slides directing to a card-receiving area. Cards are randomly selected from the cards in each of the pre-shuffle bins and propelled onto the card slides directing the cards to the card-receiving area. Once a sufficient number of buffer cards (e.g., seven) have been deposited into the card-receiving area, a card flipper moves the seven cards against a face plate of an integral dealing shoe. A buffer-holder member maintains the buffer cards against the face plate for dealing as the card flipper returns to a home position to receive more shuffled cards while buffer cards are being dealt in a round of Baccarat.

Abstract: A putter-type golf club head has a top portion, a bottom portion, a heel portion, a toe portion, and a striking face having a variably textured region. The variably textured region includes a central portion and an outer portion laterally spaced from the central portion towards one of the heel portion and the toe portion. The central portion has a material ratio of less than 20% at a cutoff height of 0.1 mm and the outer portion has a material ratio greater than that of the central portion at the cutoff height of 0.1 mm. Variation of the textured region provides consistent ball speed upon impact at different lateral positions of the striking face.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a golf club head that comprises a body. The body comprises a sole portion, a crown portion, a skirt portion, and a face portion, positioned at a forward region of the golf club head, opposite a rearward region of the golf club head, and extending from a toe region to a heel region of the golf club head. At least a portion of the body is made of a titanium alloy. The golf club head also comprises a large weight, coupled to the sole portion of the body and made of a steel alloy. A mass of the large weight is at least 40% of a mass of the portion of the body made of the titanium alloy. A total mass of the large weight and the portion of the body made of the titanium alloy is at least 210 grams.

The front body further includes a fabric reinforced thermoplastic composite layer and a filled thermoplastic layer each extending across the entire strike face. The fabric reinforced thermoplastic composite layer and the filled thermoplastic layer each comprise a common thermoplastic resin component, and are directly bonded to each other without an intermediate adhesive.
