  • Patent number: 12715012
Abstract: An all-plastic, reciprocating foam dispenser is contemplated. The dispenser relies upon a bellows that also serves as the air chamber/cylinder, thereby eliminating the need for complex valving while also reducing total plastic mass and shortening the axial profile of the dispenser. In this manner, the dispenser can be coupled to narrow-necked containers (?40 mm diameter) and dispense large doses (?1.2 mL). A locking collar secures the pump in a sealed, up-locked position, while also providing greater flexibility to adjust the air-to-liquid ratio to help impart the desired consistency to the dispensed foam product.

  • Patent number: 12691564
Abstract: An impact power tool including a housing, a motor supported by the housing, a gear assembly driven by the motor, and an impact assembly driven by the gear assembly. The impact mechanism includes a camshaft, an anvil, and a hammer. The camshaft is coupled to the output of gear assembly and rotates about a rotation axis. The anvil is rotatably supported by the housing and can receive a tool bit. The hammer rotates and moves axially along the camshaft and is configured to selectively impact the anvil. When a reaction torque is greater than a threshold value is applied to the anvil, the hammer moves in a first direction away from the anvil and simultaneously compresses a compressible fluid. At a maximum distance from the anvil, the compressible fluid begins to exert a restoring force on the hammer and moves the hammer in a second direction towards the anvil.

  • Patent number: 12678928
Abstract: The present invention becomes a non-operating state when suspended. In grinder, moving a slide bar in a housing from an OFF to an ON position switches a switch from an OFF to an ON state. A motor stop lever is movably provided in the housing, and is configured to be couplable to a suspension device. Upon receiving a rear tensile force from the suspension device, the motor stop lever moves from an initial position to a withdrawn position. Then, supported portion of the slide bar in the ON position moves to the left, switching the switch from the ON to the OFF state. Specifically, in the withdrawn position of the motor stop lever, a posture-maintaining state of the slide bar in the ON position by the motor stop lever is released, changing a posture of the slide bar, thus switching the switch from the ON to the OFF state.
