In some embodiments, the container includes an outer surface that encloses a cavity; a first face internal to the container; a second face internal to the container; a third face internal to the container; a fourth face internal to the container; an integrated handle including a first aperture disposed in the first face internal to the container and a second aperture disposed in the second face internal to the container and proximate to the first aperture; and an internal support disposed in the cavity, wherein the internal support traverses the cavity of the container to form a handle cavity by extending from the first face internal to the container to one or more faces internal to the container, wherein the internal support includes a handle cavity flap, a first binder flap, and a second binder flap.

Abstract: A pulp-molded paper container is introduced herein, which comprises a top cover body, a bottom box body and at least one pivot portion. The top cover body comprises a top sidewall having an inner surface. The bottom box body comprises a bottom sidewall having an outer surface and a recess portion. A plane-to-plane contact is constituted with occurrence of a static friction force, between the inner surface of the top sidewall and the outer surface of the bottom sidewall, by way of an elastic deformation effect of the recess portion under a manner while the bottom box body and the top cover body mutually matched in a closed manner, whereby the static friction force can make a tight retention occurring along between the top cover body and the bottom box body.

Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved tamper-proof cases for securely storing and shipping products. A case can include a back panel, two sidewalls, an upper foldable section, and a lower foldable section. Each of the features of the case can be manufactured on a single sheet of material. The upper and lower foldable sections include panels having apertures for holding the top and bottom of a product, respectively. The upper foldable section includes one or more fasteners that secures the upper foldable section to the sidewalls. Once secured, the products cannot be removed from the case without showing evidence of the removal. The disclosed systems also provide a tear strip and/or a tear corner that can be used to release the products from the sealed case.

Abstract: Provided is a novel bag-in-box having a small load on the environment. A bag-in-box includes a box body including a corrugated cardboard as a forming material, and a flexible inner bag that is accommodated in the interior of the box body, in which the inner bag is formed of a material containing a biomass-derived polyolefin resin.

Abstract: Provided is a packaging cooler box for delivery, comprising a bottom portion to form a lower surface upon conversion into a box mode, a plurality of sidewall portions configured to connect with the bottom portion, a lid portion configured to connect with one of the sidewall portions, and to face said bottom portion upon conversion into the box mode, a crease portion formed along the edge of the bottom portion so that the sidewall portions can stand upright, joint portions configured to join said sidewall portions, to be folded to face itself and to be in close contact with the sidewall portions, upon conversion into the box mode, and easy adhesive portions provided in said joint portions and sidewall portions to maintain the box shape upon conversion into the box mode from a single plane consisting of said bottom portion, sidewall portions, said lid portion and joint portions.

Abstract: The present exemplary system and method relates to a feature upon the exterior of a corrugated package that allows an access secondary to the primary opening feature for the inclusion of sample materials that are added after the package has been sealed at the contents' (e.g., appliance) place of manufacture. The benefits of the invention are reduced unit operations and labor to include sample materials. Additionally, the packaging feature will deter theft of sample materials from the product to the point of sale. The theft deterrence is achieved via a tamper-evident label covering the feature after sample materials have been inserted.

Abstract: A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.

Abstract: The pack (10) of tissue paper rolls comprises a plurality of rolls (R) of tissue paper that are arranged adjacent to one another with the respective axes parallel to, or coinciding with, one another, and are wrapped in a plastic film (1). The plastic film (1) laterally wraps the rolls (R) and is arranged with a first and a second longitudinal edge (1.1; 1.2) folded and closed onto two approximately flat opposite surfaces (11, 13), which are defined by bases of the tissue paper rolls. The plastic film (1) comprises a first transverse edge (1.3) and a second transverse edge (1.4) extending from one flat surface to the other. One of said transverse edges is outside the pack and the other is inside the pack. A line-shaped element (3), having a first end and a second end (3A, 3B), is applied to a surface of the plastic film (1). At least one of the ends of the line-shaped element (3) is arranged near, or in correspondence of, the transverse edge (1.4) of the plastic film (1) outside the pack (10).

Abstract: A box and take-back bag liner suitable for transporting regulated and controlled medications to a disposal site are together shipped in a first configuration as a substantially flat, compact, and durable take-back kit. The take-back kit is readily assembled to a second configuration defining a bag-lined receptacle. When the receptacle requires replacement, such as when full or otherwise determined, the box and bag liner are reconfigured to a third configuration that transports the contents of the bag liner to the disposal facility. The box incorporates a double-sealed vertical side seam, an auto-folding bottom having a pair of mutually engaging notches and slits, a multi-layer top, and pre-affixed tapes and glues. The liner incorporates both a rib and groove seal and a tape seal to provide a liquid tight and tamper evident seal. The combined box and liner provide structural integrity, security, tamper resistance and evidence, and governmental regulation compliance.

Abstract: A cartridge assembly for deploying a fillable bulk liquid bag in an intermediate bulk container is provided. The cartridge has a flexible reinforcing board adhered to the fillable bag which may facilitate securing the bag to the discharge port of an IBC while also directing the bag to the IBC bottom center for more efficient filling. Sacrificial paper tape may be used to maintain the cartridge for storage, transportation and deployment in an IBC.

Abstract: A container configured to hold one or more items for transportation. The container can comprise: a base; two opposing end walls; two opposing sidewalls; and a lid. The opposing side walls each can comprise a side flap with an opening. The lid can comprise two opposing top panels and two handle flaps. Each of the two opposing top panels can be foldably coupled to a different one of the two opposing end walls. Each of the two handle flaps can be foldably coupled to a different one of the two opposing top panels. When the container is in a closed configuration, a handle can be formed by the two handle flaps and comprise two engagement end tabs located at two opposing ends of the handle. The handle can be removably coupled to the side flaps by the engagement end tabs engaging with the openings of the side flaps. The handle can be configured to be rotatable while the engagement end tabs remain engaged with the openings of the side flaps. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: A box suitable for the packaging of a consumer product is formed by helically wrapping an elongated continuous strip of material around a mandrel to form a main body with a plurality of bands. In one embodiment, adjacent bands partially overlie one another to form a multi-paneled main body with an open top end and an open bottom end. An adhesive is disposed within the region of contact between adjacent bands to retain the shape of the main body. First and second sets of slots are formed in the main body to create flaps dimensioned to selectively enclose the open top and bottom ends, respectively. To define the flaps and promote pivotal articulation, the main body is also preferably provided with score lines. By adjusting the configuration of the mandrel, a customized box can be constructed that is sized to receive a consumer product with limited wasted space.

An opening for a collar defined in at least one panel of each of the outer and inner wrap portions. Abstract: A reinforced package comprising a carton comprising a front panel, a first side panel foldably connected to the front panel along a first fold line, a back panel foldably connected to at least the first side panel along a second fold line, and a second side panel foldably connected to at least one of the front and back panels. A bag is at least partially attached to the carton. An access feature can be selectively opened for receiving products into the interior space of the bag. The access feature extends in at least a portion of the carton and the bag. The carton can be positionable in a non-erect position wherein the interior space of the bag is at least partially collapsed and in an erect position wherein the interior space of the bag is increased. The first side panel and the second side panel comprise retention features for retaining the carton in the erect position.

Abstract: A container, movable between collapsed and expanded conditions, has a plurality of walls connected between bottom and top structures. A first wall of the plurality of walls includes first and second sections that connect together at a fold line about which the sections are rotatable between first wall collapsed and expanded conditions. The first section is connected to the bottom structure and the second section is connected to the top structure. The first wall is expandable by rotation of the first section relative to the second section in a first direction of rotation about the fold line from the first wall collapsed condition and into engagement with an abutment at the first wall expanded condition which arrests further rotation of the first section relative to the second section. The first wall is maintained in the first wall expanded condition by a load applied to the first wall.

Abstract: The box (1) for forming a Bag-in-Box package comprises a rectangular bottom (2), a first end wall (3), a second, higher end wall (4), a first side wall (5), a second side wall (6) and a top (7). The box (1) is configured to be piled with a second, identical box (1) so that the tops (7) of the two boxes (1) face each other and the first side wall (5) of each box (1) is aligned with the first side wall (5) of the other box (1). At least one end wall (3, 4) of the box (1) is provided with a protrusion (13, 14), which extends up-wards from the top (7) of the box (1) and which is configured to be engaged with an end wall (3, 4) of the second box (1) and/or with an aperture (15) that is formed in the top (7) of the second box (1) for preventing mutual movement of the boxes (1).
