  • Patent number: 10935024
Abstract: A lubricating sealing system for a fluid end includes a fluid end, a sleeve, a plunger, and a lubrication system. The sleeve is coupled to an internal surface of the fluid end. The plunger reciprocates in a linear manner through the sleeve and into a pressure chamber of the fluid end. The lubrication system is in communication with the plunger and configured to provide lubricant through an interior of the plunger for routing to surfaces between the plunger and the sleeve. The lubricant is pressurized and moved via the reciprocating of the plunger and create a positive pressure on the lubricant over the pressures experienced in the pressure chamber of the fluid end. The positive pressure creates a barrier and pushes away contaminants from the plunger seals thereby avoiding wash out.

  • Patent number: 10920800
Abstract: A method is disclosed wherein two sheets of a flexible, inelastic substance are sealed along a periphery thereof, creating an interior reservoir preferably containing two or more elongate chambers, organized normal to an axis of traction. The disclosed axis of traction is an axis along which the disclosed device reduces length as a medium is introduced into the reservoir. Further disclosed is a method by which one or more bladders of flexible, inelastic substance are woven through two or more preferably parallel strips or strings. The bladders are adapted to receive a preferably gaseous or liquid medium. As the medium is moved into the bladders, the flexible strips or stings are deformed to cause the strips or strings to have a reduced length along the axis of traction.

  • Patent number: 10883253
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling a swing motor in a hydraulic system and a hydraulic system. The method for controlling the swing motor in the hydraulic system and the hydraulic system according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may ensure the sufficient amount of hydraulic oil in a make-up line in a situation in which the hydraulic oil needs to be supplementarily supplied to the swing motor in the hydraulic system. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of cavitation in the swing motor by stably supplying the amount of hydraulic oil at the point in time where the hydraulic oil needs to be supplementarily supplied to the swing motor. In addition, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of abnormal noise which is harsh to the ear when the cavitation occurs.
