    Abstract: An amine compound having a m-terphenyl group exhibits excellent heat resistance when the compound is used as a material constituting an organic electroluminescence device (an organic EL device). An organic EL device using the amine compound exhibits excellent luminance of emitted light and a long life. An organic EL device which contains the amine compound and an aromatic compound having a specific styryl group is also disclosed.
