The rotary driving device drives the first connecting rod to rotate around the driving shaft, and the first connecting rod drives the second connecting rod to slide in the sliding sleeve. As a result, the second connecting rod is extended or retracted, thereby extending or retracting the footboard. Compared with the four-rod linkage mechanism, the rocker footboard device has the simpler structure, smaller size, lower manufacturing cost, and higher production efficiency.
