The cooperation of the pressing force, the elastic force, the hook member, the first groove, and the second groove enables the first pin and the second pin moving in a one-way direction only.

One of the second inputs and the pair of terminals receive a signal from the other of the two generated H-bridge outputs. The multiplier portion multiplies the frequency of the pulse signal output from the LC resonant circuit. The concentration detection portion subtracts a predetermined offset pulse number from the pulse signal multiplied by the multiplier portion and detects the toner concentration based on the subtracted pulse number.
