Abstract: A container/applicator for content such as a cosmetic product has a cylindrical shape with an axis, that includes a reservoir having a wall, a closed end closed by a bottom and an open end with a free edge, a cap having a skirt and a top wall, and an applicator rod, a casing having a distal end and a proximal end, a squeegee, an interface, wherein the squeegee is a part separate from the casing and is housed in the casing, includes a protruding flange and a distal portion, is held by fixed rigid squeegee/reservoir-casing combination. The casing includes an open distal end, and a transverse step forming an inner shoulder.

Abstract: A system for a paint brush including a brush head assembly and a reservoir assembly. The brush head assembly includes a brush head with bristles for painting a surface. In between the bristles is a roller brush in abutting contact with the bristles. The reservoir assembly includes a reservoir handle removably mounted to the brush head. The reservoir handle is filled with fresh paint to supply to the brush head to dispense. The reservoir handle is squeezed to allow the fresh paint to travel to the brush head and then soak the roller brush. The roller brush then allows for excess fresh paint to flow onto the bristles to allow users to paint the desired surface with the fresh paint on the bristles. The brush head further includes wheels that facilitate the maneuvering of the paint brush. Thereby allowing for painting to be done more efficiently.

Abstract: A compact writing instrument includes a barrel and a cap. A majority of a length of the barrel and a writing element carried thereby may be received by the cap when the barrel and the cap are placed in a stored providing a compact stored arrangement. The cap may be secured to the barrel in a writing arrangement that extends a length of the writing instrument significantly; for example, to a conventional writing instrument length. Engagement features of the cap and barrel may include steep threads that enable the cap to be assembled with and disassembled from the barrel with one rotation (360°) or less. A clip on the cap may include a closed end that defines a receptacle, with the closed end and receptacle extending beyond a corresponding end of the cap. In addition, the closed end and receptacle may extend partially over the corresponding end of the cap.

Abstract: An application brush for a cosmetic formula comprising: i) a base having a central axis and including a top surface that is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the central axis and a bottom that is spaced apart from the top surface along the central axis; and ii) a bundle of bristles that is mounted on the bottom of the base. Tips of bristles forming the bundle of bristles cooperate to define a virtual plane that is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the central axis, and the virtual plane has an oval shape.

Abstract: A fluid transfer assembly comprises a housing for accommodating a fluid. A bellows member disposed in the housing defines an opening therethrough adapted to be in fluid communication with an applicator assembly. The bellows member is adapted to operatively engage the applicator assembly for extension in a first direction and contraction in a second direction. The bellows member seals against the inner surface of the housing during extension and contraction for defining a variable volume chamber with the housing. Expansion of the bellows member in the first direction reduces the chamber volume for generating positive pressure in the housing and forcing fluid through a valve to the applicator assembly. Contraction of the bellows member in the second direction increases the chamber volume for generating negative pressure within the housing for drawing fluid into the chamber.

Abstract: Cosmetic formula containers generally include a compartment to store and retain a plurality of applicators. In one aspect, the cosmetic formula container includes a container body configured to retain a portion of a cosmetic formula within a cavity and a neck configured to receive a cap for closure of the container body. The container body includes an indentation extending from the container body into the cavity to form a compartment. The compartment is generally open at a proximal end and closed at a distal end such that the cosmetic formula in the cavity does not flow into the compartment. In some aspects, the compartment has a profile configured to retain a plurality of applicators therein.

Abstract: A liquid dispensing container assembly includes a container having a container interior configured to contain a supply of liquid to be dispensed. A rotatable, liquid dispensing head is carried by the container and has a dispensing surface and a dispensing port. An opening in the liquid dispensing head may communicate with the dispensing port. The liquid dispensing head includes one or more rollers disposed in one or more respective sockets. A dispensing adaptor may be disposed in the liquid dispensing head. The liquid dispensing head may be rotatable between a dispensing position wherein the opening in the liquid dispensing head aligns or registers with an opening in the dispensing adaptor to facilitate flow of the liquid from the container onto the dispensing surface of the liquid dispensing head and a closed position wherein the opening misaligns or misregisters with the opening in the dispensing adaptor.

Abstract: A portable foam brush includes a soap reservoir, such as optionally in a base or in a wand, a foaming chamber, and an air compressor, such as optionally battery-operated air compressor. The compressor is configured for supplying air to act upon the soap from the reservoir to cause dispensing of soap to the foaming chamber. In some embodiments, the compressor may also supply air to the foaming chamber. In use, the soap and the air in the foaming chamber combine to form an air and soap foam. The brush includes a brush end configured for receiving foam from the foaming chamber and dispensing the foam.

Abstract: A toothpaste dispensing toothbrush assembly for brushing teeth includes a handle that has an open end for accessing an interior of the handle. A cylinder is filled with a toothpaste and the cylinder is insertable into the open end of the handle. A pump is positioned within the handle to pump the toothpaste outwardly from the cylinder when the pump is turned on. A toothbrush head is removably attachable to the handle to brush the user's teeth. The toothbrush head receives the toothpaste from the pump to deposit the toothpaste on the user's teeth. A vibration unit is integrated into the handle and the vibration unit vibrates the toothbrush head when the vibration unit is turned on.

The glass ampoule assembly (10) has an applicator (16) positioned in the first open end (22). The dispenser actuator assembly (100) has the base member (102) that is configured to mount on the outer container (14). The actuator arm (104) is pivotally connected to the base member (102). The actuator arm (104) is pivotable from a first position to a second position that is configured to engage the outer container (14) to crush the glass ampoule (12) wherein the flowable material (M) is dispensed from the glass ampoule assembly (10).

In at least one embodiment, the fidget device is a pen having a marble or ball within the sleeve that is manipulable by the user holding the pen as a fidget device.

Abstract: Bush applicators including hair brush applicators and containers for dispensing dry shampoo are provided. In one embodiment, a brush applicator includes a body having one or more channels to distribute material to a bristle assembly. The bristle assembly can include a plurality of bristle and brush elements. The brush elements may be interspersed with the bristle elements and can each include a shaft and end (e.g., tip). Another embodiment is directed to a brush applicator including a container coupled to a body. The container retains at least one material including powder, liquids and solutions. Another embodiment is directed to a brush applicator configured for application of dry shampoo to hair.

Abstract: A cosmetic application assembly for heating, dispensing, and applying a cosmetic includes a handle that is tubular and defines a reservoir. Each of a plurality of brushes is selectively couplable to a first end of the handle. An opening that is positioned in a second end of the handle is configured to insert a cosmetic. A heating and dispensing module is selectively couplable to the second end of the handle and is in fluidic communication with the reservoir. The heating and dispensing module is configured to draw the cosmetic from the reservoir, to warm the cosmetic, and to dispense the cosmetic through a hole that is positioned in the heating and dispensing module. The user is positioned to apply the cosmetic to a skin surface and to utilize the handle to manipulate a respective brush that is coupled to the handle to spread the cosmetic.

Abstract: A device for application of a gel or solid substance to a human body surface comprised of an applicator portion to which gel or solid deodorant is secured and which is coupled to a handle portion. The applicator portion is sized to accommodate a single application of deodorant in a compact format while the handle portion is sized to be grasped between the fingers and thumb of the human hand. The handle portion comprises a moveable connecting point allowing the handle portion to traverse between a storage position and a gripping position during use. The applicator portion is integrally formed with said handle portion.
