The emulsion comprises neem tetranortriterpenoids and neem limonoids including Azadirachtin not less than 300 ppm. The invention also relates to controlling pests by combining extracts of Neem and the custard apple, wherein the custard apple does not affect the pesticidal properties of the limonoids.
