Abstract: An article of packaging in the form of a carton having an information-bearing insert enclosed within a substantially closed chamber defined by at least one side wall portion of the carton and a further panel facing an inner face of said at least one side wall portion, said side wall portion having a plurality of pre-cut tear lines or perforations defining an openable tab or flap for gaining access to said chamber and to the insert located therein, wherein said chamber is not accessible from a loading opening of the carton such that the chamber does not interfere with the loading of a product into the carton.

Abstract: A fuel cap of an internal combustion device includes a fuel cap body, a restraining element, a resilient element, and a positioning element. The slide block of the restraining element is normally resiliently pressed by the resilient element and therefore protrudes from the outer periphery of the main body portion of the fuel cap body. The fuel cap body can be inserted into a fuel tank when the engaging blocks of the fuel cap body are aligned with the gaps of the fuel tank, and the fuel cap body is subsequently secured when the slide block is engaged in a positioning notch formed on the outer projecting wall of the fuel tank. By pushing the pushing plate of the restraining element inward, the slide block is retracted into the slide groove of the fuel cap body to allow removal of the fuel cap body from the fuel tank opening.

Abstract: Various embodiments of suture packages are disclosed to provide a surgical needle, having an associated length of suture material, to a surgical suturing instrument. The disclosed suture packages generally include a body portion having a needle supplying loading unit mounted thereon. Various methods of affixing the loading unit to the body portion are disclosed. The body portion defines a suture tray and a cover is provided to secure a suture within the suture tray. A securing ring is provided to secure the cover to the body portion.

Abstract: An insulating container includes a container main body and an exterior sleeve to be fit onto the container main body. The exterior sleeve includes a slit forming section including a group of slits formed on the exterior sleeve. An inside wall surface of the exterior sleeve is provided with a shrink-deformable film, an upper portion of the shrink-deformable film is bonded to an upper portion of the exterior sleeve beyond the slit forming section, whereas a middle section covering the slit forming section is free from bonding, a lower portion is bonded to a lower portion of the exterior sleeve beyond the slit forming section, and the shrink-deformable film is shrunk to have the slit forming section project outwardly from the exterior sleeve.

Abstract: An overpack salvage drum including a drum body for holding a package to be overpacked, a lid adapted to be rotatably threaded onto the drum body to seal the package held in the drum body therein, and a clip adapted to be operatively associated with the lid before the lid is rotatably threaded onto the drum body. The clip is adapted to break in preference to the lid and the drum body in the event that the initial integrity of the seal between the lid and the drum body is compromised.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a shipping and display tray for holding a plurality of articles contained therein in an upright position at a point of sale. The shipping and display tray is made of paperboard and defined by a one-piece shallow tray having a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall, and opposite side walls foldably joined with one another. A plurality of parallel spaced apart bumpers are foldably joined to the respective opposite side walls and forming two rows, an aisle, and a plurality of channels when positioned on the bottom wall. The plurality of the channels engages with bottom edges of the plurality of articles to hold the article in standing upright position and prevent the articles from falling over when one of the articles is removed from the display tray. The front wall of the tray includes a flap panel foldably joined thereto and has a pair of openings used to engage with the bumpers.

Abstract: A safety spanner suspension structure is provided for suspending a slender box-end ratchet spanner in an easy and safe insertion-retained suspended form for exhibition. The suspension structure includes an upper portion suspension board and a lower portion suspension seat. The suspension seat forms a seating hole that receives and is for engagement with a retention seat that forms alternately arranged projection tabs. The body of the retention seat forms an open slot for easy insertion into the seating hole for positioning purposes. A ring hole of the spanner is set on the outer side of the retention seat and a retention member is fit from the outside through the ring hole of the spanner to fit into the retention seat to have a post of the retention seat fit into the open slot of the retention member.

The container comprises a closed outer container having a side wall, bottom and top. It further comprises an inner chamber with a designated opening area, wherein the inner chamber is operatively attached to the bottom of the outer container. In addition the outer container is filled with a first substance and the inner chamber is filled with a second substance. The outer container is filled with a one substance and the inner chamber is filled with another substance. Upon pressing the side walls of said outer container, the designated opening area is opened thereby causing the substance in the inner chamber to mix with the substance in the outer container.

Abstract: An inflatable structure generally includes a valve formed between a pair of edge portions and an internal edge portion formed of a flexible film such that an enclosed chamber of the inflatable structure substantially envelops the internal edge portion. The valve and remainder of the inflatable structure can be formed from a single piece of flexible film using a method of manufacturing an inflatable structure from a continuous web of flexible film. A corresponding inflation device fills the inflatable structure with air and may do so without requiring heat sealing or contact between the inflatable structure and outlet of the inflation device. The inflation device may include a mechanical registration device which can engage an optional locator aperture in the inflatable structure such as to assist in temporarily locating the outlet of the source of pressurized air proximate to the valve in the inflatable structure.

Abstract: A caddy for storing diamond polishing pads used by grinding machines holds multiple containers in a rack in a case. Each container is independently removable from the rack and case and stores a complete set of stacked pads so that sets of used pads are always sorted and accessible according to both their grit and wear characteristics. The case, rack and containers are configured with respect to the sets of pads and to each other so as to minimize their relative three dimensional motion during transport of the caddy. The case, rack and body of the containers are preferably made of cardboard so that many sets of pads can be stored and transported in one or more lightweight and inexpensive caddies.
