Abstract: An advertisement clip and method for supplementing a security hard tag with the advertisement clip for application to a product. The advertisement clip may include indicia on the surface of the clip or may hold or enclose an information element that provides the indicia to the manufacturer, retailer, and/or customer. Indicia may be visible and can include promotional information, pricing, images, customer specific branding, and/or barcodes.

Abstract: A sign holder assembly includes a support member and a cover member. The support member includes a substantially planar panel and a plurality of rails. The panel extends between a first end and a second end and between a top edge and a bottom edge and has a front surface and a rear surface. The plurality of rails rearwardly extend from the rear surface of the panel and are spaced vertically from one another to define at least two reception tracks each extending between two adjacent ones of the plurality of rails. The cover member is substantially transparent and has a bottom longitudinal edge and a top longitudinal edge. The cover member is angled from the bottom longitudinal edge toward the front surface of the support member such that the sign holder assembly is configured to maintain a sign between the cover member and the front surface of the panel.

Abstract: An electric fireplace with a simulated fire generator within a viewing area of the housing and a controller electrically coupled to the housing to control one or more functions of the electric fireplace and a heater. A display screen for displaying the operative functions of the electric fireplace and heater attached to the housing and configured to move between a view position and a non-view position in response to the controller. By activating or adjusting the controller, the display screen moves from a non-view position to a view position in response to the controller. In the view position, the display screen may be within the viewing area of the housing for viewing information depicted thereon.

Abstract: A decorative device and/or band for removable attachment to a rear-view mirror is presented herein. Particularly, the band includes an at least partially flexible and resilient mounting component which is removably disposable in an engaged relation around an outer periphery of the vehicle mirror housing. Further, in certain embodiments, the mounting component includes an at least partially closed-loop and/or oval configuration with two oppositely disposed first and second longitudinal portions thereof which at least partially engage opposite upper and lower peripheral surfaces of the vehicle mirror housing. A display panel which in includes indicia (e.g., text, graphics, artwork, logos, etc.) displayed thereon extends outwardly from (e.g., upwardly, downwardly or to one or more sides) at least a portion of the mounting component.

Abstract: A sign holder in the form of individual parts which, upon assembly, provides for the support and display of signage in a plurality of orientations. The sign holder includes a base configured to receive and support a first end to the stem, the stem having a first end and second end, the first end configured to be releasably retained by the base and the second end configured to retain a sign frame. The sign frame, in turn, is configured to be releasably retained by the second end of the stem and have a left side and a right side and a gap between its sides. The gap is provided with tabs for positioning the stem on the sign frame to retain the stem in a predetermined location.

Abstract: A support component comprises a tab configured to be coupled to a bar (as comprises a part of an item to be suspended), the tab including a plurality of openings disposed therethrough and configured to receive an overhead support interface (such as a corresponding flexible link) to thereby provide overhead support to the bar. These openings can be laterally offset from one another to facilitate selecting a particular pitch orientation for the bar. The tab can have a non-circular hole disposed therethrough sized and configured to receive the bar. This hole can include a surface that is configured to key with respect to a corresponding bar surface to thereby prevent the bar from rotating.

Abstract: A display device to broadcast information from a tire mounted on a wheel. The display device includes a foot that is anchored in compression between part of the tire sidewall and the rim of the wheel. The compression between an inflated tire and rim of the wheel on which the tire is mounted is sufficient to hold preferred embodiments of the display device in an installed position during conventional use of the tire. Information can be broadcasted visually, or by way of radio waves, and the like.

Abstract: A device for securing a sign to a mullion is provided. The device includes first and second body portions, and a tensioner operatively uniting same. The first body portion is characterized by adjacent mullion receiving elements and a sign support structure. A first mullion receiving element includes a substantially planar member receivable adjacent a mullion face. A second mullion receiving element extends from the first mullion receiving element for tensioned engagement with a first lateral mullion surface of opposingly paired lateral mullion surfaces adjacent the mullion face. The sign support structure is spaced apart and extends from the first mullion receiving element so as to thereby delimit a channel passing between the sign support structure and the first mullion receiving element.

Abstract: A multi-panel display device having a center panel positioned between a first side panel and a second side panel and a header panel and a blank for a multi-panel display device. In one aspect, the invention can be a blank for a multi-panel display device comprising: a center panel; a first side panel attached to the center panel along a first pre-weakened line; a second side panel attached to the center panel along a second pre-weakened line; and a header panel detachably coupled to the second side panel along a third pre-weakened line.

Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a terminal marker used to identify a terminal block. The terminal marker includes a front having a print surface, a back, sides, and flexible legs. The flexible legs can be positioned in a natural state for installation in the terminal block or a compressed state for obtaining a marking from a printer. In the natural state, the flexible legs extend at an angle with respect to the print surface of the terminal marker. In the compressed state, the flexible legs extend outward beyond of the sides of the terminal marker.

Abstract: A portable sign having a two axis adjustable mounting requiring no tools for adjustment. The sign may be an electronically programmable flat sign. The mounting may comprise at least one linear slidably adjustable arm configured for varying a position of the arm. The arm may have a suction cup attached thereto by a flexible band wrapping around the arm. The flexible band configured to allow rotation around the arm in a plane perpendicular to the arm. The flexible band having detents molded therein to ensure secure retention of the weight of the sign at any detent stop position. The sign may have a housing with slots running the length of the sign for attaching the arms. The housing may be extruded and may include board mounting and end cap attachment features in the extrusion. The sign may typically include four adjustable arms; however any number may be used.

Abstract: An outdoor art-post assembly includes an elongate support pole, an art post, and at least one mounting mechanism. The elongate support pole has a lower portion and an auger disposed at the lower portion. The auger allows for vertical installation of the support pole in soil in response to manual rotation of the support pole. The art post has an inner surface defining a bore. The bore is capable of receiving at least a portion of the elongate support pole. The art post also has an outer surface including decorative indicia thereon. The mounting mechanism is located on the support pole and has protruding portions extending away from the support pole. The protruding portions are configured to contact the inner surface of the art post and affix the art post relative to the support pole. Methods of assembling the same are also disclosed.

The holder is retained on the fixture so a retaining portion of the holder is directed away from the fixture. The retaining portion of the holder may engage the placard. The placard is retained at a position is visible to a user.

The second substrate (14B) includes a second card image (20). The second substrate (14B) is spaced apart from the first substrate (14A). The spacer (16A) is positioned substantially between the first substrate (14A) and the second substrate (14B) to maintain the first card image (18) spaced apart from the second card image (20). The trading card (10) can further comprise a third substrate (14C) and a second spacer (16B). The third substrate (14C) includes a third card image (22). The third substrate (14C) is spaced apart from the first substrate (14A) and the second substrate (14B). The second spacer (16B) is positioned substantially between the second substrate (14B) and the third substrate (14C) to maintain the second card image (20) spaced apart from the third card image (22).

Abstract: A road sign, for viewing by primary traffic and right-angled traffic comprises a sign plate having a first indicia representative of the sign's message directed to the primary traffic and a lateral member having a second indicia. In a preferred embodiment, the lateral member has suitable dimensions, is suitably positioned relative to the sign plate and has suitable second indicia so as to give the appearance, when viewed by right-angled traffic, that a portion of the sign plate was bent substantially perpendicular to the sign's normal orientation along substantially the vertical axis of the sign. Additional embodiments are also provided.

Abstract: An interactive electronic greeting card with pop up feature includes a three-sided pocket or cavity which houses various electronic and mechanical components and a pop up element. In a first position, the pop up element is substantially contained within the greeting card pocket or cavity. When the push button is depressed, the pop up element is ejected or “pops up” out of the greeting card pocket or cavity, revealing a greeting or other printed indicia. The push button also initiates playback of a pre-loaded digital audio file, which may be a spoken message, a sound, a song, music or other such audio recording.

Abstract: Mobile signs/billboards designed to attach to the back end of a vehicle are disclosed comprising a mounting device that is mounted to the back end of a vehicle via the holes for fixing a license plate, and a sign or billboard supported by the mounting device. The signs are designed in a variety of shapes and sizes to provide a display for advertisement or personal messaging. The sign/billboard can be inserted or removed quickly from the mounting device. While the sign/billboard is supported by the mounting device at the back end of the vehicle, the license tag is affixed elsewhere on the mounting device for full viewing and lighting. The mounting device remains on the vehicle until easily removed whereupon the license plate can be reattached to the vehicle. The mounting device comprises an inner pocket for easy insertion and removal of signs and billboards. Lighting may be wired with the vehicle or use solar power or batteries to providing lighting for the sign/billboard.
