A base portion, a first supporting portion and a second supporting portion are formed on the second outer sheet. A latching piece is formed on the base portion, the latching piece having a bendable portion. The first supporting portion is folded relative to the base portion, and the second supporting portion is folded relative to the first supporting portion until the second supporting portion is held by the latching piece, the base portion, the first supporting portion and the second supporting portion cooperatively form a three-dimensional structure that can support the portable electronic device at an angle relative to the second outer sheet without collapsing.

Abstract: A needle storage device includes a base having a center post, and a tray disposed around the post. The tray has dividers defining multiple slots for receiving needles and other surgical instruments. A cover over the tray has an opening which exposes only one of those slots at a time. A needle other sharp device may be inserted through the opening into the slot below. The tray has a hub or button, exposed through a central opening in the cover, which can then be depressed and released to move the tray up and down between the base and the cover. A mechanism comprising teeth on both the tray and the cover angularly increments the tray beneath the opening, exposing a neighboring slot each time the tray is depressed.

The iron frame includes a baseboard, a left guardrail, a right guardrail, a dismountable compression bar, and a support bracket. The baseboard includes a frame and a plurality of connecting rods. Each plastic pallet includes a plurality of bosses and a recess. The connecting rods are interlaced horizontally and vertically inside the frame. A plurality of the support brackets is disposed beneath the frame. The frame includes a left side and a right side. Each side is provided with two connecting holders. The left guardrail and the right guardrail are connected to and are capable of turning around two corresponding connecting holders, respectively. The left guardrail and the right guardrail are stackable after being turned over. The top of the left and the right guardrail are unfolded by connecting to the compression bar.

Abstract: This invention pertains to a U-board split case assembly (10) and includes a generally U-shaped case (12) formed from a single blank. A plurality of display containers (14) are attached to and aligned within the U-shaped case. The U-shaped case is folded to include a bottom panel (20) with two opposed parallel side panels (16) extending from opposing edges of a bottom panel, and a shortened lip (22) extend from the front edge of the bottom panel. The plurality of display containers are attached to the side panels to secure the display containers within the U-shaped case. The display containers are removable from the U-shaped case by use of the severing zone (40) on the side panels.

Abstract: A multi-pack assembly for containing and dispensing one or more new pen needles, and receiving and containing used pen needles after use, is provided, wherein a plurality of both new and used pen needles can be contained in a series of storage vessels, each secured to an adjacent storage vessel thereby forming an easily managed multi-pack assembly shape, and providing caps for each individual pen needle storage vessel to provide a sterility barrier and which can be opened independently of one another, and which can be closed in the same manner after use to prevent unwanted interaction with the used pen needles contained therein.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing a carrier card on which a transaction card is mounted and to which an envelope is integrally but detachably attached are described. According to one aspect, a carrier card arrangement that is suitable for carrying a transaction card includes a carrier portion and an envelope portion that is integrally formed with an edge of the carrier portion. The edge of the carrier portion is at least partially defined by at least one perforation. The carrier portion includes a first surface that is on an opposite side of the carrier portion from a second surface. The envelope portion has a third surface that at least partially abuts the second surface, and is sized to accommodate the transaction card.

Abstract: A device for securing credit cards, ID cards, etc is provided. The device comprises a base element configured to be coupled to a smart phone. The base element includes an adhesive backing for removeably coupling the device the smart phone. A pocket panel is attached to the base element with a flexible fabric such as suede, leather or other textile or non-textile material to form a repository or pocket into which items can be inserted. A thumb hole is provided to provide access for slidably removing cards placed in the pocket. The pocket may optionally include a spacer element to define a cavity large enough for multiple cards. The pocket may optionally also include a pressure element to secure the cards in the pocket.

Abstract: Reference apparatus and storage and dispensing apparatus (such as for storing and/or dispensing the reference apparatus) are disclosed. In some embodiments, the reference apparatus may include a unitary planar material having a first panel, a second panel, and a third panel disposed between the first and second panels. The first and second panels may be configured to be folded between a folded position in which the first and second panels are parallel to the third panel, and an unfolded position in which the first and second panels are coplanar with the third panel relative to the folded position. One of the first and second panels may include an attachment portion configured to receive a receiving portion of the other of the first and second panels to secure the first, second, and third panels together in the folded position.

Abstract: A child's portable travel station includes an enclosure with a handle, the enclosure having a lid hinged to a case and having a bean bag or other conformable member attached to the bottom of the case. A receptacle for a beverage container is open at the top surface of the lid and is supported on the floor of the case. An opening in the top surface opens into the beverage container. The top of the beverage container is generally flush with the top surface. The top surface provides a work surface for a child using the travel station. The enclosure includes an internal volume to hold toys, books, writing utensils and other possessions of the child.

Abstract: The disclosure pertains to a vessel for holding replacement heart valves and associated positioning and installation apparatus which is configured and adapted to contain a biocidal sterilization fluid during and following exposure of a delivery system for the replacement heart valve to sterilization by ionizing radiation and methods of use therefor. The vessel includes a shield which limits exposure of biologically derived material therein to radiation. The vessel also provides a storage and shipping container for the replacement heart valve in which the biologically derived material is maintained in a sterile fluid environment.

Abstract: A package that may be constructed into a point of purchase display includes a plurality of bottom uprights set in a tray, and a plurality of top uprights that are kept in folded form in a space between the bottom uprights. The top uprights are assembled and placed on top of the bottom uprights to form a completed display. The bottom uprights may contain shelves with product stocked thereon, and the space between the bottom uprights may contain product to be stocked on the top uprights after the top uprights are assembled on top of the bottom uprights. The top uprights may be assembled and placed on top of the bottom uprights by a retailer or other end user without requiring glue or fasteners.
