Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media are provided. A central server receives collateral data and applies a set of collateral analysis rules thereto to identify a problem. The applying includes accessing, from a remote data source, supplemental data related to the collateral data, and detecting one or more differences exceeding discrepancy tolerances between the collateral data and the supplemental data. The central server generates a notification including descriptions of the problem and the collateral data, and a navigation link to access more information from a source of problem information related to the collateral data. The central server transmits the notification to a remote computing device based upon a remote computing device destination address.

  • Patent number: 12112341
Abstract: A method for tracking insured assets is provided. Asset identifiers corresponding to assets to be monitored are received from a user. Each of the one or more assets is attached to a tracking device. Monitored assets are covered by one or more insurance policies. One or more geofence regions are defined associated with the one or more monitored assets. A location of each of the monitored assets is estimated, at least periodically. In response to determining that the estimated location of at least one of the monitored assets is outside of the corresponding one or more geofence regions, an insurance policy associated with this at least one asset is determined. A policyholder associated with the insurance policy is notified by sending a notification to policyholder's-preferred device. The notification inquires instructions for remedial actions from the policyholder. One or more remedial actions are initiated based on received policyholder's instructions.

  • Patent number: 12051061
Abstract: Provided is a method for operating a distributed database system having distributed node devices for providing interlinked data blocks, in particular in the style of a blockchain, that document transactions between subscribers, wherein transactions between subscribers are protected by transaction data and a cryptographic signature process, involves the cryptographic signature process being defined for each transaction in order to protect the respective transaction, wherein signature information identifying the defined cryptographic signature process is part of the transaction or part of a performance request for the transaction. For each transaction, signature data are then calculated using the defined cryptographic signature process for at least some of the transaction data or the hash value thereof, and the signature data are added to the transaction data.

  • Patent number: 12033211
Abstract: A computer system accesses electronically stored data pertaining to a consumer's current and historical credit reports from a plurality of credit bureaus. Errors in the reports are identified by the computer system, which can then create dispute letters detailing the errors with text customized for each error. The computer processes the data to identify errors within a single report and between multiple reports, both current and historical. The errors can relate to multiple accounts on a given report duplicating the same debt with the same or differing status, and reports from different credit bureaus reporting the same debt with differing status. The status can include the debt being open or closed, and the date the status of the debt changed. The errors are presented on a display with which particular errors can be selected to be included in the report.
