The sheet lifter includes a lower edge having inner and outer ends, an inner edge extending upwardly from the inner end of the lower edge in a direction substantially perpendicular thereto, and an outer edge extending upwardly and inwardly from the outer end of the lower edge at an angle of from 70 to 184 degrees.
