Abstract: A dynamic mixer head has a cover, a housing, and a rotor. The cover has a first base board, two inlets, and a holding cylinder. A rotor holding channel is formed in the holding cylinder and a sealing portion protrudes from an inner wall surface of the rotor holding channel. The housing is mounted on the cover and has a second base board, a mixing cylinder, and an inner channel. The inner channel is formed in the mixing cylinder and fluidly communicates with an outlet. The rotor is rotatably disposed in the inner channel and has a rotor axle and a mixing rod. The rotor axle is disposed through the rotor holding channel, contacts and is surrounded by the sealing portion. The mixing rod has multiple first vanes. The dynamic mixer head does not need two sealing structures and tight fitting of the rotor and the holding cylinder.
Abstract: A gas generator for gasification of liquids, e.g. vapour from water, including a main rotor body being rotatably mounted to a static support framework to rotate around a rotor body center axle. The main rotor body having main rotor body channels for guiding a flow of a liquid from a rotor body channel inlet towards a rotor body channel outlet located further away from the rotor body center axle than the rotor body channel inlet so liquid in the rotor body channel is forced towards the rotor body channel outlet by centrifugal forces. The main rotor body has cavitator channels connected to the rotor body channel outlet. The cavitator channels have cavitation element to induce a differentiated pressure within the liquid in the cavitator caused by centrifugal forces induced by the rotation of the main rotor body inducing cavitation of the liquid flowing through the cavitator channels.
Abstract: A cavitator to be used in a gas generator is provided. The cavitator is provided with a cavitator inlet and a cavitator outlet having one or several cavitator channels having a cavitator channel inlet and a cavitator channel outlet. The cavitator channel or channels are further provided with wave shaped channel walls, protrusions and widenings, surface irregularities such as cavitation generating indentations or a combination thereof for inducing a differentiated pressure within a liquid flowing through the cavitators. The cavitator further having an outer cavitator stator and an inner cavitator rotor arranged to rotate by a liquid flow through the cavitator. The rotation of the inner cavitator rotor will induce a differentiated pressure within the liquid in the cavitator promoting cavitation in the liquid flowing through the cavitator channels. A gas generator including such a cavitator as described herein is also provided.

The mixing vessel is configured to provide low shear agitation to materials in the reaction chamber in response to force from the agitation device.
Abstract: A multishaft extruder is provided having screw shafts that rotate in the same sense and at the same speed, wherein these screw shafts each have at least one region having a special arrangement of screw elements, wherein the screw elements have an asymmetrical cross-sectional screw profile. In this case, the at least one region is situated directly opposite on directly adjacent screw shafts. The the use of the extruder for processing or production of plastic or viscoelastic masses is also provided.

Abstract: A concrete/cement resurfacing machine integrates a dust collection subsystem and an overlay mixing/distribution subsystem, enabling a single operator to steer the machine to a desired floor location and deposit mixed, cementitious overlay material. The combination of dust collection and overlay mixing saves considerable time and achieves improved results, eliminating the need for separate vacuum machines while reducing the risk that dust will be released as bags of dry ingredients are added to the mixing tank. A single propane engine powers a hydraulic pump, with fluid being routed to three separate hydraulic motors with associated control valves to provide for forward/reverse locomotion, bidirectional paddle mixing, and vacuum generation. The dust collection system is preferably a two-stage system including a vacuum collection tank and a HEPA filter.
Abstract: A compact rotating fluid stabilizer and multiphase separator system separates a multiphase input fluid flow and delivers single phase liquid streams at elevated pressure from inlet conditions. A separator housing with a lower separation chamber and an upper separation chamber rotates about a central axis. The input flow is received into the lower separation chamber and centrifuged into its constituent phases. A gaseous phase migrates through a rotary structured packing up a center tube and exits through a discharge pipe atop the housing. A heavy liquid phase is delivered at high pressure through a first diffuser ring with permeable gas tip seals supplied by high pressure gas. A lighter liquid phase migrates over a weir into an upper separation chamber and is delivered to a second diffuser ring. The compressor reduces vapor pressure to stabilize the light liquid phase.
Abstract: An apparatus is especially suitable for high volume manufacture of a non-dairy frozen dessert. Pre-frozen blocks of ingredient mixture are masticated in a first stage of the apparatus and aerated in a second stage of the apparatus. Compressed air is injected into a masticated slurry produced by the first stage and mixed into the slurry in the second stage. A continuous process transforms the pre-frozen blocks into a masticated, aerated slurry suitable for immediate consumption, storage for later consumption, or processing into bars or other forms. This apparatus and process is suitable for some ingredient mixtures for which a scrape surface heat exchanger apparatus and process are not suitable.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus (1) for the production of a compound used for the manufacture of an article made from rubber or a pneumatic tire by a continuous mixer (2) divided into a mixing section (MS) wherein the mixing of the components of the compound being processed exclusively takes place; a reaction section (RS) located downstream of the mixing section (MS) wherein a mild reaction of the compound being processed is activated; wherein, the reaction section (RS) is heated to increase the temperature of the compound being processed in relation to the temperature of the compound being processed within the mixing section (MS); and a cooling section (CS) located downstream of the reaction section (RS) and cooled to reduce the temperature of the compound being processed down to a temperature that will inhibit further development of the reaction that takes place within the reaction section (RS).

Abstract: A hydraulic vibration generation device or hydraulic motor is provided. The device includes a manifold having an inner volume with a pressure chamber formed in the inner volume, a fluid inlet orifice and a fluid outlet orifice. The device further includes a vibration generating member having a grooved drive and an off-center weight and retaining plates. The inner volume receives the vibration generating member within it. The vibration generating member rotates and generates vibration in response to hydraulic fluid flowing into the manifold through the inlet orifice and directed through the pressure chamber, relieves pressure upon exiting the pressure chamber into a pressure relief channel and out of the manifold through the outlet orifice. Also provided a hydraulic motor with a same manifold and pressure chamber, but with a power generating member having the same groove drive without an off-center weight. Rotation of the power generating member generates power.

Abstract: A portable centrifuge comprising a base, which includes a rotational mechanism contained within. A sequester wheel having a plurality of concentric rings, forming at least one channel and a central container. The at least one channel comprising a second volume and the central container comprising a first volume. A first cover is disposed over the sequester wheel to create a seal. The whole blood and/or other tissue is separated into its constituent components and deposited into the at least one channel and the central container. Specific volumes of the constituent components may be calculated to match or substantially match the first and second volumes for predetermined volume control and ease of access.

The stock solution circulation tank is provided with a first pipeline, the first pipeline is provided with a first filter and a first pump, and the first pipeline allows the stock solution to flow out from the stock solution circulation tank, to be pressurized by the first pump, to be sent to the first filter, and to flow back, so as to be circulated and filtered. The capacitive liquid level sensor detects a liquid level and monitors whether the liquid is normal in the tanks, so as to maintain and ensure the output quality of the grinding liquid.
Abstract: A clamping platform for a mechanical shaker, which allows automated release and fastening of microtiter plates that are subject to tolerances, includes at least two mounts arranged pairwise for the releasable fastening of the microtiter plates. The platform includes clamping jaws, on which a compression spring acts, actuatable with a link control having a linear drive. In conjunction with the compression spring, the geometry of the guide links allows compensation for the dimensional tolerances of the microtiter plates that are to be fixed by clamping. The spring force of the compression spring is determined such that the clamping jaws that are loaded by the compression spring exert the required clamping force in the deployed position onto the microtiter plates to be fixed.
