Abstract: The invention relates to a controlled-pressure drop liner device comprising a circumscribed filter element (9) centred on a base tube (1) by longitudinal braces in relation to the axis of the tube and arranged according to the diameter of the tube so as to divide the annular space defined by the filter element and the tube into sectors delimited by the braces, and in which collecting tubes (5) are arranged and open into the sectors by one end. The invention applies to tubings intended for drainage or injection in a geologic formation, a hydrocarbon reservoir for example.
Abstract: In a construction machine comprising a machine frame (2) having a milling roller (18) arranged for rotation therein, the milling roller (18) comprising a roller base body (19) driven by a milling roller drive device (11 to 15) via a transmission unit (32), and a milling tube (25) to be coaxially mounted on the roller base body (19) and to be attached in a manner allowing exchange thereof, with the milling tube (25) carrying cutting tools on its outer surface (46), it is provided that the milling tube (25) comprises fastening elements (28), radially projecting from the inner surface (44), by which the milling tube (25) can be mounted in a rotationally fixed manner to the roller base body (19) or to a member connected to the roller base body (19).

Abstract: The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for working out mineral deposits, no matter what their thickness and dip angle are, and allows to reduce the volumes of overburden operations. The invention provides the working out the main reserves by openworks, with forming safety benches (22) on steps of an open cut. From the top view, reserves of each level (1) are being worked out by blasting descending holes in direction to working flank of an open cut with forming safety prisms near a designed contour thereof. The breaking out of safety prisms (5) is being carried out at the final stage of works on the level (1) with forming a vertical or close to vertical, slope within the level. Rocks of near-contour mass (6) in a zone of probable displacement of rocks being reinforced by injecting and/or installing prestressed anchors (8).

Abstract: A method for disposing of a fluid includes the steps of obtaining a fluid; positioning a well into a saturated soil; and pumping the fluid into the well whereby the fluid displaces saturated soil away from the well so as to form a fluid zone in the saturated soil for storing the fluid.

Abstract: Shaped plates are provided, one above each side of a spider, to replace the bails and links used to suspend the spider and its pipe payloads. The load applied to the housing suspension hard points, whether ears or lugs, to suspend the spider is transferred to the rig floor by the plates. The plates are preferably shaped to balance about a cross pin situated in a cross bore in the plates. The plates are not inclined to tilt whether being hoisted or loaded by the spider. The spider is submerged into the rotary opening and results in reduced height of pipe string connections to be worked.
