Abstract: Systems and methods for automated digital-property analysis are disclosed. A document representing a digital property may be received and the document, or key elements and/or language characterizations representing the document, may be utilized to search one or more databases for similar documents. The search results may be ranked and displayed for review. If an indication that the search results do not correspond to the document is received, that indication may be utilized to promote registration of the document with a trade-secret registry, for provision of insurance policies, etc. Scheduled auditing may be established and utilized to confirm the digital property has not be disclosed and/or to determine a potential misappropriation event.
Abstract: An integrated transaction platform facilitates a transaction, such as a purchase of a vehicle or other item. The platform provides a pre-negotiated purchase price for the item to facilitate a transaction to purchase the item from a seller, the transaction being substantially frictionless from the buyer's perspective. The pre-negotiation can involve a reverse auction process in which sellers bid to sell the item to a buyer. After the buyer has identified a particular item for purchase, sellers that have the item available are notified to provide a bid indicating a price at which the seller is willing to sell the item. The lowest bid is selected, and a purchase agreement is finalized based on the lowest bid. After the agreement is finalized, the buyer can accept delivery of the item without further negotiation with the seller, and thus with substantially reduced friction compared to traditional purchase scenarios.

Abstract: A method is described of facilitating targeted content delivery in a network comprising at least one service provider network (SPN) and a user profile data database located externally to the SPN. A network device located externally to the SPN performs the method, which comprises accessing user profile data from the user profile database and receiving, from a demand side platform via the network, segment definition data comprising a list of user attributes and attribute values associated with a given targeted content delivery process. The method further comprises determining, for each identified user identified, to include the user in a list of candidate users to be targeted if user attribute values of the user match user attribute values from the received list. User identifiers for each entry in the list of candidate users are communicated to an entity in a first SPN responsible for facilitating the delivery of targeted content.
Abstract: A system includes a crowdsourcing request circuit that configures parameter(s) of a crowdsourcing request related to obtaining information on a condition of a collateral for a loan, a crowdsourcing publishing circuit that publishes the crowdsourcing request to a group of information suppliers, and a crowdsourcing communications circuit that collects and processes response(s) from the group of information suppliers, and provides a reward to at least one of the group of information suppliers in response to a successful information supply event.
Abstract: Intelligent vehicle repair estimating techniques include an image processing component that extracts image attributes from one or more images of a damaged vehicle, and utilizes the attributes to predict an initial set of parts that are globally-identified. Based on a jurisdiction associated with the damaged vehicle, the initial set of parts is transformed into a set of jurisdictionally-based repairs (e.g., parts, labor operations, time intervals, costs, etc.), which may be included in a draft vehicle repair estimate. An estimate refinement component iteratively modifies/refines the draft estimate using a machine-only loop nested within a larger human-machine loop, where system-generated modifications are incrementally incorporated into the draft within the smaller loop, and user-generated modifications are incrementally incorporated into the draft within the larger loop.

Abstract: A method and system of providing a service node within a blockchain network. The method includes storing, in a memory of a processing server, a blockchain comprised of a plurality of blocks, wherein each block is comprised of at least a block header and one or more data values, wherein the one or more data values included in a most recent block includes at least one data point associated with services or functions of at least a first service node; receiving, by a receiving device of the processing server, a request from a second service node for the list of services or functions of the at least a first service node within the blockchain network; and validating, by the processing server, the request from the second service node for the list of services or functions of the at least a first service node within the blockchain network.
Abstract: The process of obtaining an insurance quote is currently based on information provided by filing online forms. Insurance companies use the consumer input data from online the forms to provide a quote for property insurance and for insurance underwriting. To complete the underwriting, the insurance companies have to make assumptions on various factors; for example, the structure and layout of a consumer's home, what type of content the consumer owns, its value, and its condition, among several others. It is desirable to get more accurate data on the consumer content, the structure and layout of the home, as well as other factors (e.g., hazards such as whether a house is on a canyon) in an automated fashion which would let insurance companies underwrite policies with a more accurate risk profile as well as save costs by not having to send an onsite inspector.

Abstract: A system for constructing an environmental, social and governance (ESG) optimized investment portfolio includes an ESG database, an alpha database, a user interface, and an ESG optimization engine. The ESG database includes ESG data for one or more investment products used to construct an investment portfolio. The alpha database includes alpha data for the one or more investment products used to construct the investment portfolio and the alpha data comprise rate of return data for the one or more investment products. The user interface is used for receiving a user's input for selecting an ESG optimization factor.
Abstract: The invention relates to a computer implemented campaign management system (CAMS), the system including a graphical user interface (GUI), the management system (CAMS) processing a plurality of participant records (PREC) according to a user-configured process structure (PS) of a plurality of configured logic templates (CLT); wherein the participant records (PREC) comprise participant attributes (PA), and wherein the processing of participant records involves processing or modification of one or more of the participant attributes (PA) of the participant record (PREC), wherein the management system reads, processes and/or modifies participant attributes (PA) of participant records (PREC) by a sequence of one of more executable program fragments (EPF) according to the process structure (PS) and wherein the execution of one of more executable program fragments (EPF) can be suspended in response to user action (UACT) and/or participant action (PACT) and wherein the execution of the process structure can be resumed
