Abstract: A membrane humidifier assembly includes a first flow field plate adapted to facilitate flow of a first gas thereto and a second flow field plate adapted to facilitate flow of a second gas thereto. Abstract: A novel anion exchange polymer is provided. A method of making the anion exchange polymer includes reacting a tertiary amine, an acid inhibitor and a polyepoxide to form a quaternary ammonium monomer and polymerizing the quaternary ammonium monomer in the presence of a catalyst. The exchange polymer is prepared without using alkyl halides and can be used to make improved ion exchange materials that are chemically resistant and non-fouling.
Abstract: Provided are a conducting polymer film composition comprising a graft copolymer of a self-doped conducting polymer and an organic opto-electronic device comprising a conducting polymer film formed of the above-mentioned composition. In the graft copolymer, the conducting polymer and a polyacid are connected to each other via chemical binding. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be used in organic opto-electronic devices with minimal or no dedoping occurring from heat generated inside the device. As a result, the present invention can improve efficiency and life-time of the organic opto-electronic device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fuel management system having at least one fluororubber article in contact with biodiesel fuel wherein said fluororubber article comprises i) a polyhydroxy cured fluoroelastomer comprising copolymerized units of vinylidene fluoride and at least one other fluoromonomer, and ii) 1 to 10 parts by weight of a diester of a dicarboxylic acid per hundred parts fluoroelastomer. Also disclosed is a method for reducing volume swell of a polyhydroxy cured fluororubber article in contact with biodiesel fuel wherein 1 to 10 parts by weight of a diester of a dicarboxylic acid is incorporated into said article.

Abstract: A polymer for filling gaps in a semiconductor substrate and a composition using the polymer are provided. According to the composition, holes having a diameter of 100 nm or less and an aspect ratio (i.e. a ratio between the diameter and height of the holes) of 1 or higher in semiconductor substrates can be substantially completely filled by common spin coating without formation of defects, e.g., air voids, the film can be dissolved by an aqueous alkaline solution (i.e. a developing solution) until a desired thickness is reached, the film is highly resistant to isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and plasma etching after curing by baking, and residue can be rapidly removed from the inside of the holes by ashing.

Abstract: Polymeric compounds of formula I comprising boronic acid are provided. These polymeric compounds are prepared either by grafting boronic acid containing compounds (e.g. 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid) to hydrolysed poly(N-vinylformamide) or hydrolysing copolymer(s) obtained by copolymerizing vinyl group containing boronic acid monomers (e.g. -vinylphenyl boronic acid) and N-vinylformamide.
