Abstract: A method includes obtaining, by an electronic device, an audio segment comprising one or more audio events of a target subject. The method also includes extracting, by the electronic device, audio embeddings from the one or more audio events using an embedding model, the embedding model comprising a trained machine learning model. The method further includes comparing, by the electronic device, the extracted audio embeddings with a match profile of the target subject, the match profile generated during an enrollment stage. The method also includes generating, by the electronic device, a label for the audio segment based on whether or not the extracted audio embeddings match the match profile, wherein the label enables correlation of the audio segment with the target subject for monitoring a health condition of the target subject.

  • Patent number: 11734522
Abstract: A method for analyzing an electronic document including structured data and unstructured data may include applying a machine learning model to determine whether one or more rows of the electronic document correspond to a header row. The machine learning model may be trained to determine whether one or more cells of a row corresponds to a header field by determining whether a text value included in the cells corresponds to an entity. A row may be identified as a header row based on an output of the machine learning model indicating more than a threshold quantity of cells included in the row correspond to a header field. At least a portion of the structured data included in the electronic document may be extracted based on the entity included in the cells of the row identified as the header row. Related systems and computer program products are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11736428
Abstract: An approach is provided that receives a message and applies a deep analytic analysis to the message. The deep analytic analysis results in a set of enriched message embedding (EME) data that is passed to a trained neural network. Based on a set of scores received from the trained neural network, a conversation is identified from a number of available conversations to which the received message belongs. The received first message is then associated with the identified conversation.

  • Patent number: 11735191
Abstract: This application describes methods and apparatus for speaker recognition. An apparatus according to an embodiment has an analyzer for analyzing each frame of a sequence of frames of audio data which correspond to speech sounds uttered by a user to determine at least one characteristic of the speech sound of that frame. An assessment module determines, for each frame of audio data, a contribution indicator of the extent to which that frame of audio data should be used for speaker recognition processing based on the determined characteristic of the speech sound. Said contribution indicator comprises a weighting to be applied to each frame in the speaker recognition processing. In this way frames which correspond to speech sounds that are of most use for speaker discrimination may be emphasized and/or frames which correspond to speech sounds that are of least use for speaker discrimination may be de-emphasized.

  • Patent number: 11721331
Abstract: Systems and methods for device functionality identification are disclosed. For example, a connected device may be coupled to a secondary device. A user may request operation of the connected device, and a system may determine that the connected device is of a given device type. Based on the connected device being of the given device type, the system may cause another device having an environmental sensor to send sensor data indicating environmental changes sensed by the sensor. The connected device may be operated and the sensor may sense environmental changes caused by operation of the connected device. When the sensed environmental changes indicate the device type of the secondary device, a recommendation to change the device type of the connected device to the device type of the secondary device may be provided to a user device associated with the connected device.
