The device further includes a control device configured to apply bipolar electrical signals to the plurality of transmit electrodes to detect touch locations of a user's appendage and to modulate the friction between the user's appendage and the touch surface. Each of the plurality of haptic electrodes are substantially aligned with and capacitively coupled to a corresponding two of the plurality of transmit electrodes.

The method includes: obtaining a first height value indicating a user's height, an eye height or a shoulder height, searching for a second height value corresponding to the first height value in the look-up table according to the first height value, calculating the sum of the first distance and the second distance, comparing the sum with the second height value to obtain a comparison result, and adjusting the length of the telescopic trolley according to the comparison result, so that the sum is equal to the second height value.
