  • Patent number: 11113348
Abstract: A system and method for determining content relevancy within a computer network and generating a database. Content including but not limited to, a document, media, or any other digital or real objects. The method includes: identifying and creating an index of users on the network and identifying expert users through the use of profile generation. The profiles are monitored and updated, as well as connected with others to generate value indicators assigned to content articles within the network. The content is then ranked based on the indicator value, with the values being fluidic and based upon the ongoing actions of users on the network. Searches of the system are further coordinated by adaptive, context aware protocols whereby content is filtered or included based on given intricate associations with other content and users themselves.

  • Patent number: 11100155
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-program products are described for determining current location information which includes determining whether an object is moving by comparing the current location information with previous location information. Future location information is calculated and a point of interest is filtered using the future location information. A media asset is then matched to the filtered point of interest and a current score is determined for the matched media asset. Determining a current score includes determining a window in which the matched media asset is geographically relevant to the future location information, and updating the matched media asset score when the future location information changes. An ordered playlist is dynamically generated according to the future location information by repeatedly prioritizing and sequencing matched media assets according to the current score for each matched media asset, and matched media assets are played or displayed in the ordered playlist.

  • Patent number: 11100166
Abstract: A computer-implemented system for updating a counter value in a data structure. The system may include a memory storing instructions and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform a process. The process may include receiving information relating to an event, and determining, for the event, a counter identifier value for the counter identifier field of the data structure. The data structure may include one or more entries. Each of the one or more entries may include the counter identifier field and a counter value field. The process may also include identifying, in the data structure, an entry that comprises a counter identifier value identical to the determined counter identifier value. The process may further include increasing a counter value in the counter value field of the identified entry.

  • Patent number: 11089069
Abstract: A mobile social network is provided for sharing media captured recently. The mobile social network includes an application server that receives, from a downloader mobile device, a request for media associated with a geographic location. The application server sends a media inquiry to one or more uploader mobile devices near the geographic location. The media inquiry includes information from the request for media. The application server receives a digital media file in response to the media inquiry. The digital media file includes metadata having an authentic capture time of the media associated with the geographic location. The application server generates a results summary, including a status of the digital media file based on the authentic capture time of the media. The application server sends the results summary to the downloader mobile device.

  • Patent number: 11068482
Abstract: Described herein is a system and method for detecting and reusing overlapping computations. Overlapping subgraphs of the query are determined using a normalized signature for a particular subgraph that identifies a particular subgraph across recurring instances of data. A normalized signature for each overlapping subgraph for the determined overlapping subgraphs of the query is provided. For each overlapping subgraph determined to be materialized: whether or not the particular subgraph has been materialized is determined using a precise signature corresponding to a normalized signature of the particular overlapping subgraph. The precise signature identifies a particular subgraph corresponding to the normalized signature within a particular recurring instance of data. When the particular subgraph has not been materialized, the subgraph is materialized and used to respond to the query. When the particular subgraph has been materialized, the materialized subgraph is used to respond to the query.

  • Patent number: 11068485
Abstract: Identifying data within a data store satisfying a request. A quantity of the identified data is greater than a threshold. The identified data is analyzed to produce an initial result set with a reduced data quantity including information summarizing the identified data. The analyzing includes visualizing the information summarizing the identified data as one or more graphical displays rendered within a user interface and selectively filtering the identified data based upon a selection of filter factors associated with the identified data to generate an initial result set having a smaller size in relation to the identified data set. Each of one or more succeeding result sets are generated from a corresponding prior result set until a succeeding result set includes a quantity of data satisfying the threshold. The generating of each succeeding result set includes filtering the corresponding prior result set and information summarizing the filtered result set.

  • Patent number: 11010362
Abstract: In a method for caching a generated query plan for time series data, a query plan for time series data is generated based on a query comprising an expression, the query plan including a path of execution for resolving the query. The path of execution of the query plan to resolve the query is executed. A result of the path of execution is returned as a response to the query. The query plan is cached for retrieval and execution responsive to receiving another query that matches the query, such that the query plan can be used to resolve the another query.

  • Patent number: 10997221
Abstract: Representative embodiments disclose mechanisms to provide direct answers to a query submitted by a user. The mechanisms are tailored so that the answers presented have a high confidence of being correct. A plurality of document segments that are relevant to the query are selected. The selected segments are submitted to a trained machine reading comprehension model along with the query. The result is an extracted answer for one or more of the submitted segments. A subset of the extracted answers are clustered and an answer for each cluster having at least a threshold number of answers are selected as direct answers. The direct answers are presented in a format suitable to the number of selected direct answers.

  • Patent number: 10970303
Abstract: Available capacity of resources hosted in different networks may be evaluated to select resources for the performance of a query. A query may be received via an interface for one network. The available capacity of the one network and other networks may be evaluated to select resources hosted in another network to perform the query instead of the resources in the one network. The query may then be routed to the resources in the other network and result of the query performed at the resources in the other network provided.
