Abstract: A toy comprising a top portion having a releasable locking mechanism having flexible clamps and a bottom portion having a post with a head portion releasably engageable by the flexible clamps upon downward movement of the top portion onto the body portion, and a drive system comprising a pillar attached to the top portion having drive teeth and a gear system in the bottom portion, the drive teeth of the pillar operating the gear system in the bottom portion upon movement of the top portion away from the bottom portion by a spring positioned around the pillar such that the drive system operates after the releasable locking mechanism releases the head portion of the post from the flexible clamps.

Abstract: A throwing game includes a panel assembly having a support frame and a first panel and a second panel supported by the support frame. The first panel has an aperture through a major surface. The first panel can be configured to be supported by the support frame in two positions, a first position wherein the first panel extends from the support frame forming a platform with a free end, and a second position wherein the first panel is parallel to the second panel. In addition or in the alternative, the second panel can be configured to be supported by the support frame in two positions, wherein in one position the second panel is adjacent the first panel and another position wherein the second panel is further from the first panel than when in said one position. The throwing game further includes a panel assembly support connected to the panel assembly to support at least one end of the panel assembly off a ground surface.

Abstract: A cue butt with ball control enhancement function and a billiard cue thereof are disclosed. The cue butt is combined with a cue shaft of the billiard cue. The cue butt includes a core rod and an external body mounted around an outer edge of the core rod, wherein the external body includes a plurality of strip shaped casing members disposed around a central axis of the core rod. With such configuration, the stability of ball control during the billiard sport is improved.

Abstract: A shoe based bowling apparatus that includes: a bracket member having a concave shape to receive therein and remain in contact with at least one third of a circumference of a bowling ball; and a tongue member including a first end bent upward at an angle of approximately 90 degrees from a center portion thereof, the first end extending from a center of the bracket member, and a second end bent upward at an angle sufficient to rest along a length of a tongue of a shoe while the first end remains extending away from a surface in which the shoes rests, the second end being connected to a front end of the shoe.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a racquet design with an inner and outer frame connected by an isolation system. Uniquely adapted to tennis racquets, the natural motion of the inner frame relative to the outer frame upon impact of the tennis ball on the inner frame will generate spin when the ball contacts the inner frame. The relationship between the inner frame, outer frame and isolation system can control the spin imparted to the ball for a given tennis swing. The tuning of the isolators relative to conventional racquet characteristics will increase the amount of ball spin caused by conventional racquets. The invention also increases the accuracy of the tennis ball's trajectory.

Abstract: A golf chipping game includes a target that is positioned on a horizontal support surface such as ground or the like. The target has a plurality of apertures therein for receiving a golf ball and the target slopes upwardly from the horizontal support surface. A mat is positioned on the horizontal support surface and a user stands on the mat. The mat has a plurality of tee apertures therein for receiving a golf tee thereby facilitating a golf ball to be struck from the golf tee towards the target. Additionally, the mat is spaced a selected distance from the target corresponding to a desired level of difficulty. A plurality of golf clubs is included and a plurality of golf balls is included. Each of the golf balls is struck toward the target for passing the golf balls through the apertures in the target.

Abstract: A bubble maker simplifies the creation and distribution of bubbles. The bubble maker includes a mixing basin, a water-inlet tube, an air-inlet tube, a bubble outlet, and a water overflow outlet. The bubble maker does not require an external electric power source to drive the agitation for a mixture of the water and soap as Venturi effect is implemented via water pressure from an external water supply through the water-inlet tube into the air-inlet tube to aerate the water and soap mixture and produce bubbles. The bubble maintains a maximum water level within the mixing basin with a water overflow outlet that allows for sufficient headspace for bubbles to accumulate within the mixing basin. As the bubbles accumulate within the mixing basin, the bubbles flow out of the bubble maker through the bubble outlet.

Abstract: A compound bow may feature the ability to pre-store energy before the drawing back of the draw string. Various embodiments contemplate that this may allow an archer to draw back the draw string or cable, and upon reaching the let off region of the compound bow's draw profile, cause the pre-stored energy to be transferred to the energy being stored by the bow. Various embodiments contemplate that this addition of pre-stored energy may give the archer more energy, held in the draw string or cable, to transfer to an arrow upon release, propelling it at greater speeds than would have been achieved with a compound bow of equal draw weight that does not feature an energy storage mechanism. Various embodiments contemplate that a system may provide for a return position of the draw. For example, this may remove the pre-stored energy from the draw string or cable as the draw string or cable is returned to an undrawn position.

Abstract: Provided are bridge support apparatuses and cue stick supporting apparatuses to aid a person with a disabled hand or hands, or to aid a person with a missing hand or two missing hands, to allow a person to effectively play games that require a cue stick or another game related stick that requires supporting, aiming and carrying, including the games of billiards and pool. The cue stick supporting apparatuses are adjustable to grip onto and hold a cue stick to be used and to be carried.

Abstract: A training apparatus is disclosed, which includes a first strap configured to attach to a first limb, and a second strap configured to attach to a second limb. The training apparatus also includes a severable connector assembly coupled to the first strap on one end, and to the second strap on an opposite end. The severable connector assembly is reusable and configured to sever according to a threshold breakaway force. In a particular embodiment, the severable connector assembly is an injection design comprising a male component configured to mate with a female component, and further configured to sever from the female component according to a threshold breakaway force. In another embodiment, the severable connector assembly is a magnetic design comprising a first clasp configured to magnetically attach to a second clasp, and further configured to sever from the second clasp according to a threshold breakaway force.

Abstract: A sequence training bat that separates a pair of hands of a batter when training so that the batter feels the proper sequence of hand and arm movements. The training bat has a barrel connecting through a crosspiece to a handle for a bottom hand to grip and parallel to the bat handle, a rod for a top hand to grip. The rod connects to the bat by the crosspiece. Vibrations resulting from hitting a ball are minimized when they travel down the barrel to the crosspiece where they are horizontally dispersed, allowing better and instant feedback to the batter without any confusion caused by vibrations. Each hand grips a different part of the training bat so that the sequence training bat can provide immediate and separate feedback to each hand. The sequence training maintains a balanced feel.

Abstract: A multi-surface golf swing training mat is provided for use at practice ranges and the like. The mat includes four surfaces (e.g., quads or squares) that simulate surfaces actually found on a golf course: the drive or tee-box, the fairway, the sand, and the 3-inch rough. The multi-surface golf swing training mat enables practicing golfers to work not only on their swing, but also on hitting shots from surfaces similar to those on which they will be playing. In one aspect of the present disclosure, the golfer stands beside the multi-surface golf swing training mat to hit balls from the two nearest hitting squares, and stands on the mat to hit balls from the other two squares. In another aspect, the multi-surface golf swing training mat rotates to present each playing square or surface to a golfer from a single standing position.

Abstract: A dice rolling table game that comprises of a pair of teams that compete against each other by rolling their dice onto a game-board with multiple holes and flat surfaces that are prescribed a certain amount of points if the dice land onto the said areas, if the dice does not roll onto the board it will not count. If the dice rolls off the board, this may negatively affect the team that threw the dice or positively affect the defense that caught the dice. Games are played to a certain amount of points and the first to reach those points and win by two points, wins the game. Open containers, which are referred to as “post-cups,” are involved in the game, but are not filled with any liquids. The post-cups may be used to toss and catch the dice. There are more than one game modes that will be described in this present invention, but are not limited to in relation to the described invention.

Abstract: Designs and methods are provided for a retractable broadhead blade. In one exemplary embodiment the broadhead blade is configured to be received in a slot in a broadhead body, and moveable between a retracted or in-flight position, and a deployed or target penetrating position. The broadhead blade includes a front end that faces substantially forward when the blade is in the retracted position, a distal end opposite the front end, an outward facing sharpened leading edge between the front end of the blade and the distal end, and an inward facing trailing edge opposite the leading edge. The blade further includes a spring member with a contact surface configured to bear against a blade locating portion of a broadhead body when the blade is in the retracted, or in-flight position.

Abstract: A target system designed to be stand-alone and modular which includes a target area which is two or more sided and which can be rotated through a large number of different positions and rotations. The system can also include systems for projectile impact recognition. Target rotation is generally accomplished through a target base that is in communication with and configured to receive data input from a remote target controller.

Abstract: A pitching target device having a frame that includes a base, a vertical support member connected to the base, and a horizontal support member connected to the vertical support member. Pivotally connected to each end of the horizontal support member are a pair of arm members. The arm members include a first section pivotally connected to a second section with target plates attached to the outer ends of each section.

Abstract: The batting cage comprises a portable backstop and a batting tee. The portable backstop may be assembled at a practice field from a plurality of frame pole sections, elbows, braces, and mesh screen covering. The frame pole sections assemble into uprights, crossbars, and sidebars that form a frame which the mesh screen covering is stretched over. The batting tee is placed in front of the portable backstop. A ball is placed on a post rising from the batting tee base and the ball is hit into the backstop by a batter. The backstop restricts the ball's travel. The height, forward position, and lateral position of the post are adjustable. An optional target on the rear wall of the portable backstop provides an aiming point for a perfectly hit ball.

Abstract: A multi-component baseball or softball bat has a vibration absorber affixed to an end of the handle. The vibration absorber has a first section disposed within an end of the barrel of the bat and a second section disposed outside of the barrel. An outer locking sleeve has a first portion disposed over an end of the barrel and a second portion disposed over the second section of the vibration absorber. A vibration sleeve may be disposed between the outer surface of the barrel and an inner surface of the first portion of the outer locking sleeve.
