Abstract: Systems, methods and software for scheduling and performing self-guided tours (SGTs) of multi-unit residential facilities (MURFs) are provided. For scheduling SGTs, the method includes receiving guest information, payment information, and identification (ID) information from a client device, determining validity of the payment and ID information, and receiving and confirming an SGT tour time. For performing SGTs, the method includes sending property access information to a client device, receiving a trigger from a property access control system indicating that a user of the client device has entered the MURF, providing MURF tour directions to the client device, and receiving tour data for the SGT. The disclosed systems, methods, and software provide prospective tenant users and owners and/or management of MURFs efficient and user-friendly interaction to accomplish and enhance their tour operation experiences.

Abstract: Footwear suitable for foot development of a user is properly proposed. An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition section, an estimation section, and a provision section. The acquisition section acquires measurement information at a first timing taken by measuring a foot size of a user. The estimation section estimates a first period taken until the foot size of the user meets a predetermined condition based on the measurement information at the first timing acquired by the acquisition section and a foot development pattern based on an attribute of the user at the first timing. The provision section provides information for proposing footwear in a size suitable for foot development of the user based on an estimation result by the estimation section.

Abstract: Technologies are provided for advanced prediction of shipping attributes of a package in a dispensing pharmacy. In some embodiments, a computing system can receive prescription data identifying one or more amounts of respective medications, and can generate, using the prescription data, an estimate of weight of a package containing the one or more amounts of the respective medications. The computing system can then cause, at a time before automated packing of the respective medications into the package, a second computing system to provide shipping data for the package. The shipping data includes first data defining a shipping label. The second computing system can be remotely located relative to the computing system. The computing system can receive the shipping data at a second time before the automated packing of the respective medications into the package, and also can store the shipping data in a storage device.

The electronic controller is also configured to display the carrier transfer information on a user interface when the transport container is located at a carrier initial location. Abstract: Modular container delivery systems and methods are described herein. A modular container delivery system may be implemented to facilitate autonomous delivery of packages to customers. A modular container, as described in greater detail below, may be attached to a battery operated electric vehicle (BEV) and autonomous driving platform chassis. The container system itself contains a package sorting mechanism that is configured to move packages inside the vehicle, organize them into separate section of the vehicle and retrieve packages for delivery on as needed.

Abstract: Mobile fulfillment container apparatus, systems, and related methods are disclosed. An example apparatus includes memory; instructions; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to associate a first order with a first mobile container based on goods stored in the first mobile container; select a first retrieval destination based on a current location of the first mobile container and a location associated with the first order; and output a first instruction including the first retrieval destination for the first mobile container.

Abstract: Methods and systems for medication delivery using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are provided. The methods and systems: determine a target destination for a regional payload consisting of one prescription drug item, by a server communicatively coupled to: (i) a distance UAV comprising a fixed-wing aircraft configured to travel point-to-point to a regional hub, and (ii) a plurality of local UAVs comprising rotary wing, multi-rotor aircrafts residing at the regional hub; transmit instructions to the distance UAV to fly to the regional hub with a distance payload including a plurality of regional payloads; transmit instructions to a local UAV, to: obtain the regional payload consisting of the one prescription drug item; transport the regional payload to the target destination; perform lateral movement and hover operations to access a delivery site of the target destination; and deliver the one prescription drug item by releasing the regional payload at the delivery site.

Abstract: A system for advising a user regarding a potential shipment includes a user interface for receiving user input regarding a plurality of characteristics of the potential shipment. The user inputs at least one of the characteristics and the system suggests others of the characteristics. A processor determines whether the characteristics of the user input in combination indicate or correspond to at least one issue that is likely to occur during the shipment and, when there is at least one issue that is likely to occur during the shipment, determines an expected impact that the at least one issue will have on the shipment. An output provided to the user indicates the expected impact. Such issues and associated impacts may be determined multiple times while the user enters or selects different characteristics.

Abstract: Dock management systems including a dock management server communicatively coupled to a mobile computing device are disclosed. The dock management server generates a work assignment based on a first location for an item and a final location for the item, transmits the first work assignment to the mobile computing device, receives a location of the mobile computing device, and associates the location of the mobile computing device with a current location of the item. The work assignment includes instructions to move the item from the first location to a second location. The second location may be a temporary holding area between the first location and the final location. Methods for assigning dock doors to arriving transportation vehicles are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and methods for streaming images are described. A venue seat map is accessed from a data store. A current status of seats rendered in the seat map is accessed from memory. The seat map is updated to indicate the current status. A video stream comprising frames is generated, using a real time protocol, comprising the updated seat map indicating the current status of seats rendered in the seat map. The updated seat map is streamed in real time via the video stream to user device clients. A selection of a seat via the updated seat map is received via a message. A seat token for the selected seat is associated in memory with user. The seat map is updated to indicate a change in status of the selected seat in the seat map. The updated seat map is streamed as a video stream to clients hosted on user devices.

Abstract: An approach for routing one or more packages and delivering the one or more packages to one or more autonomous vehicles is disclosed. The approach receives shipment request from the one or more vendors, receives package status (e.g., status that the one or more packages is ready to be routed, dimension and weight of the one or more packages) of the one or more packages from the one or more vendors, receives vehicle status (e.g., size and available storage space in the vehicles, location and transit time of the vehicles) from the one or more autonomous vehicles. The approach receives the status of the delivery units (e.g., available automated delivery unit, current path and time of completion). The approach determines an optimal routing path for the one or more packages based on the shipment request, package status and vehicle status and outputs the optimal routing path.

Abstract: A locker management system including a management server that manages status of shipping of items and status of keeping each of the items at the locker spots. The locker spot is equipped with an electronically controlled locker and a spot terminal, and the management server receives selection and designation of the locker spot to keep the item and designation of predetermined length of time for which the item is kept at the locker spot, and upon delivery of the item to the locker spot, notifies a customer terminal of a locker number. When a customer visits the locker spot and reads an identification code attached to the locker, and transmits this code and the customer ID to the management server, the management server performs necessary checking processing. If the answer of the checking processing is positive, the management server transmits a signal for unlocking a locker to the locker.

Abstract: This document describes techniques, apparatuses, and systems for autonomous delivery to a dynamic location. A user requests delivery of an item. An autonomous vehicle carrying the item navigates to a delivery location associated with the request. While navigating the autonomous vehicle toward the delivery location, the autonomous vehicle receives one or more estimates of a current location of a wireless device of the user. In response to receiving a respective estimate, the autonomous vehicle updates the delivery location to match the respective estimate of the current location of the wireless device. In this way, the delivery location can be dynamically updated as the user changes location. Once the autonomous vehicle reaches the delivery location, the item can be delivered to the user.
