  • Patent number: 11659579
Abstract: Interference on an uplink between user equipment (UE) and a network site can disrupt the communications between the two. An interference mitigation tool can mitigate the effects such interference has on the communications between the UE and the network site by selecting a mitigation action for implementation at the network site. The interference mitigation tool can receive spectrum scan data from the network site to identify the presence of interference in an operating band of the network site. The interference mitigation tool can then determine possible mitigation actions and can select a mitigation action based on a variety of factors or criteria. Additionally, the interference mitigation tool can reverse previously implemented mitigation actions if the interference is no longer impacting the network site. Further, when selecting a mitigation action, the interference mitigation tool can also consider neighboring network sites and how the selected mitigation action would impact them.

  • Patent number: 11653297
Abstract: An unmanned mobile vehicle M acquires the line quality of a wireless communication line to each of the corresponding base stations having been measured by each mobile station and transmits the line quality to a control station 30. The control station 30 acquires the line quality of a wireless communication line to each of the corresponding mobile stations having been measured by each base station and transmits the line quality to the unmanned mobile vehicle M. When the same communication data is transmitted using two or more wireless communication lines in combination between the control station 30 and the unmanned mobile vehicle M, the transmitting side of the communication data selects two or more wireless communication lines that are used for the transmission of the communication data, on the basis of the line quality of each wireless communication line having been measured by each base station or each mobile station on the receiving side of the communication data.

  • Patent number: 11638199
Abstract: A mechanism for controlling operation of a first access node that supports operation according to a first radio access technology (RAT) but does not support dual-connectivity operation according to the first RAT and a second RAT. A system detects a high extent of occurrences of dual-connectivity-capable user equipment devices (UEs) being connected with the first access node when the dual-connectivity-capable UEs could instead connect with a second access node that supports the dual-connectivity operation. And in response, the first access node blocks dual-connectivity-capable UEs from being connected with the first access node while allowing UEs that are not dual-connectivity capable to be connected with the first access node.
