Abstract: A notification system and method that allows a user to be placed on a waiting list, disclosing only the personal information the user chooses to disclose, and receive updates or other information relating to his status on the waiting list through a personal communication device. A timekeeping system and method generates time in and time out record entries based upon a display code presented the personal communication device. A form data aggregation system and method consolidates inputted information from multiple applications on the personal communication device.

Abstract: A device, system and method for providing ancillary objects from a cache and/or for providing categorized provider objects is provided. One or more servers receive a flight object representing a flight and search an ancillary object cache for predetermined ancillary objects associated with previous flights similar to the flight. When one or more of the predetermined ancillary objects, associated with at least one previous flight similar to the flight, are found at the ancillary object cache, a requesting device is provided with a response corresponding to the flight object and the one or more of the predetermined ancillary objects associated with the at least one previous flight similar to the flight. The flight objects and the ancillary objects may be assembled into provider objects which are provided to the requesting device. The provider objects may be categorized based on provider object categorization criteria associated with the requesting device.

Abstract: Aspects discussed herein may relate to methods and techniques for automatically generating a test drive schedule for a user based on known inventory, user preferences, demographic information, employee availability, and other factors, as well as detecting conflicts and rescheduling test drives in response to those conflicts. This may allow for easier access to test drives for the consumer, which may promote more test drives and higher resultant sales, as well as allowing for rescheduling in advance of conflicts, which may reduce lost consumers due to test drives that were conflicted.

Abstract: Segment valuation techniques usable in a digital medium environment are described. To do so, a segment valuation system first identifies the attributes that are significant in achievement of a desired metric (e.g., conversion) and then values segments based on those significant attributes. Attributes are selected from the trained model based on significance of those attributes towards achieving the desired metric. A valuation of a segment may then be calculated based on the valuations of these attributes. For example, inclusion of the selected attributes within a segment, and the valuations of those selected attributes, is then used by the segment valuation system to generate data describing a value of the segment towards achieving the metric.

Abstract: A method for automatically providing virtual support is provided. The method may include determining a level of experience associated with the end-user and members of a support personnel for a computer application. The method may further include, in response to detecting one or more first actions on the computer application, automatically generating and providing support instructions based on virtual support documentation to an end-user based on the one or more first actions and based on the level of experience associated with the end-user. The method may further include, in response to detecting one or more second actions on the computer application, automatically determining a match between a member of the support personnel and the end-user based on the level of experience associated with the end-user and the member of support personnel.

In one embodiment, the method includes obtaining order information indicative of an order to assemble an eyewear at an eyewear processing facility, where the order is first received at an order origination facility remote from the processing facility. The method also includes determining a status of the order. The method further includes generating an up-to-date invoice of the order if the eyewear is ready for shipping. The method further includes generating an electronic file comprising the order information and the up-to-date invoice of the eyewear.

Abstract: Various embodiments are disclosed for predicting true demand of network services that impose usage constraints. A computing environment may be configured to provide a network service for a user account, where a usage constraint for the network service is imposed on the user account. A truncated usage distribution of the network service may be generated based on usage history data. A demand curve of the network service may be generated for the user account, where the demand curve comprises at least a portion of the truncated usage distribution and a predicted usage of the at least one network service beyond the usage constraint. One or more actions may be performed based on the demand curve, such as increasing the usage constraint.

Geofences may be utilized to provide for automated updates to a customer. The method further comprises detecting a first user input, the first user input associated with a particular task and, in response to detecting the first user input, displaying a plurality of available drop zones in the particular task's timeline, each available drop zone corresponding to an available iteration, an available iteration being an iteration that the particular task can be assigned to.

Abstract: A method and system for analyzing interactions (for example between a person and an organization) may include for a number of series of interactions (which may be termed journeys), each interaction represented by a channel and a reason, iterating over the series of interactions by selecting initial information including an interaction subset including one or more interactions, and if there is a set of interaction series among the series of interactions meeting certain conditions, adding an interaction to the interaction subset and determining in a recursive fashion if for the interaction subset, there is a subset among the set of interaction series meeting the conditions which also meet the conditions. Conditions may include a threshold average rating for the set of interaction series, and a threshold number of interaction series in which the interaction subset is found.

For instance, one or more server computing devices having one or more processors may information identifying the current location of the vehicle. The one or more server computing devices may determine that the user is likely to want to take a trip to a particular destination based on prior location history for the user. The one or more server computing devices may dispatch the vehicle to cause the vehicle to travel in the autonomous driving mode towards a location of the user. In addition, after dispatching, the one or more server computing devices sending a notification to a client computing device associated with the user indicating that the vehicle is currently available to take the passenger to the particular destination.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure may collect data associated with a user activity. The data may be transmitted from an app running on a computing device with a user account authenticated by the computer-based system. The system may calculate a carbon footprint of the user activity based on the data associated with the user activity. An amount of carbon credits may be assigned to a user account authenticated with the computer-based system based on the calculated carbon footprint of the user activity. A transaction may be written to a blockchain retiring the amount of carbon credits in response to a request to offset a carbon footprint.

A method of production scheduling that directly connects to real-time accessible marketplace resources (labor, equipment, services) to help producers find and hire the equipment, creative services, and human capital needed to produce a film or other audiovisual media is disclosed. This method helps producers schedule and book the resources they need to produce content. The resources are tied to a smart timeline that synchronizes production schedule changes against available resources. The method also alerts suppliers and producers of any changes to the production timeline.

Abstract: A method and system for identifying and providing access to a user capable of performing medical services. The method includes receiving a message from a first device of a first user, the message including a request and digital authorization data associated with the first user, identifying, within a proximity of a first location of the first device, a second device of a second user capable of performing an action associated with the request, determining whether the second user provided agreement to perform the action, communicating the digital authorization data to the second device of the second user responsive to determining that the second user provided the agreement, and instructing, responsive to determining that the second user provided the agreement, a vehicle to transport the second user from a second location of the second device to the first location.
