Abstract: A separable carrier block assembly constructed for cooperation with a threaded lead screw of a machine. The carrier block assembly is constructed of mating block body halves comprising a first body half and a second body half. The mating body halves are separable at generally midway the depth of the carrier block body. The inside faces of the first and second block halves have cooperating and mating lands and grooves which are constructed and arranged to form a unitary nested carrier block body. A generally threaded semi-circular bore is formed into the inside faces of the first and second block body halves and extends generally midway of the depth of the nested carrier block body and extend along the length of the block body. The threaded bore matches the threads of a threaded lead screw. The threads of the threaded bore are preferably beveled. A second bore extends through the depth or thickness of the carrier block body and is located normal to and spaced from the threaded bore.

Abstract: An anti-loosening device for a parking brake is provided to securely park a vehicle comprising: a ratchet wheel (20) having multiple teeth (21) formed on an arc-shaped edge, a pivot hole (22) located at a center of the arc, an operating lever (40) having an upper portion forming a tube-shaped handle, a lower portion forming a flat and narrow cavity, a latching mechanism (60) consisting of a pawl (61), a slot (62), a rotating shaft (31), and an elastic spring (80), a lever operating mechanism consisting of an operating rod (70), a coil spring (71), and a push button (72), wherein the operating lever (40) is mounted on the ratchet wheel (20) for rotation with respect to the pivot shaft (30), one end of the operating rod (70) is mounted on the push button (72) with the coil spring (71) and the other end of the operating rod (70) is connected to the slot (62) of the latching mechanism (60).
Abstract: A steering wheel structure, comprising: an internal member provided inside a vehicle steering wheel; a covering member, adhered to a surface of the internal member and covering the internal member; a first concave-convex portion, provided at the surface of the internal member and disposed in a predetermined pattern thereon; and a second concave-convex portion, provided at surfaces of the first concave-convex portion, is provided.
Abstract: A bicycle shift control mechanism that has an operating member, a wire take up member, a positioning ratchet and a position maintaining pawl. The operating member is movable between a rest position, a shift wind position and a shift releasing position. The positioning ratchet includes a plurality of winding teeth, a plurality of positioning teeth and a plurality of movement restricting teeth. The positioning teeth and the movement restricting teeth are non-concentrically arranged to form stair shaped arrangements. The position maintaining pawl selectively holds and releases the positioning ratchet upon movement of the operating member from the rest position.
Abstract: A pedal adjustable device includes a case fixed to an end of a link and a first member and a second member are connected between two sidewalls of the case respectively. The first part includes a polygonal hole and the second part includes a circular hole. The polygonal hole is larger than the circular hole. A support plate has one end pivotably connected to the case and an extension extends from an underside of the other end of the support plate. A pedal is fixed on the support plate. The extension includes an elongate hole and a plurality pairs of protrusions extend from two insides of the elongate hole to define a space between each pair of the protrusion. An operation member includes a polygonal section and a circular rod. The polygonal section is engaged with the polygonal hole and set on one of pairs of the protrusions.
Abstract: To provide an improved cable guide for an articulated joint of a robot or the like that allows a compact design of the articulated joint while minimizing the length of the cable, a substantially circular outer peripheral wall (16) of a hollow center drum (13) fixedly attached to the first link member is formed with a hole (28) at a first angular position substantially aligning with the first link and a slot (17) formed at a second angular position and elongated circumferentially over an angle substantially corresponding to a range of angular movement of the second link member relative to the first link member in such a manner that the cable member is passed into the center drum from the hole and out of the center drum from the slot. Thereby, the cable member can pass through the interior of the articulated joint along the shortest path, and the necessary length of the cable can be minimized.
