Abstract: Systems and methods for streaming images are described. A venue seat map is accessed from a data store. A current status of seats rendered in the seat map is accessed from memory. The seat map is updated to indicate the current status. A video stream comprising frames is generated, using a real time protocol, comprising the updated seat map indicating the current status of seats rendered in the seat map. The updated seat map is streamed in real time via the video stream to user device clients. A selection of a seat via the updated seat map is received via a message. A seat token for the selected seat is associated in memory with user. The seat map is updated to indicate a change in status of the selected seat in the seat map. The updated seat map is streamed as a video stream to clients hosted on user devices.

Abstract: A pre-defined cost savings benefit is provided to a guest as a function of an amount of a calculated cost savings that can be attributed to the guest during a period of occupancy by the guest. Utility cost saving are tracked in real-time during the period of guest occupancy and the guest will be able to use a device to visualize the utility cost savings that are being realized during this period. By being able to view the utility cost savings being realized in real-time, the guest will be incentivized to directly engage in a utility cost savings effort for the personal benefit of the guest which will, in turn, benefit the hotel.

Abstract: An approach for routing one or more packages and delivering the one or more packages to one or more autonomous vehicles is disclosed. The approach receives shipment request from the one or more vendors, receives package status (e.g., status that the one or more packages is ready to be routed, dimension and weight of the one or more packages) of the one or more packages from the one or more vendors, receives vehicle status (e.g., size and available storage space in the vehicles, location and transit time of the vehicles) from the one or more autonomous vehicles. The approach receives the status of the delivery units (e.g., available automated delivery unit, current path and time of completion). The approach determines an optimal routing path for the one or more packages based on the shipment request, package status and vehicle status and outputs the optimal routing path.

Abstract: A locker management system including a management server that manages status of shipping of items and status of keeping each of the items at the locker spots. The locker spot is equipped with an electronically controlled locker and a spot terminal, and the management server receives selection and designation of the locker spot to keep the item and designation of predetermined length of time for which the item is kept at the locker spot, and upon delivery of the item to the locker spot, notifies a customer terminal of a locker number. When a customer visits the locker spot and reads an identification code attached to the locker, and transmits this code and the customer ID to the management server, the management server performs necessary checking processing. If the answer of the checking processing is positive, the management server transmits a signal for unlocking a locker to the locker.

Abstract: Server apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, the server apparatus being configured, under control of the processor, to execute instructions stored in the memory: to establish a route data record comprising data indicative of plural routes, each said route being between a start location and a respective destination, whereby each respective destination has at least one route to it from said start location; to process the route data record to determine a zone data record indicative of zones making up each route; and to combine the zone data record with a prediction data record to score the route data making up each said route to each destination based upon a prediction of the probability of a job or expected revenue in each zone making up that route.

Abstract: This document describes techniques, apparatuses, and systems for autonomous delivery to a dynamic location. A user requests delivery of an item. An autonomous vehicle carrying the item navigates to a delivery location associated with the request. While navigating the autonomous vehicle toward the delivery location, the autonomous vehicle receives one or more estimates of a current location of a wireless device of the user. In response to receiving a respective estimate, the autonomous vehicle updates the delivery location to match the respective estimate of the current location of the wireless device. In this way, the delivery location can be dynamically updated as the user changes location. Once the autonomous vehicle reaches the delivery location, the item can be delivered to the user.

Abstract: An energy management system interoperates with an automation system to provide integrated control over essentially all power-consuming, power-generating, and power storage devices in a home or other environment. The energy management system provides configurable energy management scenes in which one or more values, each representing a desired operating condition, are associated with some or all of the loads of a home, business or other environment. Different energy management scenes may be configured for different environmental conditions including season, day of week, time of day, grid status, battery condition, and generator condition among others.

Abstract: A system for transportation includes a vehicle, a rider occupying the vehicle, and a hybrid neural network. The hybrid neural network includes a first neural network to process a sensor input corresponding to the rider to determine an emotional state of the rider, and a second neural network to optimize at least one operating parameter of the vehicle to improve the emotional state of the rider.

Abstract: A flexible feature and location-based listings system can provide accommodation listings using different feature categories and a location of the searching user. The returned listings can be modified upon providing the listings to a searching user. The returned listings can be modified in response to selection of a first feature category and re-modified in response to a second feature category in an expanded geographic search area.

Abstract: Systems, methods and software for scheduling and performing self-guided tours (SGTs) of multi-unit residential facilities (MURFs) are provided. For scheduling SGTs, the method includes receiving guest information, payment information, and identification (ID) information from a client device, determining validity of the payment and ID information, and receiving and confirming an SGT tour time. For performing SGTs, the method includes sending property access information to a client device, receiving a trigger from a property access control system indicating that a user of the client device has entered the MURF, providing MURF tour directions to the client device, and receiving tour data for the SGT. The disclosed systems, methods, and software provide prospective tenant users and owners and/or management of MURFs efficient and user-friendly interaction to accomplish and enhance their tour operation experiences.

Each TI template comprising an emulated boarding pass barcode (1211) associated with the BPID for the respective leg, and for N checked-in luggage items for the respective passenger, populated with X temporary luggage tag identifiers (LTIDs) (1231A, 1233A) linked to up to X official bag tag identifiers (BTIDs) (1209) from the JTHS of the leg, wherein X and N are integers. There is a one-to-one correspondence between the LTIDs and BTIDs.

The hybrid neural network further includes a second neural network to optimize, for achieving a favorable satisfaction state of the rider, an operational parameter of the vehicle in response to the detected satisfaction state of the rider.

Abstract: A transport container is provided. The transport container includes a body having a base, a cover, an opening, and at least one side wall all defining a cavity therebetween. The transport container also includes an electronic controller. The electronic controller is configured to determine a geographic route from a carrier destination location to a destination location based on received carrier transfer information and received transportation information. The electronic controller is also configured to display the carrier transfer information on a user interface when the transport container is located at a carrier initial location. The electronic controller is further configured to deploy the transport container when the transport container is located at the carrier initial location.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for facilitating interaction between a ticket holder and a self-service function related to a ticket. Using a mobile device, a machine-readable code is scanned associated with the self-service function to retrieve an identifier of the self-service function and to activate an application or a web session on the mobile device. A first connection session can be established between the mobile device and a cloud broker service. A second connection session can be established between the self-service function and the cloud broker service. The cloud broker service can generate an end to end session via the first connection session and the second connection session by mapping an identifier of the mobile device with the identifier of the self-service function. The self-service function can communicate through the cloud broker service to the application of the mobile device.

Abstract: Aspects concern a method for controlling a transport system comprising determining historical data of a multiplicity of transport trips performed by the transport system, training a neural network to perform an invertible mapping of transport trips to latent representations to fulfil, by the distribution of the latent representations of the multiplicity of transport trips, a predetermined fitting criterion with respect to a predetermined latent representation base distribution, sampling a multiplicity of latent representations from the base distribution, mapping each of the sampled latent representations to a respective transport trip by using the trained neural network to perform the inverse of the invertible mapping to generate a multiplicity of synthetic transport trips, determining a control scheme for the transport system using the multiplicity of synthetic transport trips and controlling the transport system using the determined control scheme.

Abstract: Systems and methods which provide a shipping interface within a user interface are shown. A shipping interface of embodiments is provided within an open architecture or multiple application user interface, such as a browser user interface. A user may be enabled to use a same shipping account with respect to any number of applications or functions. Moreover, a user may be enabled to select a shipping provider of preference, even where the underlying application or function does not support the selected shipping provider or any shipping functions. Embodiments provide comparison of various shipping providers to a user for selection. Embodiments comprise a browser plug-in operable to provide a shipping interface, such as by inserting one or more shipping buttons within a page displayed by the browser, within a popup window, within a frame along the main browser window, within a browser menu bar, tool tray, et cetera.
