A mounting shaft nut retainer is threaded to the mounting shaft nut lower extension.

Abstract: A container and method of making the same is provided herein. The container may be configured to hold a dispensable material. The container can include a first sheet of a material and a second sheet of the material. The first sheet of material includes a folded portion across a first end of the first sheet. The second sheet of material includes a folded portion across a first end of the second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet are bonded together across the folded portion of the first sheet and the folded portion of the second sheet to form a tip portion. The tip portion includes a passage between the folded portion of the first sheet of material and the folded portion of the second sheet of material.

Abstract: A drinking container has a lid that attaches to a vessel. The lid has a sidewall that forms a chamber with an opening. A spring-loaded door is pivotable between a closed position that seals the chamber opening from the vessel and an open position that allows transfer of fluid or solids between the chamber and the vessel. A lever has a catch that engages and holds the door in the closed position unless the lever is actuated by the user. The lever can be actuated by the user through an area on the lid that allows operation of the lever from the exterior of the container. The drinking container may include additional chambers with corresponding spring-loaded doors that are released through an area on the lid.

The dosing tube includes a cylindrical sidewall extending from a first end to a second end opposite the first end. The dosing tube defines an opening in the cylindrical sidewall. The plate is coupled to the second end of the dosing tube. The dosing tube is configured to rotate with respect to the plate. In at least one example embodiment, the apparatus further includes an auger configured to rotate and move a material from the second end to the first end of the dosing tube.

Abstract: There is provided a pet treat dispenser for dispensing pet treats. The dispenser includes a dispenser housing with a housing chamber and a treat dispenser opening. The dispenser includes a treat hopper having a treat storage cavity. The treat hopper is formed with the dispenser housing with the treat hopper body received in the housing chamber and with the treat hopper translating between closed and dispensing positions. In the closed position the treat storage cavity is not aligned with the treat dispenser opening. In the dispensing position the dispensing end is positioned adjacent to the treat dispenser opening exposing the treat storage cavity. The dispenser includes a clicking mechanism having a start position and a deflected position. The clicking mechanism deflects upon the treat hopper being translated to the dispensing position and to produce an audible sound upon the clicking mechanism being deflected.

Abstract: Herein is disclosed an apparatus and method for delivering a fluid to an individual in such a manner that sloshing of the fluid is substantially suppressed, even when the fluid has been only partially consumed. The apparatus includes a reservoir for containing the fluid and a valve in fluid communication with the reservoir. A biasing mechanism exerts a force upon the reservoir, causing it to contract and force fluid through the valve, when the valve is opened. The biasing mechanism and reservoir are housed within a body, according to some embodiments.

A refrigeration system and a carbonation system is also provided. The refrigeration system uses the ice-bank technology. A submersible agitator pump improves heat exchanged between ice-bank and water by forced convection. The agitator pump operating based on the temperature of the drinking water. A figure eight evaporator coil can provide two cylindrical ice banks and two chilled water coils to increase the chilled water capacity.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dispenser of a sealant for hemostasis comprising a container configured to receive a fibrinogen solution and an activation compartment being situated downstream of the container and comprising a functionalized support to which a coagulation factor, preferably thrombin, is immobilized, such that upon dispensing the fibrinogen solution it passes through the activation compartment, thereby generating and dispensing polymerizing fibrin as a sealant. The invention further relates to a support, exchangeable tip and a kit for the dispenser as well as to methods and uses of the dispenser or components thereof for dispensing a sealant to a desired site.
