Abstract: A framing member having first and second opposed inner flanges connected by a substantially flat web. The framing member further has first and second opposed outer flanges located outboard of the first and second inner flanges, respectively and centrally connected to the first and second inward flanges by first and second secondary webs. An object may be secured to the framing member by driving a nail through the object and into a channel formed between a pair of the inner and outer flanges so that the nail shaft forcibly contacts and is held securely by both flanges.
