Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A base station may transmit, to a wireless device, a DCI format comprising a downlink BWP indicator, an uplink BWP indicator, a PDSCH resource allocation, and a PUCCH resource allocation for HARQ ACK transmission. The wireless device may select, from a plurality of uplink active BWPs of the cell, an uplink active BWP based on the uplink BWP indicator. The wireless device may transmit the HARQ ACK via the selected uplink active BWP.

Abstract: A multi-tenant system is provided for coordinating spectrum allocation of a plurality of high-altitude networks (HANs) so that at least one high-altitude platform (HAP) in one of the plurality of HANs is controlled to avoid interfering with a HAP in at least one other HAN of the plurality of HANs. The multi-tenant system comprises a database including: 1) a first interface, 2) a second interface, 3) at least one service module, and 4) a data storage device. The multi-tenant system further comprises a communication controller coupled to the database, the communication controller configured to control various characteristics of HAPs in their respective HANs and links therebetween based on data maintained in the data storage device of the database. The data includes regulatory and coordination constraints provided via the first interface and non-regulatory and external coordination information provided via the second interface.
Abstract: Provided are a method for a user equipment (UE) to report a measurement result in a wireless communication. The method include: receiving measurement configuration including information on a first cell of a second RAT, from a first base station of a first radio access technology (RAT); measuring the first cell and a second cell of the second RAT, based on the received measurement configuration from the first base station of the first RAT; determining whether or not to report the measurement result, based on the measurement result of the first cell and second cell of second RAT; and reporting the measurement result, to the first base station of the first RAT.
Abstract: Application interactions are seamlessly moved between clients of a software platform. An application-based interaction initiated at a first client for which use by an operator is pre-authenticated is detected. An indication of the application-based interaction is signaled to one or more other clients for which use by the operator is pre-authenticated. A determination is made to switch the application-based interaction to a second client of those other clients. The application-based interaction is switched from the first client to the second client while the application-based interaction remains in progress, such as using a communication channel opened between the first client and the second client. The operator may then continue and eventually terminate the application-based interaction at the second client.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile terminal based platform for emergency calling, risk prewarning, and asking for help by one key. The platform comprises: a daily emergency calling module for a user asking for help to send a message asking for help to other users through the platform and to obtain a response from other users through the platform, and establishing a one-to-one response dialogue between the user asking for help and a user making the response; a prewarning information receiving and issuing module for issuance, enquiry, reception and dialogue of risk information and establishing a many-to-many dialogue among users who are concerned with the risk information; and a risk emergency calling module for a user confronted with an extreme risk event to send a risk message asking for help to a preset contact group through clicking one key in case of an urgent response and emergency calling.
