Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for communicating and processing market data. The market data may comprise quotes, orders, trades and/or statistics. A messaging structure allows for adding, re-ordering and/or expanding data, within the printable character set of any language. One or more delimiters are defined and used to delimit data elements within the message structure. The data is interpreted based on templates which may be disseminated prior to the sending of messages and used as an abstraction so that the meaning of data need not be conveyed in the message.

Abstract: An information capture, processing and retrieval (“ICPR”) system shared by multiple buyers, suppliers and workers concurrently and a method of operating the same. In one embodiment, the ICPR system includes an order documentation subsystem configured to document orders for the suppliers and the buyers with respect to the workers. Each of the orders specifies a different method of time capture for the workers assigned thereto. The ICPR system also includes a time capture subsystem configured to receive the different methods of time capture from the workers positioned in one of anchored and untethered locations assigned to the orders. In a related embodiment, the ICPR system further includes a time approval and buyer tagging subsystem configured to allow the buyers to label time worked by the workers corresponding to the buyers with one or more tags, thereby translating approved time of the workers into custom, internal terminology of the buyers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a total cost of ownership method and system for technology components, applications or business units. The system provides financial reporting costs in information technology terms in order to build a bridge between technology and finance organizations. The method and system utilize data from systems of record for assets and charges, extract this data and deliver output reports and visualizations on the data processing and analysis in order to drive a Total Cost of Ownership for technology components, applications or business units. The method includes bringing data from disparate sources into the computer processor accessing at least one storage medium, validating the data by a Data Quality Engine, processing the data by matching the at least one charge to the at least one asset and performing data analytics and reporting on the Total Cost of Ownership.

Abstract: A computerized system and method for structuring risk management and assist a financial institution quantify financial, legal, regulatory and reputational risk associated with opening accounts related to management of financial assets and investments and facilitate analysis and quantification of risk. An automated account opening risk management system receives information quantifying factors relating to financial, legal, regulatory and/or reputational risk. The information is utilized to generate a risk quotient or other rating based upon a weighting algorithm applied to the criteria. The risk quotient is indicative of risk associated with an account. The quotient can be monitored on account opening, periodically or during a transaction.

Abstract: A method, system and program product for providing distribution of customer feedback pertaining to an aspect of a retail environment. The method includes creating either a text, an audio or visual tag for inputting into a tool, feedback from customers using a plurality of devices, the tag including either a product-related or a location-related tag that can be used to extrapolate on the feedback. The method further includes identifying respective locations of customers, collecting in real-time the feedback inputted by the customers and providing a user, a customer that has provided feedback or not, access to the feedback collected based on either an inquiry submitted to the tool by the user or based on a current location of the user identified by the tool. The method further includes retrieving in real-time a subset of the feedback collected based on either the inquiry submitted or the current location of the user.

The ability of embodiments to provide this access may allow users of such on-demand services better insight as to how much time their agents are spending on cases.

Abstract: A financial assessment tool provides a user with specific, actionable advice personalized to the user, based on known and provided user data. In addition to the specific advice, a rationale is provided for the specific advice. Also, resources for additional educational material are provided to help the user understand the context for the advice. The financial assessment tool is available online and uses previously stored data pertaining to the user.

Abstract: For creating a data governance assessment, a response module receives responses to an automated questionnaire. A scoring module computes a data governance assessment comprising a maturity level describing organizational adoption of data governance, a data governance model describing a data centralization level, and a framework describing a tier of data governance by calculating the maturity level, the data governance model, and the framework from the responses.

Abstract: An expert system for providing optimized recommendations regarding a construction project is configured to generate conflicting optimization recommendations. Multiple expert system engines are implemented, where each engine provides one or more recommendations optimized in accordance with the priorities of a functional discipline. A conflict engine will identify conflicts between optimized recommendations and will package the conflicts into conflict objects that are presented to a conflict user interface for resolution. The user could resolve the conflicts him/herself, or could configure a cross-functional conflict object to resolve such conflicts based upon specified resolution criteria.

Abstract: A method for providing electronic access to an electronic payment system includes receiving, in conjunction with a purchase by an accountholder at a merchant, information for identifying a payment account of the accountholder based upon entry into a POS terminal of the merchant of an identifier that enables identification of the accountholder and a mobile communications device of the accountholder. The method further includes providing electronic access to an electronic payment system that further enables using a telephone number of a payee to initiate an electronic communication with an electronic device associated with the payee without requiring a communications link to be established directly between a mobile communications device of the accountholder and the electronic device of the payee in order to complete a payment from the accountholder to the payee. Methods further include providing an additional service account with which a payment account of the accountholder is associated.

Abstract: A system for effective project size estimation. In response to receiving an input to predict a size of effort required to complete a project, a set of metrics associated with the project is identified. All possible subsets of metrics are constructed from the identified set of metrics associated with the project. One project size prediction model is generated for each constructed subset of metrics from the identified set of metrics associated with the project. An accuracy score is calculated for each generated project size prediction model. A project size prediction model is selected with a highest calculated accuracy score to identify a subset of effective metrics for the project. The subset of effective metrics is associated with the project size prediction model with the highest calculated accuracy score. Then, the project size prediction model with the highest calculated accuracy score is outputted for use by a project developer.

Abstract: One method for transferring funds includes receiving at a web server computer a request to transfer funds from a sender to a receiver. The request includes information identifying the sender and a payment vehicle for providing funds to transfer. The payment vehicle is validated and a transaction identifier is generated or assigned. The transaction identifier may be transmitted from the web server computer to the sender. When ready to receive the funds, the transaction identifier is entered into an ATM. If the transaction identifier is validated, the funds are dispensed from the ATM.

Abstract: A payment card comprises a processor, a trigger source coupled to the processor, and a display for outputting at least a portion of a dynamic account number under control of the processor responsive to the trigger source. The dynamic account number is determined based at least in part on a seed stored in the payment card and an output of the trigger source. In an illustrative embodiment, the dynamic account number is generated utilizing a time-based or event-based one-time password algorithm. For example, in a time-based embodiment, the trigger source may comprise a time of day clock, with the dynamic account number being determined based at least in part on the seed and a current value of the time of day clock. In an event-based embodiment, the trigger source may comprise an event counter, with the dynamic account number being determined based at least in part on the seed and a current value of the event counter.

Abstract: An instrument for measuring and presenting customer impressions of a company uses weighted response values of survey questions to develop a customer experience score and a customer interaction score. The two scores are added to produce a composite score. The three scores for a company may be presented with other score sets for other companies to provide a simple and consistent comparison of companies. When different businesses or even different industries have different customer experiences and interactions, weighting of response values can be adjusted to more accurately reflect the importance of that factor on the overall customer experience, which models customer satisfaction.

Abstract: A system and method for encouraging the exchange of feedback in an enterprise. An example method includes providing one or more user interface controls for configuring a feedback reminder to automatically include predetermined insight pertaining to a potential participant in a future feedback exchange; sending the feedback reminder to a messaging system or application; providing a user option to view content of the feedback reminder; and displaying the feedback reminder in response to user selection of the first user option. Another user option enables selection of particular insight, derived from a talent management system, for inclusion in the feedback reminder. The messaging system may include an email application or an application for displaying a worklist.

Abstract: A collaboration event framework can be used to schedule and automatically invoke a collaboration event. An event coordinator may schedule a collaboration event, and the framework will automatically initiate contact with event participants using participant contact preferences. Participants can be asked to enter an identifier to verify the participant's identity. An event coordinator may be presented with a display that indicates the status of participants of the collaboration event. A system administrator may review all scheduled collaboration events to determine resource shortages.
