  • Patent number: 11824393
Abstract: A power supply device for providing a driving voltage of an encryption/decryption device. When the encryption/decryption device is in operation and its driving voltage falls within the voltage range formed by an upper limit voltage and a lower limit voltage, only a supply voltage provided by a secure power supply device is used as the driving voltage for the encryption/decryption device. When the encryption and decryption device is in operation and its driving voltage falls outside the voltage range formed by the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage, the supply voltage and a stable voltage provided by the stable voltage source are used as the driving voltage at the same time, the supply voltage is further adjusted until the driving voltage falls within the voltage range formed by the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage, and then continue to use only the supply voltage as the driving voltage.

  • Patent number: 11811227
Abstract: Distributed energy resources are validated by dispatching a distributed energy resources individually in known ambient conditions and monitoring the particular effect of dispatch to then establish a database of performance for multiple different distributed energy resources. The distributed energy resources can be permanently monitored to further build up this database and to verify that the distributed energy resource 1s performing consistent with its validation or other expected performance. Distributed energy resources of a slow responding variety and a fast responding variety can be paired together and dispatched together, so that the paired fast responding and slow responding distributed energy resources mimic a large fast responding distributed energy resource. The benefits of a high capacity fast responding distributed energy resource is thus provided, such as for the load shedding and grid support benefits thereof.

  • Patent number: 11791711
Abstract: A DC to AC converter system for solar energy installations reduces cost by eliminating low-frequency power transformers. One DC input polarity is selectively switched to an output terminal when the instantaneous AC output from a second output terminal is desired to be of the opposite polarity, while the other DC input polarity is used to form an approximation to a segment of a sine wave of the desired polarity at the second output terminal. Switching transistors in H-bridge circuits, with a reservoir capacitor across each H-bridge circuit, may be equivalently configured into a first and second bank of series-connected transistors connected across the DC source, with the reservoir capacitors connected in a nested fashion. The DC to AC converter approximates a sine wave by summing integer multiples of a voltage step size at different times, or may output a desired voltage value by jittering between higher and lower voltage values.
