Abstract: A container for propelling cosmetic pencils includes a holding body (4), a lead-holder (7) axially movable in the holding body (4) and having a seat (9) facing a first opening (4a) of the holding body (4) and designed to receive a lead (3) of cosmetic material, a driving element (13) movable in rotation in the holding body (4) and having an operating portion (14) protruding from a second opening (4b) of the holding body (4), a threaded body (12) being part of the lead-holder (7) or the driving element (13), for converting the rotation motion of the operating portion (14) into an axial motion of the lead-holder (7), and radially flexible tabs (16) integral with the driving element (13) or the lead-holder (7) and having threaded portions (17) in engagement with the threaded body (12).

Abstract: Packages are provided including an applicator that engages with a wiper of a container in a manner such that the applicator and wiper are capable of rotating together in relation to the container. The package also includes a cap configured to fit over the applicator when the applicator is engaged with the wiper element. The cap is engaged with the wiper such that the wiper is caused to rotate when the cap is rotated, screwed onto, and/or unscrewed from, the container, thereby moving the applicator element in a rotational motion in the interior of the container.

Abstract: An expandable writing instrument has a writing end body section and a rear body section mounted to the writing end body section for relative axial and non-rotational movement between an extended position with the rear body section spaced away from the writing end body section, and a retracted position with the rear body section closer to the writing end body section. A spring in the writing end body section biases the cartridge upwardly. A helix cylinder is mounted for rotation and axial movement in the rear body section with a peg of the rear body section sliding in a track of the helix cylinder. The track is a closed loop with left and right hand helixes so that axial movement of the rear body section causes rotation of the helix cylinder continuously in one rotational direction. A shuttle receives a cartridge body and is mounted for axial movement in the helix cylinder. A shuttle cam on the shuttle is mounted for axial non-rotational movement to the writing end body section.

Abstract: A nib of a writing instrument is made of a carbon-resin mixture obtained by mixing a plastic material with carbon fiber. An ink feed core is provided with a nib cover. The nib cover is disposed on an outer periphery of the ink feed core between the nib and the ink feed core. The nib cover is configured to closely adhere at least to an inner periphery of the nib at the tip of the nib. A space defined between the nib and the ink feed core is filled up with the nib cover. The nib is made of a carbon-resin mixture obtained by mixing a plastic material with carbon fiber. With this configuration, a nib having high wear resistance can be obtained and duration of the nib and the writing instrument can be prolonged.

The toothbrush (210) can be small in size and lightweight so as to be readily portable for use away from the home.

Abstract: The present invention refers to an article to be used to hold and carry writing instruments, such as an eraser and a markers for a white board; the article includes means to support the article in a removable way on a flat surface, such as a wall, a blackboard, a table or a similar surface, so that both the eraser and the markers can be easily located by the user during a working session. In the embodiment illustrated, the article has the capacity to hold one eraser and up to three conventional markers.

A casing removably receives the writing instrument such that at least the writing tip extends outwardly from a grip portion of the casing. A cap is provided for removably engaging the grip portion to fully enclose the writing instrument. An opening from which the writing tip is disposed is sized to accommodate various writing instruments. A biasing member within the barrel of the casing is provided to accommodate writing instruments of various lengths. An intercap seal within the cap of the casing enables an original cap to the writing instrument to not be used for protecting the writing tip and preventing the writing instrument from drying out.

Abstract: A portable dishwashing apparatus is easily transportable, requires a minimal amount of water, and allows for quick and easy cleansing of dishes and utensils. A base unit in communication with a water source encases both a water heater unit and a soap mixture tank. In one embodiment, the water source is a portable water holding tank. A hand unit in connection with the base unit includes a handle having a rinse extension bar and a cleaning head extension bar extending outwardly. A soap mixture exits the distal end of the cleaning head extension bar onto a cleaning head, which is used to scrub dishes. A trigger located on the hand unit controls the flow of water from the distal end of the rinse extension bar and the distal end of the cleaning head extension bar. A portable sink unit supports the base unit and water holding tank, and further includes a drain for transporting excess soap and water run-off to a used water holding tank.

A dispenser assembly and a cooperatively disposed activating assembly are manually operated by moveable, driving engagement with the head portion passing through the housing. The activating assembly is thereby operatively positioned to activate the dispenser assembly when engaged by a head passing along the path of travel. Differently structured dispenser assemblies function to either deliver the cleaning fluid or individually dispense the barriers onto different heads, so as to either facilitate the cleaning or protective covering of exposed surfaces of the stethoscope heads, dependent on the embodiment utilized.

Abstract: A toothbrush combined with a toothpaste dispenser with a wall mounted holder. The present invention comprises of a twist knob that is able to push a piston up a toothpaste compartment. The piston creates pressure inside the toothpaste compartment and causes the toothpaste to travel up a main channel. The main channel branches into a plurality of smaller tubes. Each tube has a respective rubber tube dispenser that protrudes and extends from the brush head. The rubber tube dispensers allow the toothpaste to be dispensed on top of the bristles. The toothbrush additionally comprises of a mouthwash strip roll dispensing mechanism positioned in the knob. The present invention additionally comprises of audio and visual indicators to provide users with visual or hearing impairments with a signal notification of toothpaste depletion.

An upper shaft and a lower shaft are coupled together such that the two shafts are rotatable in opposite directions, and a cartridge accommodated in an intermediate connection member is movable, and an open/shut module for covering a nib opens/shuts by the movement of the cartridge so as to provide a nib-advancing path.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pencil type cosmetic container, in particular to a pencil type cosmetic container which is directed to discharging cosmetic stuff to the outside by pressing upwards a button installed at a side surface of a cosmetic container, resulting in an easier use along with a simple construction for thereby decreasing a manufacture cost. In addition, it is easier to use since cosmetic stuff can be discharged by pressing upwards a button installed at a lateral side surface of a cosmetic container using one hand.

Abstract: There is provided in a preferred embodiment of the present invention a maintenance device for snaps or fasteners having a housing and a dynamic body that is slidably engaged within said housing. Attached to the dynamic body is a pair of cleaning arms. A spring positioned between the body and the housing biases the body and arms to a relaxed and extended position. When the body is pressed against and engages a fastener, the body moves to a retracted position within the housing causing the cleaning arms pivot and engage the fastener. With the cleaning arms engaged, a twisting movement of the housing removes corrosion, dirt and debris from the fastener. The device further includes a refillable lubrication reservoir and channel which serves to lubricate the fastener while it is cleaned.
