Abstract: A pair of compression sleeves and a manifold tubing set is provided as an integral unit. The tubing set comprises a first set of conduits integrally connected to the first sleeve and a second set of conduits integrally connected to the second sleeve. The first and second conduit sets are connected at a controller connection device comprising a manifold, having a plurality of fluidly isolated, branched fluid passages, and a connector for plugging directly into a controller for a source of compressed air. The only connection that must be made prior to operation of the device is the connection at the controller.
