  • Patent number: 11967406
Abstract: Methods are provided for the surveillance and monitoring of a patient's medical care when the patient is treated at two or more medical organizations having different medical record systems. Patient information is received from a first medical organization and populated into an active risk assessment array that monitors the patient's risk for developing a particular disease or condition. Patient information is then received from a second medical organization and populated into the array. It is determined that actionable criteria have been met, and in response, a notification or alert is sent to the medical organizations indicating that the patient is at risk.

  • Patent number: 11961049
Abstract: A scheduling system and methods for scheduling patient appointments disclosed here utilize any available input to identify a timestamp and a spatial location related to a patient and/or one or more providers in proximity of one or more appointment locations, to allocate a set of procedure resources to each patient appointment based on the timestamps and the spatial locations, and to communicate any revised timing to the patient, thereby minimizing a total waiting time. The scheduling system allows for scheduling of appointments divided into multiple appointment states, each having a predicted timing. After a completed appointment state, individual uncertainty of the predicted timing is replaced with an actual timing and the predicted timing of the remaining schedule is revised. This scheduling system enables adaptive reallocation of resources while avoiding compounding the waiting times that create a multi-state iterative and time-variant problem.

  • Patent number: 11948669
Abstract: A medical information management apparatus has processing circuitry configured to search medical information in a storage, when accepting a search request of the medical information including a key being an item of information regarding a patient and a value being contents of the key, and extract the medical information matching a search condition as condition-matched medical information; extract the key and the value from the condition-matched medical information, calculate a matching rate being a proportion of the value included in the condition-matched medical information to the entire medical information in the storage, and determine that the value is idiosyncratic information when the matching rate is equal to or less than a threshold set with respect to the key; and determine whether the key of the value determined to include the idiosyncratic information corresponds to an essential key which is essential in terms of a purpose of utilization.

  • Patent number: 11942193
Abstract: This disclosure relates to systems and methods for managing patients of knee surgeries. A pre-operative patient questionnaire user interface is associated with a future knee operation of the patient. Patient input data is indicative of answers of a patient in relation to the pre-operative patient questionnaire. A processor of a computer system evaluates a statistical model to determine a predicted satisfaction value indicative of satisfaction of the patient with the future knee operation. The statistical model comprises nodes stored on data memory representing the patient input data and the predicted satisfaction value, and edges stored on data memory between the nodes representing conditional dependencies between the patient input data and the predicted satisfaction value. The processor then generates an electronic document comprising a surgeon report associated with the future knee operation to indicate to the surgeon the predicted satisfaction value.

  • Patent number: 11942219
Abstract: Decision support technology is provided for use with patients who may be prone to a cardiovascular condition such as acute coronary syndromes. A mechanism is provided to determine a patient's risk for experiencing a cardiovascular ischemic event at a future time interval based on temporal patterns determined using physiological parameters of the patient such as serum or blood uric acid and/or C-reactive protein (CRP). A forecast or score may be determined indicating whether or not temporal patterns merit intervention to prevent occurrence or reoccurrence of ischemic events, or for determining adherence to or efficacy of treatment or preventive interventions. Based on the forecast or score, appropriate response action such as automatically issuing an alert or notification to a caregiver associated with the patient, may be determined, recommended, or implemented.

  • Patent number: 11875905
Abstract: One or more devices that provides an immersive cerebral salubrity retention and selection package (ICSRSP) to potential new patients (PNPs) comprising customized cerebral salubrity care personnel with available personal time periods to improve their cerebral salubrity. An ICSRSP determines whether a PNP qualifies for a cerebral health immersion program (CHIP). The ICSRSP generates a set of interrogatives based on data and data sets (used for a determination) that are not included in initially collected data regarding the PNP. The PNP's acceptance into the ICSRSP is based on an assessment of the PNP data and PNP-provided responses to the interrogatives. If the PNP is selected for the CHIP, an option is provided to the PNP to enroll in the CHIP to become a patient. If additional information is needed to complete an acceptance process for the CHIP, a user interface is provided enabling the PNP to provide data for process completion.
